At times you will find instant gratification plays that will run right after you buy them, sometimes you have to plant the seeds and wait for them to grow, this one is in between, more of a slow cooker. This is a great fundamental play. I take no credit finding it, someone that I admire greatly, who spends endless hours doing deep DD, and has given me countless winners, highly recommends this, minimum penny, he thinks multi, I'll be thrilled to take some at a penny, some at .015, and let the rest ride a bit. Vree, I agree with your decision to move elsewhere. I believe that this will move, one day, but with the constant delays I had too much money sitting stagnant while the MMJ sector, as well as others are moving at an incredible pace with plenty of liquidity and volatility to make a nice profit. I've been in it for quite some time, and it's been a Godsend. Lower highs and lower lows = PPS heading down. Really, next resistance is low to mid 30's, if you dare buy a company with no product even at that level. Although some here seem to think that this is a $1-$5 stock?!? I wonder what technicals that they read?

I'd expect you to understand KING. You also go way way back with this stock and have great experience with it, seeing everything. The posters claiming $.10, and recently a DOLLAR (Hahahahahaha) should listen to you and a few others here a bit more instead of labeling them bashers. I believe all that your friend told you is definitely feasible. Not only feasible but absolutely probable. The only issue that I have with it being applied here, and in the case of the many other 1 share securities that they hold is the minuscule monetary value. 550 shares at .0001 is $0.055. Even if this was a hot RM and it shot to a few pennies, heck, that's barely lunch money. If those numbers represented a multiple, (they don't, it is actual shares) then they would have a real stake, and what you spoke of would be real food for thought Even the smallest of individual investors, with the smallest bank account would toss more than a nickel on a play. No, there is something more to it, I'm sorry I don't know, but it would be fun to find out. And, I have a feeling that you will one day get to the bottom of it. Hahahahaha. I'd completely agree!! Ive stated before that a company that has been dormant for years suddenly wakes up there is a reason and with what's going on right now, a RM with MJ company is very plausible and although it is still speculative and a long shot it should not be discounted. No one says you should mortgage the house on this but for the price of a decent dinner you can own 1 million shares and take a chance on something that has the look of having some potential.

The people who talk of a R/S have much information as those talking about a R/M,,, nothing. The only fact here are that this thing suddenly has woken up, and there is a reason why. There is more credibility to a R/M theory, as obviously why would anyone buy into a R/S of a dead stock. Ginger, I love the find. I can't tell you how they acquired these shares, or why, but I can tell you that their holdings are full of impressive companies, and is also littered with odd balls. The hold 1 share of New Lead, which trades at .01, 1 share if Data I/O at $2.70, and many many more. Some one share holdings are upwards of $100, but it is all non sense. It's hard to believe that they newly purchased WTCT as there are usually price, exchange, market cap, and a load of other thresholds that must be met that this obviously doesn't. I'm sure it was acquired in some goofy way, but not purchased. Anyway, nothing can be taken from it except a laugh seeing WTCT's name with the big boys. Actually some great DD. GLTA.

If you want to see an absolute scam, look at HPNN's history. Their CEO has been in jail more times than you have hair on your head, they have an A/S of over 7B of which over 5B are out there. The CEO has been hiding on Mexico,,,,,you get the point. I'd go to their message board just for laughs, real funny comments. You know what?? It was up over 3000% in a few hours, and some sharp people made some very serious money because they put emotions aside, recognized that there was something going on, and made some serious money. The point is that the stock has been .0001 and dormant for two years, flat lined, not a share traded, now suddenly THIS? it could easily be a RM target, and right now there are plenty of people in the MJ field that are looking to use a RM as a vessel to get a fast listing and get in this game. A RM offers a cheaper, much faster way to get on a trading board. No one is saying that this is what's going on, but SOMETHING IS going on, and it's a plausible explanation for what is starting to happen here. Very very true, the MJ field is fast moving and many are trying to fast track into the market with RM's, the cheapest, fastest way to go. There are quite a few .0001's that have suddenly seen huge volume without news. Many are pumping theirs for a RM with MMJ co's. I had a load of this when they announced that the military was interested in their fuel reformer for their vehicles, sold a load into the hype, and got stuck with a half a mil down to here. Just sat on it, and now, there a quite a few .0001's making some amazing moves after years of being dormant. HPN* was dead for years and just exploded with an agreement with Microsoft, SPQ* suddenly has lots of volume without news yet, and now the same with this! Maybe a R/M?? Or a new agreement like HPN*? Maybe a RM with a pot Co?? I understand with the explosion out west there are plenty of companies trying to fast track into the field. Either way, there is something up and I was willing to throw some dice, tried to get more Shares but Fidelity restricts purchase. You can sell, just can't buy. I thought it odd since I've had no problems buying chills with fidelity before. Anyway, GLTA, IMO I've seen these wake ups a few times now, all the same pattern, you should get a few hundred % at the very least. HPN* was up 3000% in a couple of hours, it provided quite the play money stash, I hope this does the same.

Why is this a sticky? I am not sold on anything Hop on does, but to call a confirmed news release a Pump is ridiculous. Unless there is other news that I've missed, other exaggerations, then it may be, but if this is all that's been released, and released by Microsoft themselves, is just a news release. What happens forward is debatable. IMO, I see a very near a term R/S that makes this stock attractive to institutional investors. GLTA, and a moderator should rethink this sticky.

I have been getting daily pump e-mails, and now multiple e-mails a day. I believe this is a good long term play, but right now its in the middle of a pump that is losing traction and should dump soon. The link to seeking alpha and the other related links are appreciated and should not be ignored. I don't believe, as seeking alpha says, the share price should be halved, but I do believe that close to a dollar is about right, factoring in the emotional drive as we approach August.

Agreed!! That's what trading in this company is all about, fluctuation with plenty of liquidity. Investing long term in it is beyond foolish. In hindsight, grabbing 20's and selling 30's is fantastic,,,but getting caught in the next down draft to trips is very real, too real where we are now. I'd have a hard time buying trips again,,IMO the next trip down the slide to tripville will result in the obvious R/S that must happen as well as the ticker change. A fresh start for Ol Tom. Reducing the O/S from 3 Billion ( or 4 or 5 by the time he's done) back to a few hundred million will bring the return if the volatility that we enjoyed a couple of years ago when this baby would jump a penny on ANY news. I made a nice penny when this was bouncing like a superball, but when dilution started, it took my 22 painstaking months and much more exposure than if liked to cost average down to get green again on this last run,,,,I'm very thankful for it, I really didn't think it could happen again. I'm amazed that $36k in sales and $1800 cash on hand and that promo video just wasn't enough to power a PPS spike. Those are stellar numbers, I really don't know what people want. They are so hard to please.
