BBDA no longer wants stockholders to be able to verify that a distributor is not holding water. Therefore, all ersatz distributors will no longer be named.
It was only temporary retirement.
I believe it makes the whole thing a scam, if true. Still hoping it is not.
So far, their intent ain't worth a nickel.
That's my two cents.
Reckon not. I hear that the ownership interest in
EXSA is not mentioned although the following
interests are:
World Free Mobile (100% interest)
IRDS (19% interest)
ICT Private Telecommuncations (100%)
Probably a special appearance by Howdy Doody.
In other words, you didn't talk to the TA.
Asus posted the information after calling the t/a.. If he is lying, I would be surprised. He has always been pretty objective
and pulling for RLTR and ICTN.
ICTN only has so many shares in RLTR. At one time, you could value ICTN relative to RLTR at about 50% of RLTR's stock price. Now with the addition of shares to RLTR with no rights or warrants to ICTN shareholders, the ownership percentage of ICTN in RLTR has declined. It is not rocket science. ICTN owns much less percentagewise of RLTR than it did a year ago.
ICTN is supposedly profitable. They should show us the money. They have been indicating financials would be put out from long ago. They have had plenty of time. Both ICTN and RLTR should have a bump next week, but I don't count on any real tangible information. As a shareholder, I would like to be pleasantly surprised although my opinion is that there will be nothing of real substance.
Tell that to ICTN shareholders who apparently are being diluted away to nothing in RLTR. The management is building a business for themselves. That is the only justification for selling away the grid tech and not keeping an interest for shareholders. The money is going to private hands. The system is set up for cons and suckers. I wish it were not so. Reminds me of Gameznf***.
This was an artful con, in humble opinion.
I have a mac. I invested in ICTN because of the potential I saw in RLTR. In the fall of 06, I went to the rltr site and double-clicked a movie. A message appeared that the grid player was not yet compatible with mac but that such should happen by the first quarter of 2007. I went back today and clicked a movie. The same message appeared with the same projected date. It is not a big deal in itself, but it is symbolic of something larger.
A few years ago, I invested in Ga**zflix. I believe the truth was lightly valued there. Luckily I sold my shares without losing a great deal before billions of shares were authorized, but others were not so fortunate. One of the promos G***z had going was a push on military bases, I almost had a cow when I saw the same kind of blitz being mentioned for RLTR. The question is: are all pinks run by psychopaths/sociopaths or are there some honest ceo's in pinkland? The next few weeks should tell the tale.
A final thought: It seems to me the real value is in the grid player tech. I don't understand why at least a respectable ownership percentage wasn't maintained by ICTN in the tech. Sadly, I figure Barry probably has one. But hope springs eternal for penney investors.
This does prove the tech but it also indicates
that the T-Mobile System works at any Hot-Spot.
I'm wondering if the system proposed is what
T-Mobile already offers. If this is the case, it
might explain the lack of investor enthusiasm.
Regards, SNG
The problem with the recent news is that it is already
being offered, imo. Check out the 39.99 Hotspot@Home
service being offered by T-Mobile.
I have been on the ground floor since .0008.
That's why the grid system will bury its competitors.
Wake up!
Same old crap pulled years ago. Stock
issuance covers some overhead. Will it
bring speculators in again. Probably.
I believe RLTR needs a buyer unless some big movie studio
shows up with a quality inventory, and another
and another. The big boys can bury RLTR with their capital
I feel better owning a piece of RLTR through ICTN than directly.
However, I don't see why RLTR wouldn't be great for Blockbuster. I actually like BB's set-up. They could bump Netflix hard with Reeltime.
If RLTR gets powergrid compatible with MACS, it opens up the possibility of playing powergrid movies via the mac mini (or macbooks, imacs, etc. on television--even wirelessly from a desktop via airport.
The new Apple tv hardware appears to be a different story and I wonder about the resolution of the images transferred from itunes to the big screen, but said hardware will probably sell like hotcakes.
I say financials come out on ICTN well before the
actual launch of RLTR. IMHO.
I put an order in for 60000 @ .02. Filled 5000.
This one is thin. This could bust 10--20 fold
in a New York minute with the right news.
Best value in any market in my opinion.
Late August/Early Sept is my estimate.
I signed on as a beta tester. Each week
through August a new version of the software
is to be tested.
I expect that there is a tiny chance to add at
lower than.025 for the next month or so. After
then, no chance.
A few hundred thousand. I want to add at .021.
I ain't jumping. You go first Butch.
I don't know Butch. But he sure is good.
Damn right Sundance!
Is anyone trading a sand/shale to oil company in Canada.
If so, which company seems to have best prospects to you?
I am not your nanny.
I believe more shares were received in consideration of the license transfer. More shares were also issued for services provided. The 1.5 million were for a portion of services rendered. I believe the shares held are around 32 million.
That would make the market valuation of the equity 1.92 million roughly.
Believe so, the 1.5 million were for a "portion" of the consulting fees due.
Not going up in expectation that this PR was BS.
However the tech licensing was transfered to RLTR.
Equity and a servicing agreement were consideration
for the transfer. The equity value alone to ICTN is
roughly half the share price of RLTR per share of ICTN.
CEO says the tech was "licensed off to" RLTR in the June interview. He makes reference to it as ICTN's tech.
Perfect storm would be dynamite news on Monday, a
close at high of day after a spike, a fourth of July
with folks spreading the word about Monday's news, another spike on
Wednesday from the tension built over the holiday. Then more news.
DT, is that your tongue in your cheek?

Agree.
The fat fingered trade at .0001 is the reason
for the bogus AB sell-if signal.
