It opened at .22 then fell back on flip trades. Just cuz it didn't run a country mile yet is no concern to me. Step by step is fine here IMO.
Bring on the filings William Aul!
Well said TWAflyer1. I pay attention to what they deliver. The CEO and others can talk and blog all year long, but if they don't start delivering positive revenue streams soon, they are done!
And Pegs, I don't give a rats whisker about any old NDA's. We need to hear about real contracts to produce and purchase CHS!
Great Summary Hornet! You know your GIFX!
Once we get the updated filings, this flies even higher!
GIFX is awesome! Bring on the filings Mr. Aul!
LOL, We like news!
CEO has nothing Walrus, just Blog air is all!
BIG TIME DILUTION COMING FOR CORETEC
OH MY, THE WORST IS YET TO COME!!! MORE DILUTION
10Q says 110 million dilution coming!
And that excludes the Preferred A & B Share conversions that could start happening at any time.
Basic and Diluted Loss Per Common Share
Basic loss per common share is computed by dividing net loss by the weighted average number of vested common shares outstanding
during the period. Diluted loss per share reflects the potential dilution that could occur if securities or other instruments to issue common stock were exercised or converted into common stock.
Basic and diluted loss per shares are calculated the same for all periods presented due to the net loss. The following securities are excluded from the calculation of weighted average dilutive common shares because their inclusion would have been anti-dilutive:
As of June 30,2018 2017
Options 2,883,379
Warrants 1,061
Series A convertible preferred stock 115,000
Series B convertible preferred stock 41,842,241
Convertible debentures 107,185,742
Total potentially dilutive shares 110,185,182
LOL, here is the proof showing Coretec is not moving forward.
https://ir.thecoretecgroup.com/sec-filings
Do you see any contracts, CHS revenues, or new agreements in these filings? They are not moving forward at all! All this BS speculation is what is silly!
The Coretec Golden Goose is full of gas, blog post gas!
CEO Blog is just fluff BS, no contracts or revenues as Kraft promised publically last year. Can't trust these guys until they deliver something tangible for shareholders.
Could be another scam, buyer beware!
This bitch is gonna be $1.10 in a few weeks!
Bring on the filings and symbol change!
MM probably had to get the other amount of shares from another MM and it showed up as a sell by the other MM.
It could be a complete scam on their part. Definitely desperation time again for Coretec part-time management.
This should have ran on the update! But no, somebody is still dumping shares. Deferred share compensation for the doctors just kicks that dilution can down the road 6 months.
The fact is No agreements exist, otherwise we would have read about them in a PR and required filing with the SEC.
I hate it when you are right! LOL
Glad I only dipped one toe in this murkey CELZ water!
CEO Kraft is full of cheese wiz! LOL
GIFA is bigger than Dallas!
Valuation of GIFA Holding, Inc. will be in the multi millions if not over a billion! IMO
Dude, I have been invested in this stock since 2005, so I have seen all the dark days with only a few positives flaked in here and there. I have rode two reverse splits out along the way. This company is still pink garbage until they prove differently, so don't tell me to "come on now" or expect me to give them a break. They have not earned one dime of our money yet!
They have 4 business days to file an 8K if there is an agreement made today. I doubt they have any new agreements Pegs.
This company smells worse than the Grinches underwear! It stink, stank, stunk... (horn music)
LOL, Either that or it's going to grey sheets or sub penny or or or maybe to the moon! GIFA strong!

NSX, that is because the MM sold your broker those shares. I have seen MM's post both the buy side and sell side for the same trade on Level 2. Unfortunately, this is common.
I took a position last week, so CELZ needs to deliver some positive news!
MM's sold into your bid. Happens all the time in pennyland. On your brokers side it shows as a buy as it should. I would not be too alarmed about the accounting on level 2. CELZ needs to deliver substantial news in order for the share price to go back up.
You tell me, pally! Please show proof that an agreement exists. Thx!!!
"Play it again Sam!"
There is no agreement with any provisions in place today, period. End of story.
There are no recent material events happening for Corectec. The last one was July 2nd and it advised that both parties were released from any obligations and the license agreement cancelled.
https://ir.thecoretecgroup.com/all-sec-filings?form_type=8-K&year=
There is currently no formal agreement with NDSU regarding the patents. They would have to file with SEC if there were any material agreements made.
There has been no dilution. Please provide links or facts.
No worries HD, all this BS about an attorney having a virtual office is meaningless.
Many self-employed professionals use virtual offices or share common office space and answering services. Many of us work in virtual offices today, out of our homes, vehicles or on the road.
Symbol Change is coming and everyone knows it, that is why we are seeing all this noise. More failed attempts to cast doubt on GIFA.
TWA, Coretec has not reported any new agreements with NDSU, so they have no CHS rights at this time. If they are knocking on doors, they are only selling the "vaporware" or conceptual CHS.
I bet NDSU told them to hit the road until they come back with some viable parties interested in spending millions on CHS. Coretec defaulted on the money they owed NDSU under the last agreement, so I suspect NDSU is now hesitant to sign another agreement. Coretec dropped the ball and NDSU won't forget that fact!
Pegs, Coretec has no products, sales or revenues!
They have scammed shareholders out of millions of dollars. Read the financial statements and you will see the exact amount they have diluted with their false hope "We are talking to X and seeking money from X and partnering with X" and we expect $500k revenues, blah blah blah, but none of that has ever comes true.
Did you mean to say "1 cant next week"? CELZ found it's bottom at $0.02 and everyone else is loading up!
The CELZ bird has been losing it's feathers for the past 3 months! It must be flying south!
Michael Kraft and Mr. Elgammel are doing nothing!
Wow, this stock has really pussed out! Will this ever rebound? Still have it on my watch list.
Yes, all .02 orders should fill today.
NDSU will not sell their patents to Corectec. Coretec has no money, but maybe they can issue them millions of preferred shares that will covert to a billion common shares! LOL
