GATORHIDE, I don't have PM capabilities. I will respond to you and a some other posters' PM's all in the same post. Just so you know all these answers aren't directly to you.

1. NO, I am NOT saying no one can make money here, obviously I have already and many others have made much more. I just don't see how this is going much higher in the very near future - even with all the pumping, and they have been doing a stellar job.

Check the historical trades:
46 trading days in this year to March 5, the total volume was 350M, average daily trading volume for NEOM was 7.6M daily.

3 days during Dr. Soon-Shiong's acquirement of 25.9% of shares was 500M, average daily trading volume of 166.8M shares.

10 days since the Dr. acquired shares on public market has been 1.1 BILLION shares traded, average daily trading volume of 116.2M daily.

So, in 2012 - basically NEOM traded 7.6M shares per day, and in the last 2 weeks it has traded 116.2M shares daily AND THE PPS HAD FADED.

Any thinking person has to wonder, "Why?" Up 550% on 166m daily volume, but DOWN 48% ON 116M VOLUME - WHEN THE AVERAGE DAILY VOLUME IS 7.6%!!!! That's 16 TIMES HIGHER the daily volume, but the pps is fading...

Come on, the answer MUST be YA Global.

2. The filings report that YA Global is not allowed to be more than a 9.9% shareholder at anytime, yet they are allowed to redeem those warrants at their own 'discretion.' So, they redeem as many shares as they wish and then sell the required amount to keep them under 9.9%.

3. Patrick Soon-Shiong/Global Grid filed as a 25.9% owner based on the published share count in the previous 10-Q! Since they purchased the shares on the open market, we think they 'apparently' do not have authoritative numbers as to the actual share count. Personally, MY GUESS is that the Dr./Global Grid were given the actual float count and only purchased 10% of the existing outstanding shares - AS OF THE CURRENT DATE OF MARCH 16.

4. Check out some interesting figures from the trade dates around the last 10-Q. The 10-Q was approved on 11/14/2011 AFTER MARKET CLOSE, so the public didn't trade on the actual figures until 11/15. Some of the increased volume is speculation on a good filing. However, remember the date of the float:

The number of outstanding shares of the registrant’s Common Stock on November 9, 2011 was 437,378,114.

Those were high volume numbers for NEOM (until recently). Immediately after the report figures were compiled for the 10-Q (November 9 figures), notice how volume picks up considerably - HOWEVER SHARE PRICE DOES NOT! The scumbags from YA are diluting into the normal, market anticipation of the 10-Q.

5. One more thing that is very curious to me, the exceptionally high volume that traded during the week before Global Grid purchased the shares.



It was high volume, but the price didn't run. I wonder if we will see some insiders filing about those trading days. It almost looks like someone knew something. I don't have a clue about this puzzle, but just wondering.

6. With yesterday's filing, the 10-K is not due until April 15. I am in 12 other stocks (some QB, some NASDAQ, and some AMEX) which filed NT 10-K's also - so normally I would say, "No big deal." However, now the general public will not know the actual float for another two weeks! 10 more trading days to let the pumpers soak this for all it's worth. Maybe YA will let it bounce again just to provide themselves with an even greater opportunity for dumping more shares - and these shares won't even be counted in the 10-K!

When dealing with billionaires who are on a mission, I don't think the date of his purchase and the NT 10-K are any coincidence at all. Throw in the unusual trading a week earlier and I DO think something is going on behind the scenes.

7. To answer responses already received, NO, I am not a ba*her and I even changed my subscription from premium to free in my own protest over how they are allowed such free reign.

8. NO, I do not know all about all Dr. Soon-Shiong's activities. I only researched to my own satisfaction to give me an indication of some kind of pattern. I know it is neither an exhaustive nor authoritative post, but I was only sharing what I found - not attempting to dissuade anyone from buying or selling. I DO think either NEOM or the technology/patents of NEOM will be showcased in the NantMobile "line" of the Doctor's machine. If so, this thought may blow some people away: We already know he is assembling and constructing his own, private WIRED internet (Lamda Rail). What if he also has plans to assemble and construct his own PRIVATE WIRELESS network, also? I think it may be a very real possibility. If so, he will probably acquire a 'failing' wireless company, too. Something to think about, eh?
