SEVENODOUBLE, thanks for the update. I was unable to participate last night and you saved me from going though the archives.

StockTA gives some good indicators, especially for people who are unfamiliar with reading charts for themselves.
There is a large group of penny traders who claim TA means nothing on pennies - except to view historical facts. Then there is another group who believe that TA is just as strong as indicator for pennies as it is for big board stocks.
I fall somewhere in between. For an established company with revs, a solid business plan, a good track record of 7+ years - I would check out those indicators.
But News is king in Pennyland. When the king declares a new contract, all the inhabitants of the realm rejoice as their share price increases. When the king announces a loss, or a 'serfdom' to the neighboring kingdom, Asher the Evil, the peasants realize a famine may be near. However, when the king announces his daughter is marrying the High Prince of Verndale, and he will be abdicating his throne - the peasants will party like there is no tomorrow!
In reality, StockTA could announce they were VERY BEARISH on SNRY today and if the 8-K comes out, it wouldn't matter at all. I DO LIKE the fact that SNRY is trading much more solidly now. Perhaps SNRY's MM is putting in a strong floor for impending news.

SMKY is what it is - go ahead folks and bust SMKY in the chops (pun intended). I'm not going to make any excuses. You're right.
Today, anyway.
I know what I bought.
I know why I bought it.
I know how long I have been intending to hold it.
And if I hadn't just bought into another stock pretty heavily yesterday, I would be buying here today.
Please remember to visit the board again at the EOY. If you're right then, I'll admit it again.
If you're wrong then, don't give me the excuses of, "Someone walked it up," "It won't last," "Yeah, but look at the bottom line, it still isn't the best."
I'm holding for 2-3 years minimum. So the daily pps drops/jumps aren't bothering me.
Truly, All The Best
With a float less than 6M, you can see how easily the pps can move. Just breathing on it causes it to flutter.
Of course, steel your nerves, because it may dip down to .03 or .04 occasionally, too, just as quickly.
So, once the 8-K is out and people hear about the S/S & pps, we're going to sprout wings.
All The Best
For a lesson in R/M you can watch this stock today:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/fanatics-acquire-dreams-3-45-120000145.html
See what happens to the pps of DRJ in the next couple days. Of course, it is a NYSE stock and a much stronger company than SNRY. They have a relatively low float of 44M.
All The Best
I am thinking that the 8-K could happen this week, too. I would be very excited to see an S-8 POS, too, meaning that the shares from the S-8 Form were actually given and the deal is done. Not that I expect that one, because I think they/he/it will keep their shares for quite a while, knowing what company is entering here.
All The Best
SPMAN, I think what SNIZZLE was saying is that while EVERYONE is down in their investment right now, those who have invested since the announcement last year that SNRY is 'For Sale' knew what they were getting into: their potential, not their product.
Because that potential is still potential, we understand. We don't really like looking at a portfolio which looks like it is on a submarine ride - but we expect this stock to take on ballast and rise as soon as 'Captain Lev' gives the order.
I am down in the thousands right now, too. SNRY has NOT hurt me at all. Fann, Besuchet, Lev, Dodak, Airington, Zwick, et al have not done one single thing to me. I made this choice myself. SNRY has a failed business model and ALL GREEN ENERGY is built on a failed business model! GSP/Arava Power is only attractive because Israel is going to financially support their investment in solar power.
While SNRY has been a business flop, they are not some share-manufacturing, scam company out to steal people's money.
We all need to take responsibility for our own decisions.
All The Best
We will know how much of a percentage Lev will get once the 8-K is out.
I never noticed this before, but the previous S-8 registration was employee and director related.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1421665/000101376211000465/0001013762-11-000465-index.htm
Well, just remember the other "liability" about SNRY, IF Verndale is the new company the more seasoned penny traders value the stock:
Revenues divided by AUTHORIZED SHARES not Outstanding Shares would make the price around .01 - and 2-3 times that is about where we are right now.
So many OTC companies drop shares into the float so often, you have to figure that into the equation. However, I know of companies with a large S/S which have kept a float small like SNRY has now for years.
Verndale is successful WITHOUT GOING PUBLIC. They may want to go public just to increase their bottom line and keep the float low like it is now. They may think the publicity value will attract more customers.
And, of course, it may not even be Verndale...
We'll see.
All The Best
Verndale is heavily targeting Los Angeles - without actually being present there. They have directed ads & website traffic there purposely. I'm NOT saying they are moving there, but I would imagine if they build a client base there they would open an office there.
Hot companies trade higher than revenues, but 2-3 times revenues is normal.
Total Revenues divided by outstanding shares.
Take that number and divide the closing share price by that number and you will get the pps to revenue ratio.
From most recent 10-K's & current pps
Hot Stocks:
AAPL 5.2 times total revs
GOOG 8.6 times total revs
"Normal" Stocks:
WFC 2.1 times total revs
PFZ 2.4 times total revs
MCD 3.7 times total revs
Weaker Stocks:
F .3 times total revs
X .2 times total revs
SNRY 6M revs and 5.7 O/S = $1.05 per share
2.5 times total revs = $2.63 per share
What I was saying was if SNRY really caught fire, $2 could be low. Of course, there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY anyone can tell what will happen. With little publicity, we may be lucky to even hit $1. No way to tell and there is no way to understand what makes a stock hot. Each of the examples given all have market capitalizations in the BILLIONS. All are 'famous' stocks. But, some are hot and others are not.
The 8-K should answer all our questions regarding employee shares, etc.
All The Best
Lot of posts today.
Here are a few things I have found so far, too lazy to provide all the links yet, but I am working up a "presentation" to splash on the board in case we get the 8-K this week. I've got nearly 50 pages of documentation about them so far.
Verndale has wanted to expand. In 2009 they were going to create a new office in Cincinnatti, I have a full report and analysis of the market there. They wound up going to the "Research Triangle" instead in NC. Must be because of a lot more money there. Verndale has been marketing VERY HEAVILY in LA. Maybe they have plans to expand there?
Through filings and legal doc's I have found they have 50,000 shares in their private company. I know 2 of the owners own 15K apiece, I'm not sure about the other founders. So, they can make any decision they want to make.
Verndale right now is in the middle of a vaccuum for their ability and company model. Other companies are either very small or very large. What has helped Verndale's business model is that they have targeted the 'mid-size' market. The 3 or 4 big boys in the nation take care of the Fortune 500 companies, the little guys take care of the Mom & Pop companies - Verndale has been going after the strong, healthy regional companies. Many of their clients have $50M-$100M revs, so they have deep enough pockets to pay well. Verndale is also building a phenomenal list of credentialed individuals working in the tech segment of the company. I think they have a winning strategy of targeting those companies who are big enough to need a hi-tech website & social marketing system but don't have the money to pay for an entire department to do it "in-house." This is why these guys have been succeeding so well in such a lousy economy.
Yes, it hit me a couple days ago that the current FLOAT is right near $1 per earnings. Most companies trade 6-9 times higher than earnings, but 2-3 would not be out of the realm of possibility. If they are not trying to expand too quickly (like 5 more markets immediately) they may keep the existing S/S for quite a while.
"Super 8-K's" are usually about 30+ pages, depending on the size of the company. ATT or Google may be 100+ pages, but I wouldn't expect our company to need much more than 20-30 pages tops. But, who knows.
It was a source of frustration that I could never figure out how many shares Asher has - but I think it is safe to say about 700K - I don't think they are allowed to hold more than 9.9% of the company or they would have to register a Form 3 or Form 4.
The shares for company officers/employees are usually Form 144 restricted for 1 year - so they may not be a problem entering the float during the "expected run" after the filing.
I have not had time to re-examine past SNRY filings, but it seems to me that Fann & Besuchet had already been paid their shares. These may be the payment for Mark Lev's work because the deal is over. If so, we are DEFINITELY near the "explosion date." The S-8 registration stated that the shares could go to advisors or consultants.
Bring it on, I'm ready!

I'm watching like a hawk, but in reality would be very surprised to see an 8-K today, on the last trading day of the week.
I'll be away from my cpu until afternoon.

OK, makes sense, FIRSTMIKE.
I have called TA's before and had been told I was not recorded as a shareholder, when I had held particular stocks well over a quarter.
All The Best
It is interesting to see how paths intersect.
I was doing some research on Verndale (still the most likely candidate, to me, right now) and as I was doing some case studies of Verndale's success, look who came across the screen...
http://www.verndale.com/Portfolio/Case-Studies.aspx?client=Foley-Hoag-EEC
Foley Hoag, remember them?
They are legal counsel to Global Sun Partners & Yosef Abramowitz.
Mark Lev knows Foley Hoag through business associations.
Foley Hoag has Verndale make their new website and sees greater success.
Foley Hoag maybe contacts Lev about Verndale...????
Interesting
I did see a couple of other companies use the power of attorney clause in their S-8 registration.
But I agree, Fleming has been SNRY counsel for years, now it is Simmons.
Something is coming soon, I think.
All The Best
Any of us knew there would be no revenues and the balance sheet would not be attractive; KBLB is still a development stage company.
I was interested in looking at change in share structure (only up 2.17% since NOV 2011) and checking another very interesting fact:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1413119/000121390011002024/f10k2010_kraig.htm
OK, the mis-prints in the document got my attention, so I followed the trail of the new legal counsel. Without digging too deeply, I found at least 5 other companies where Nathan D. Simmons has filed S-8 forms and just looked briefly at them.
He may have 2 offices, or he may have formerly worked for Jones & Keller because the offices and addresses listed on the S-8 is different than this link.
http://www.lawyer.com/nathan-simmons.html
I noticed that new legal counsel, too. I'll be checking up on them tonight.
Why would the two last directors of a company sign a power of attorney?
Unless they are actually no longer directors as of the date of the filing...
Getting interesting.
Gotta go eat, the whole family is over, but I will be investigating this late into the night to try to have my ducks lined up. I'll post as often as I can - I have 11 more posts remaining tonight.
All The Best
Looks like Fann & Besuchet are getting ready to leave!
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1421665/000149315212000288/0001493152-12-000288-index.htm
I'll definitely be pouring over this tonight.
Looks like the 8-K may not be far away.
NOTE THE DATE of the document: April 9! Must file within 3 business days - other filings may already be in the works.
All The Best
IS THIS A MISPRINT OR THE NEW COMPANY?
Because the 8-K was filed on 3/7. This contained a change in fiscal year. The fiscal year change was FILED on December 22 with Delaware SOS, so it changed the 10-K due for 12/31 into a 10-Q.
March 7, the fiscal change became effective and thus the 10-K turned into a 10-Q.
The 10-Q now is late, because of 3/7 filing so 3/16 brought a notice for a late 10-Q.
Then the 10-Q was filed on 3/20.
Still, a 10-K is due on June 7.
So, I cannot even comprehend that we will still be waiting a big 8-K on June 7.
All The Best
They will have to file, but, yes. They will most likely include it in the name/ticker change filing after the 8-K is announced.
I can't remember the whole regulation, but something to do with any share structure change makes a new fiscal year. I can't remember it all exactly off the top of my head.
The "new" fiscal year end comes at 3/7 because of the reverse split.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1421665/000149315212000149/0001493152-12-000149-index.htm
The current 10-Q was filed for the quarter ending 12/31.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1421665/000149315212000179/0001493152-12-000179-index.htm
However, a 10-K is the yearly report which is not due until 90 days after the end of the fiscal year, which would make the "due date" June 7.
I certainly believe we will have an 8-K, then a company name change along with a ticker change before the 10-K is "due."
Let's remember that SNRY is fully-reporting and that Delaware law requires the stockholders to be notified 40 days before an important event (just like the reverse split).
Once the new company comes in, they can make the fiscal year any date they so desire.
All The Best
Thanks, HP & SNIZZLE.
This is by far the longest I have ever waited for a R/M, so I have decided to make the wait worth it. I fully expect this stock to move, hopefully very soon. I am planning to try to 'kick-start' the 8-K with a lot of buying - as soon as I see the filing.
All The Best
Just back from funeral tonight.
Thanks to all for the many kind remarks, both public and private.
Everyone probably has their own strategy, yet most of us here are still very much in the red. If I were to sell at current prices I would be taking almost a 70% loss.
I have been wrong before, but I have been right before, too. A few nuggets of information which give me encouragement, even though the present pps gives my decision here a grim outlook - presently, that is.
1. The new address on the recent 10-Q. No accident at all - certainly a great indicator (to me) that change is in the works.
2. The repeated phrase, since October, of the internet marketing company and a SIGNED AGREEMENT. The date keeps changing, and I think that is based on the new company, not SNRY. For some reason, they are waiting for just the right time. Because they keep waiting and stalling, perhaps the reason for waiting is because they want to enter with big news - which will have an even greater effect on the 8-K.
3. The O/S has not changed. Scam penny stocks look at 700M new shares to dispose of like a kid looks at Christmas presents. I thought last June that the O/S was changed for the benefit of the new company, and now the R/S still looks like it has done so as well.
4. The float is still 5.6M. This means the potential of movement is much more powerful now with such an extremely small float. I agree with what has already been posted, there is no buying pressure right now, so the pps is lousy. Buying pressure will light the match to the fuse.
5. No response from anyone connected with SNRY or Verndale whatsoever. When we suspected Milliken & Co. may have been the new company, they responded right away. I believe over 10 emails have been sent to Verndale or SNRY about Verndale - absolutely no response whatsoever - very telling indeed.
Very much in the red, but very encouraged, too.
All The Best
After reading and re-reading past CC's, PR's, etc. I have come to my own supposition of the recent events.
1. I think there is a difference between the actual Gen 2 insertions which were announced previously and these now. My impression now is that the previous Gen 2 insertions were more 'experimental' to see if 'types' or 'brands' of Monster Silk could be engineered, sort of 'custom-designed.'
2. I think KT waited for the lab announcement for various reasons - a new building on ND campus, the proper verification of Gen 2 insertions, that they could be repeated with a high level of consistency, and that consistency is now capable of providing Monster Silk with specific qualities on a commercial level.
3. The PR today seems to indicate that these ZF insertions can be accomplished on a large scale level, now that they have proven a consistent engineering sequence.
4. If KT has not changed his normal 'modus operandi' this PR is not fluff in any sense, but is a great indicator that KBLB is actually 'ramping up' specific types of Monster Silk for multiple companies at once.
No way to verify these suppositions, just my general impression from compiling statements over the past year.
All The Best
Nope. I held for a one-day run and that is all. I don't trust this right now in long term.
All The Best
One and only post of the day. Just turned on my cpu at the office and have to leave very soon.
This is one of the busiest times of the year for me at my job.
In addition, my mentor and one of the dearest men to our family is very near death, it will be soon. They live 2 hours away and we are trying to spend as much time with the family as we can. A lot of runs back and forth the last week or so.
On top of that, my of my best friends is in the hospital with several blood clots in each lung - very serious.
(I have over 300 non-spam emails to get to just since Saturday.)
Needless to say, I have had to put sell limits on my SNRY holdings because it is very likely I will not be around any computer during trading hours at all this week and if the 8-K comes out, I will probably not even be able to trade it manually. I may, but I doubt it. I have alerts to my phone, but have myself covered just in case.
I had understood the wording from the last 8-K to mean that the "D" should be off beginning tomorrow. 20 business days FROM March 7 that the "D" would be on. Comes off on day 21.
Looking for that Super 8 either this week or the beginning of next. Sorry to be absent.
All The Best
Thanks, but I was getting lost in the verbiage and thought you could help me out.
So, the way I understand it, MONSTER SILK trademark was been approved (so no one else can use it) in May 2011.
They had 6 months to actually use it on a product.
They got another 6 month extension in November 2011.
So, if they don't actually use the trademark on an actual product by May 2012, they can file for another 6 month extension and not lose their trademark.
Is the trademark actually official now, or not truly official until a product has their trademark on it? I was just wanting to be sure that no one else could take it from KBLB.
TIA
RETROTIRE, for some reason it is not posted on IHub yet.

Hey, FIRSTMIKE, I would appreciate your input as to explaining exactly where KBLB is with the trademark status for "Monster Silk."

Good research on SMKY.
I always enjoy reading more info on SMKY.

Spoken like a true trader:
1. Change your profile according to risk
2. Reversing your move
3. Readjusting your balance of holdings
Yep, that's what traders do.
You trade the way you wish, but it's OK because you only did it once in a year.
So, is trading less than 3x annually going to be acceptable now?
Or, is ANY TRADING still immoral in your opinion?
Call it what you want, but you traded, buddy. No way around it. You stated on Thursday morning that you only had a small portion left in KBLB. Now, you are attempting to 'white-wash' by saying you only traded a 'portion' when in reality you probably traded way over a majority.
Do what you want, you have every right to do so. I don't care how anyone else trades/invests/speculates, etc. It's only I won't label what you do as 'immoral.'
But...it's OK if you do it because you had your own reasons for doing it. It's just wrong when someone else does.
It's just inconsistent, that's all. As long as an 'investor' feels his investment isn't safe, he can sell and rebuy. But if a trader sells and rebuys, he's wrong. All I'm saying it is inconsistent, not wrong. And not even dillusional.
My trading strategy and yours are pretty similar. I just don't talk about it often. I like to find a penny company with tremendous potential and trade it off and on in order to acquire more shares.
Mid-cap and large-cap companies I swing trade along with invest; but not the micro-caps.
All The Best
No problem with me, poke away. I have nothing to gain or lose here. You are absolutely right about the trading flipping and some shorting, but I think it is obvious that day trading/flipping doesn't drive the pps down nearly as much as dilution does.
The answers will be seen in the 10-K.
Truly, good luck to all trading here and any other trades. I'm not going to be a regular here, just trying to share thoughts/ideas as I work on my own strategy.
All The Best
That was only because those were my target dates for Soon-Shiong's acquisition, and I didn't feel like making another jpg. Sorry for the confusion.
ES1, I would have to agree with you. I've held off as long as I could, but the CC was disappointing.
If I remember right, I think Kim said that they just started moving into a "state-of-the-art" lab THIS WEEK. He very adeptly did not mention WHERE. I think it is in ND's new building which was previously posted on this board.
You are correct. Nothing except the lab news (which may have been delayed because of construction - or some may believe was only put together hurriedly only for the CC benefit) should have delayed this CC.
Also, KT deftly avoided giving any other facts or figures. Not, "we have signed 7 NDA's to date," or, "We have XXX worms and seek to have a total of XXXXX worms and XXXXX eggs which will allow commercial production." NOTHING.
I AM GLAD that KBLB is finally going to have their own lab. I bet it will take a couple months before it is actually up and running, though.
He mentioned they will be needing to get new IR, etc., but he DID NOT SAY HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD NEED TO BE EMPLOYED AT THE NEW LAB for it to run properly.
Also, the baloney of, "We have too many companies interested than what we can use," may be due to the fact that KBLB does not have enough eggs/worms and therefore they couldn't even supply 1 company right now and immense volume is still way down the road.
Personally, I think he will sign a contract before the lab is actually commercial-ready, so he can pay the employees and begin to have an actual company.
BOTTOM LINE: KBLB is still classified a "developmental stage" company and are not in the "production stage" yet. I will be reassessing my strategy in KBLB over the weekend.
BTW, Welcome, ZINC FINGER, to the community of traders. After Friday, you can proudly wear that label, too. LOL

GATORHIDE, I don't have PM capabilities. I will respond to you and a some other posters' PM's all in the same post. Just so you know all these answers aren't directly to you.
1. NO, I am NOT saying no one can make money here, obviously I have already and many others have made much more. I just don't see how this is going much higher in the very near future - even with all the pumping, and they have been doing a stellar job.
Check the historical trades:
46 trading days in this year to March 5, the total volume was 350M, average daily trading volume for NEOM was 7.6M daily.
3 days during Dr. Soon-Shiong's acquirement of 25.9% of shares was 500M, average daily trading volume of 166.8M shares.
10 days since the Dr. acquired shares on public market has been 1.1 BILLION shares traded, average daily trading volume of 116.2M daily.
So, in 2012 - basically NEOM traded 7.6M shares per day, and in the last 2 weeks it has traded 116.2M shares daily AND THE PPS HAD FADED.
Any thinking person has to wonder, "Why?" Up 550% on 166m daily volume, but DOWN 48% ON 116M VOLUME - WHEN THE AVERAGE DAILY VOLUME IS 7.6%!!!! That's 16 TIMES HIGHER the daily volume, but the pps is fading...
Come on, the answer MUST be YA Global.
2. The filings report that YA Global is not allowed to be more than a 9.9% shareholder at anytime, yet they are allowed to redeem those warrants at their own 'discretion.' So, they redeem as many shares as they wish and then sell the required amount to keep them under 9.9%.
3. Patrick Soon-Shiong/Global Grid filed as a 25.9% owner based on the published share count in the previous 10-Q! Since they purchased the shares on the open market, we think they 'apparently' do not have authoritative numbers as to the actual share count. Personally, MY GUESS is that the Dr./Global Grid were given the actual float count and only purchased 10% of the existing outstanding shares - AS OF THE CURRENT DATE OF MARCH 16.
4. Check out some interesting figures from the trade dates around the last 10-Q. The 10-Q was approved on 11/14/2011 AFTER MARKET CLOSE, so the public didn't trade on the actual figures until 11/15. Some of the increased volume is speculation on a good filing. However, remember the date of the float:
