Ecotec coal was one of the companies BR formed and then put his buddy Steve Parks of Arkansas in charge. The way BR had this set up IMHO with all the start up companies he created including for the sell of Tax credits using Ecotec coal. Geotec would have never made any money because there was no intent to clean the coal with our process. It is interesting that Parks and his company King coal USA had a protein enzyme process too. Parks took the fall here with his freedom after we took the fall with our pocket books and BR got a slap on the wrist. But yes, this is all the same mess we were invested in and with the same players.
Chris, is this really Geotec?
From back in those days... Dick
Looks like http://kingcoalusa.com/ is using the process. King Coal run by STEVE PARKS? Steve Parks the same guy that is now controlling ECOTEC COAL? Ecotec Coal the company B. RAY come up with while CEO of Geotec? Smelly stuff
It stopped trading one or two years ago.
Longman, I see it. But I don't understand it.
Sounds like some kind of mechanism so that failed trades can be covered.
Do you interpret it to mean something else?
Looks like GETC might trade next week to clean up aged fails. anyone else see this from the DTC?

Am I missing something here or what? Does the current management have to totally shut down operations while a case is going on against former board members? Does the company have any money to operate?
I tried that number but it's not in service anymore I guess. I'll keep digging till I'm able to reach someone. Thanks anyway.
In the most recent 8k Dorsten signed as ceo. The phone number listed is 561 276 9960.
There is currently an open case in Palm Beach Court. I suspect that no information will be made public until this case concludes.

Is anybody out there???????????? Could somebody please tell me how to get in tough with Mark Dorston?
I don't care about the equipment... and I consider CGGE to be as lost a cause as Bradley.
But a year ++ ago GETC claimed they'd filed for a patent on their process.
It's my belief that the patent, if it was ever issued, has significant value. But I have never been able to find evidence of even an application for the patent.
Any insight would be appreciated.
equipment was CGGE?
Looking worse all the time.

What happens to any assets? i.e., patents?
doesnt matter. its going grey sheet and no way any MM will sponsor a new 15c211. so its really over
It sure doesn't look promising... but don't completely give up.
The SEC case against the old management has concluded:

OK stock patrol you're the head man now......make something happen..lol
They answer the phone. That's the good news.
When they realize it's a shareholder they say something like ... just starting a conference call. can we call you back?
If this happens to you, don't waste your time waiting for the return call!!
lol yes you did, and it was amusing to read... good thing a few of the moderators and owner drd was not as invested in this one like he was with cshd b/c you woulda been banned!!!!!
I understand and I don't take offense to anything you bring to the table here. In fact it has in the past made me dig a little deeper. I don't spend much time digging HERE anymore as I wait to see the out come but I've spoke to a 3rd party company (Top 500 company) that used the term I used "Has Merit" and in their opinion the next step was to try it out in real world. But not with off the shelf parts like the one I watched in PA. What was or is needed was an engineering firm to build a pilot site to see if it was truly commercially viable. And by the way, the 3rd party was NOT hired by Geotec Inc. which meant more than you realize.
Chris, I'm not saying I'm smarter than you... I have made several pink sheet mistakes over the years... they all become defunct at some point, even the one I owned that up-listed to the Nasdaq (they did that to get investors roped in).
I still own 3.5 million shares of AACS.... call me stupid...!
Amen to that! And for what it's worth, I'm not suggesting ANYONE buy this stock. I'm only suggesting that the technology HAS MERRIT, not that the present management can or will do anything with it. What a shame.
Chris, just like the BS they thru at you on location in PA., you'll seem to believe anything posted on the internet as fact because it has a legit named company attached..
I suggest you verify even one of those claims before touting them as defacto.
Another lesson about the internet is... nobody can police it so it's 99.9999% bull.
GETC is a pink sheet, not a blue chip, why didn't any of those giant big named companies buy this or fund Richcorp with such astounding results with the exotic formula?????????????????????
the crap don't add up and it never did.... Blind faith makes bad investments.
Sure sounds like BR deserves to be drawn and quartered for reckless mismanagement of a huge opportunity.
May the SEC case proceed quickly and effectively!!
Not a large leap of faith to believe the technology that remediates soil used by industry giants could also clean hydrocarbons such as coal. IMO
Case#3
Marathon Oil Co., Albion, Michigan
August, 1992
Amoco Oil Company operated the wells that Marathon had purchased for over 40 years. The soil under and surrounding the tank battery that was mined and remediated using soil washing technology developed by Lee Smith of Lake City, Fla. and Drexel Corporation, Conroe, Texas. The enzyme solution was manufactured by RichLabs. Once again the formulation FX-P 10/10 was used to remediate the soil down to nondetectable levels. The throughput of the unit was about a ton of soil per hour. The major amount of the 3 week period was taken up by the mining operation (removing and replacing the soil). The process cleaned the soil from an initial contamination level of 66,000 PPM to non-detectable levels.
More Documented Results
Case#2
Cummins Diesel, El Paso, Texas
June, 1992
The site was contaminated over a period of years. Numerous diesel spills and leaks from storage tanks resulted in petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in an area about an acre in size. The depth of contamination ranged from ground surface to a depth of 20 feet. Dr. Robert Doggett and Haywood-Baker injected the RichLabs FX-P 10/10 enzyme solution to remove the contamination. The initial Total Petroleum Contamination ranged from 60,000 PPM to 85,000 PPM. The soil was remediated in-situ to non-detectable levels of TPH in a three week period.
Beer and soap again? Even if you did NOT believe the independent results supplied by 3rd parties thinking that Geotec Inc. corrupted the chain of command. Richcorp was using the technology long before Geotec entered the picture, and with companies far larger than "pink sheet" companies.
Ie.
Documented Results
RichLabs has supplied the enzyme solution for a number of remediation situations. The following case results will give some examples of where our product works even when the levels of contamination would be too high for a conventional bio-remediation project. Our product reduced the contamination levels to a more than acceptable limit .
Case #1
CITGO Refinery /Sulphur/ Louisiana
March,1989
Three types of soil were processed to determine the enzymes capabilities in each, a soil comprised mainly of sand, a soil comprised of both sand and clay and unresolved organics (loam), and a soil comprised mainly of clay were processed in a soil washing remediation program. The results are as follows:
Soil Type: Sand
Initial Contamination Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon, (in parts per million) 78,00
Level After Treatment Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon, (in parts per million) 10
Soil Type: Gray Clay
Initial Contamination Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon, (in parts per million) 100,000
Level After Treatment Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon, (in parts per million) 10
Soil Type: Sandy Soil\ Gray Clay
Initial Contamination Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon, (in parts per million) 162,000
Level After Treatment Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon, (in parts per million) 30
the ingredients are the same as beer and soap, listed separately they sound exotic and can come from many places...
You fell for this hook line and sinker, don't believe anything you were told or were led to believe when it involves a pink sheet company.
That’s funny but wrong... I've heard you mention that before but isn't even close. I know you don't believe but you can't imagine how complex and the number of ingredients that goes into making the protein enzyme. Many are exotics and come from different parts of the world which would have been a stretch for any supply chain model. Kind of a mute point right now.....IMO
but, you need to remember the whole thing is based on washing coal with a mixture of beer and soap. Hardly a technology, but add in all those metal contraptions and motors it does make for a good show to get investors to give up their hard earned cash...!
I believe the technology is there but don't believe the present management will or can make it happen. IMO there is a lot that needs to happen and "IMO WILL HAPPEN" before the technology can be put to the test. What a shame!
Anyone really think GETC is going to get one scrap of revs from converting coal to oil?
I can't wait to see who is going to go to jail..
Show.....in court.....Nothing really to post until the authorities make their move. IMO
funny now the mods have disappeared and left the roost...
Wonder why...?

======== From 10KSB of December 29,2006 =======================
WE HAVE ABANDONED OUR FORMER BUSINESS MODEL AND ACTIVITY TO UTILIZE THE PATENT DESCRIBED HEREIN AND TO BE A SERVICE PROVIDER TO THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY.
During calendar years 2003 and 2004, our business model centered around our ten-year exclusive license and U.S. Patent No. 6,817,298 to market and sell a unique oil treatment service to customers in North, Central, and South America. This technology, Gas Generators(TM), was not fully commercialized. Accordingly, we intend to sell our interest in this technology and we will not be a service company to the oil and gas marketplace. Instead, we will concentrate on monetizing our coal assets and our “Green Energy” technologies.
In the first quarter of 2005, we changed our business plan to pursue a “Green Energy” business model. Pursuant to this “Green Energy” business model we have entered into agreements to acquire laid up coal, above ground coal mines and technology to utilize coal to produce synthetic fuels. We intend to continue through 2006 to enter into additional agreements to acquire coal assets and technologies to produce gas, liquid or solid synthetic fuels, or refined “clean” or “Ultra Clean” coals. Through agreements described herein, we have obtained technologies that enable the processing of coal into Ultra Clean or Clean Coal. However, we have not yet generated any significant revenues with this new business model and there can be no assurances that future revenues will be sufficient to sustain and support our projected business operations. Further, while the technology has been favorably reported in a laboratory and pilot plant setting, there is no evidence that the technology will be commercially feasible as it has never been utilized to refine coal in a commercial setting.
===============================
Geotec, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GETC) is a Green Energy Technology Company. Geotec has operations in the United States and Argentina and utilizes proteins and enzyme technology to chemically convert hydrocarbons to commercially higher value coal. The technologies are also used to purify hydrocarbons, such as coal or oil, of heavy metals and other contaminants such as sulfur, arsenic and mercury to prevent or correct pollution in the air, water or soils. In addition, hydrocarbon contaminated soils can be re-vegetated and re-forested.

===========PR Sept 15th 2008====================
Geotec, Inc. Has Received United States Patent Pending Status--Application Number 61/132,397
Geotec, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GETC) announced today that it has filed patent applications with the United States Patent Office. Acknowledgment, as patent pending, has been received by the USPO for "Methods of refining hydrocarbons fuels and post-combustion production by enzyme and protein reactions." (Application number 61/132,397) The patent applications included the protein and enzyme processing, cleaning and purification of pre-combustion solid, liquid, and gas hydrocarbons. The patent application also included the lowering of metals, mercury, sulfur and other hydrocarbon contaminants that will decrease the air emissions of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Sulfur Dioxides (SO2) and fine particles.
