INSQ - The last few PRs make me think that this company is really moving forward and has potential, but I was just looking at the 10QSB/A that they recently filed. What exactly did they amend? Should I assume that the recent S8 and transaction with GSHF and Cornell which reduced INSQs overall debt by $1.5M took care of the following concerns in the 10QSB?
"There is substantial doubt concerning our ability to continue as a going concern. Managements plans include raising additional proceeds from debt and equity transactions and completing strategic acquisitions. The issuance of shares under our agreements with Cornell and Highgate could increase our outstanding shares by over 9%. This result could detrimentally affect our ability to raise additional equity capital. In addition, the sale of these additional shares of common stock may cause the market price of our stock to decrease. We may be unable to satisfy our current debts."

INSQ - obviously a bad attempt to drive the price down, as it is recovering nicely today. Somebody wanted cheap shares, and there were people dumb enough out there to listen to basher rumors. If this moves close to .005, it will be back into its ascending triangle.
INSQ - Could this stock be any more oversold?? The bollies are really tight, too. All indicators are pointing towards a run here, not sure why it's crapping out.
AMEP - Yes, MACD is breaking down, but it hasn't completely crossed yet. Stochs should be crossing soon and moving back up. We might be able to tell by the end of the day which way this thing is headed.
AMEP - Fibonacci retracement of 61.8% is .06, so this should be the bottom here. Good time to add before the next leg up.
ILCO - looking good and strengthening.
INSQ - also in an ascending triangle...
INSQ - Seems to be forming a handle off of this last cup. My best guess tells me it will base around .0058-.006 for a day or two, then complete the pattern by breaking through the resistance at .0076.
AMEP - Nice climb out of that ascending triangle pattern, and a nice close today.
INSQ - moving niceley now. Next stop .0095
INSQ - Formed a nice ascending triangle. Very bullish looking.
INSQ - way oversold. I would've expected it to reverse by now. Picking some up at these prices.
INSQ - MM's trying to walk this thing down, should see a nice bounce. I have been averaging in all day. Even at .0056, its been hard to get into. The chart is primed, its going to take a lot to keep this one down.
TNOG - Falling below the 32 day MA, lost its momentum.
TNOG - I wouldn't go that far to say that it is taking a beating. Down only 7% after an amazing run, this is just normal profit taking going on here.
INTD - bearish engulfing pattern forming, I'm out even steven.
INTD - added some at .38, good support at .37. Chart looks ready...tight bollies and a doji forming.
Nano-display competition is heating up. I hope Cetek tries to get a piece of this industry.

CTKH - Up 15%, testing .003 again. Holding its gains this time.
waveslider: please go easy on the CAPS LOCK key. Thanks.
CTKH - now trying for 200 day EMA, could be a nice breakout if that is crossed...
CTKH - breaking through the 200 day MA.
CTKH - went all the way down to fill the gap and came back at the end of the day...
IWWH - New HOD @ .0045! Should be a nice gapper tomorrow.
IWWH - picked some up at .0034.
ZKID - out at .06 for a small loss, chart is really breaking down. Bearish piercing pattern a few days ago, and now a bearish engulfing pattern forming today.
ZKID - added at .065, looking for the bounce.
Penny: to be honest, I don't think any of the penny stocks I trade have an EPS of .01 or greater.
beeboy: a low earning company that is growing is better than a company that is losing money, that is the only point I am trying to make. I am not pumping this stock, I do not have a target price, I do not know what the future holds. If you notice, I only post real information, such as O/S, earnings, TA of charts, etc. I make no recommendations or outlandish claims as to why the stock is good or bad. If you're convinced this is a failing company, I suggest you post elsewhere.
Penny: that's a good question, and I really don't know, but I have seen companies with a 3B float move when the news is right. Not very often, but like I said before, its not very often for a profitable company to be down here in the .001s.
Penny: lol, I couldn't imagine posting to an investor board for fun when I was a kid! I wonder why there is no moderator for this board. Someone should really update some of the info in the i-box, such as the O/S.
Penny: Hard to tell what companies really have in O/S, since we all know that the info up on pinksheets is not kept up to date, and they are always adding more or buying back (usually addining more, lol) but I do not see a lot of companies at this price level that are greater than .01 EPS.
beeboy: Your post sounds like a bash to me, so you should be more careful with your wording next time. If it is hopeless, you probably shouldn't be posting on this board. The fact of the matter is that Cetek is in the black, which is not common for companies at this price, even though there is a large amount of outstanding shares. If the right PR is put out, this thing could pick up some momentum and move enough for us to make some money. ..not retire, but make a profitable trade.
DFLR - breaking to the wrong side of the symmetrical triangle, not a good sign.
dunk7: The float refers to a company's shares that can be freely bought and sold by public investors. In other words, it is the amount of shares issued minus the restricted shares (restricted shares are usually reserved for salaries or additional benefits).
Therefore, in Cetek's case, they have been authorized by the SEC to issue 9B shares. Of that, they have issued approx 5B. Since there are 2B restricted shares, the float is approx 3B. (Issued-Restricted=Float)
They have stated in numerous PRs that they will not do another R/S, so I guess we can only hope that they are telling the truth. Since the company is actually profitable (although nobody knows exactly how much) I have to assume that this is less of a scam than most of the other sub-penny stocks out there.
chucker: yes, 5 billion is plenty...and also not too bad when compared to some of the other companies out there trading at this price, especially since this company is profitable.
CTKH - Investor relations for Cetek gave me the following information today:
Authorized: 9,000,000,000
Issued & Outstanding: 4,975,000,000
The float is estimated at 3 billion shares.
No new shares will be issued, as I understand it.
CTKH - added more here at .0012, very difficult to fill.
