Any of us knew there would be no revenues and the balance sheet would not be attractive; KBLB is still a development stage company.

I was interested in looking at change in share structure (only up 2.17% since NOV 2011) and checking another very interesting fact:

I am very surprised that even AFTER all the PR & PNAS publications - NO NEW SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD. Is this a mis-print or typo? Why does it still read 2011?

If it is true, many of the pennies have 200 shareholders or more, and while the volume on KBLB still would classify as illiquid (to me, anyway) its volume is still higher than many of the other pennies.

Could be an indicator that when more interest hits the market, the pps will rise.

I don't have a conclusion, I was just curious to see if the shareholders of record would have increased.
