No problem with me, poke away. I have nothing to gain or lose here. You are absolutely right about the trading flipping and some shorting, but I think it is obvious that day trading/flipping doesn't drive the pps down nearly as much as dilution does.

The answers will be seen in the 10-K.

Truly, good luck to all trading here and any other trades. I'm not going to be a regular here, just trying to share thoughts/ideas as I work on my own strategy.
