ICNS-Incentra Solutions Hires Andre Massignani as New Western Region Director of Managed Services
Company Builds Resources to Sell GridWorks Remote Monitoring and Managed
Services in Western Region
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Storage Decisions -- December 4, 2007 -- Incentra Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ICNS), announced Andre Massignani as its new Western Region Director of Managed Services. Mr. Massignani has more than 12 years of experience in IT solution sales and account management to Fortune 500, Global 1000 and Government Agencies and most recently acted as Sun Microsystems' Sales Specialist for Managed Operations after the recent acquisition of SevenSpace in 2005. Incentra Solutions is showcasing its company's product and service offering at Storage Decisions (Booth #108) at the San Francisco Hilton December 4-6, 2007.
In his new role, Mr. Massignani is responsible for driving Incentra's professional and managed services portfolio into the Western Region, enabled through the GridWorks Remote Monitoring and Management platform. Based on his background supporting multiple platforms and providing managed services for storage, network & security, Mr. Massignani will also be a contributor to Incentra' overall managed services roadmap.
'A key benefit of having Incentra Solutions acquire Helio Solutions in August, 2007 was our ability to become a complete IT solution provider -- bridging our technical expertise on the product side, with our ability to provide an even broader set of professional services and begin selling true managed services to our long-time customers,' said Incentra Regional President Dave Condensa. 'Andre's former managed services and Bay Area sales experience make him perfectly suited to support our professional services and managed services offering in the Western region.'
Incentra Solutions has assets in 55 data centers around the world, which are being managed without a single person onsite. Incentra currently manages almost 3,000 TB of storage for its customers in US, Western Europe & Japan, performs more than 250,000 back-up jobs every month and manages approximately 10,000 IT elements/assets under managed services from its NOC in Colorado. The company's proprietary GridWorks technology enables Incentra's Network Operating Center (NOC) to remotely manage IT systems and deliver increased performance, security, utilization and ROI to a mid-tier market whose option, prior to Incentra, was simply to throw more servers and storage devices at their data growth issues.
'We are extremely excited to have Andre on our team,' said Incentra Regional Executive Vice President Bert Condensa. 'About 90 percent of our existing customers have expressed some pain points around storage management and backup and could greatly benefit from GridWorks. With an approach that combines the automation of GridWorks and our operational and technical expertise, we can provide a more economical and efficient way to manage critical data. A couple of Incentra's largest managed services customers are in the Bay Area, and we believe this will become one of the company's most important markets.'
Prior to Incentra Solutions, Andre held sales positions at Sun Microsystems, Xcellenet, BEA Systems and Oracle. 'Incentra is cutting edge, especially when it comes to its Storage and Backup managed services offering,' said Mr. Massignani. 'I was interested in working for a growth company, where I could inject my experience and make a difference. Incentra is the perfect place for me to use my prior experience and creativity to help grow its flagship product offering.'

Not sure where everybody else is. maybe a gap in scottrades data
Accumulation/ Dist line Looks like it has been under steady accumulation for a while
Company has had fantastic growth with 240 mill gross expected next year and with the insider buying makes me think that it is likely they will turn profitable next QTR. In which case the stock will run like a bandit with it's relatively small float. I think their next move would be to get off the OTC and move to the Nasdaq
I have been in this as one of my longterm plays. Chart looks great along with improving fundamentals a run to $4 to $5 seems reasonable when compared to other stocks in the sector. That's My bet, I may be wrong but I like this one

Accumulation/ Dist line shows 2+ mill on a 3 year chart

seems to be stuck on 1.55, any thoughts on this? anyone have level 2 for pinks and can identify the mm's here on bid and ask?
thanks,
dee
CNBC just announced that the instore clinics at walmart are going to be discussed shortly, mentioned Revolution Health, will listen to see if they mention Intrepid. if you can tune in, do so.
ICNS -Bubbling with some largish buys
ITPD>..Bob Pisani mentioned post close re Wal mart that one of the ways they were looking to increase rev was with in store medical clinics...take a look at pr's here....
(this was from an SI board)
BRST - keep an eye out for news here. has been inching up slowly and now, not so slowly, suing Apple for infringement, won a settlement with microsoft last year. may be nothing or not.
It's Alive!!! nice to see UBSS and Nite moving on ask for a change.
I have had very limited experience with reverse split plays but the name itself is toxic to investors who will head for the nearest exit. the reasoning is always the same, bump up the price and they will come but 'they' usually leave. I am still sitting with two stocks, three years now, whose reverse splits which seemed like the right thing to do, totally tanked the stock and gave the mm's power to run them into the ground, the charts look like ski slopes. as much as i like gdvi, i would not stay for another ride down the greased slope. JMHO
mm's drop this fast enough with any selling but they really hate to move it up.
nice news this morning, suspect more to come.
dee
why are they moving up the ask on each trade? is news?
is this still trading, tried to by thru scottrade and was told to call the office. anyone know what that is about?
don't understand why this volume is not moving the price. is this being shorted? insider selling? any ideas why this is trading this way?
thank you and I agree with the poster, FANC is an mm that is often associated with non-retail selling. will have comb the q again. someone was definitely selling into the news or the rise would have been bigger on the news. i have seen this thing fly on the volume we have seen recently. hopefully the dumping is close to being done and we will move north again.
is joe under some sort of a gag order not to discuss what is going on here, don't some of the posters have a rapport with the guy?
if anyone was watching level II today would you please share what you saw. which mm's were on bid and ask? did the same mm's stay there for most of the day.
Thanks,
dee
are we waking up here or am i being too optimistic? news coming, i hope!
at least the spread has narrowed
is there some insider trading going on here, this thing runs in place and it seems to be the same mm's sitting on bid and ask. do not see anything filed about insider trades but something is definitely not right. any ideas? anyone contact management about any future pr's new business?
thanks,
dee
May i ask you how you know joe is staying on as advisor, did i miss a post here?
thanks,
dee
UBSS has been active on many of the stocks that have been on a greased chute to new lows. it seems that every time i see a stock tanking for no good reason, UBSS/NITE is in plain view. not sure what it means that's the way it has been.
dunno, but maybe it has somethin to do with UBSS sitting on bid and ask???
for all of the negativity posted here, for all of the emotional upset caused by declining pps, take a close look at a two year chart. the cmf is green, the accumulation line climbs. many stocks are down right now, but there are not many that seem to be under this level of accumlation. just makes one wonder. there does not seem to be a massive sell-off for all of the whining.
