Small float
One big order. Or continued growth and continued insider buys in addition to share buy backs and retiring the shares, this thing could go parabolic.....only problem is been waiting 7-8 years! Lol....but if it goes to $10 ill be happy to have waited. Fish do you see $10 in our future?
Disappointed
Been in VTSI since 2012. I am in the black. But feel i could have put my money in an index fund or a blue chip stock and done better with less risk! That being said, i am still holding on to my nice accumulation. As well as the 3 or four family members and friends i convinced to buy over the years. They all are in including me under 8 cents. I was really hoping to hit big on this stock when it was just pennies and hoped it would hit a buck and we would all be sitting pretty.i will continie to hold but cant help but think we have all wasted our time these past many years. Maybe we get a huge contract. I dont know. Kinda bummed out
Everyone Relax
I have been here since 08. I don't post much but im here everyday. I just wanted to share a few thoughts. Virtra is breaking sales and net income records. Executed the reverse split. Uplisted. And also went up in price from like 6 cents not too long ago to close to 34 cents recently. And some of us have the gumption to complain because we haven't heard any news over christmas and new years? Relax. Sometimes people sell their stock. Sometimes a stock is undervalued. This is how we make money. If everything was priced at its proper valuation, it would be impossible to make money. Virtra is a buy. Ive had acquaintances, family, and friends all buy the stock. The company didnt go through redomestication, reverse split, and uplist just to cave. Our CEO is the largest shareholder. Relax. Virtra is going up. Be patient.
Just bought 100,000 more shares
Had a fresh $5,800 in my IRA and just purchased 104,012 shares at the ask at $0.056....I am putting my money where my mouth is....Buy when everyone else is scared...That is where money is made....All of VirTra's sales can be verified. It is a real company with real products! Don't be scared out of your shares! All things being equal, it seems like a ton of shares have changed hands the past few days, but it is actually a small percentage of the float. Hopefully those shares ended up in stronger hands. When the audit is done, and this nonsense is behind us, we will be sitting pretty.
Greg
Keep This In Mind
VirTra now has a line of credit that was taken out as indicated in the last quarterly report....It is important to remember that Bob Ferris himself, not the company, is backing that line of credit. In other words, upon default, Bob's ass is on the hook for that money, not VirTra. Why would Bob, personally put himself on the line financially, not to mention be the company's largest shareholder if things weren't kosher, or on the up and up, at VirTra. These new aliases who claim to have inside information failed to mention that. Someone mentioned that last year's (2010) financials had to be revised....That makes no sense because the audit is for 2011, not 2010. I talked to Rudy Miller for about an hour last week. I am with him 100%. Who are you going to listen to? A guy that has taken start up companies and turned them into companies with billion dollar revenues, or wannabe know-it-alls on a message board? Make you decision and go from there...My two cents....
Rudy Miller has been personally calling individual investors on the phone...I talked to him for almost an hour and he was a very nice man. Miller Group is doing a terrific job, but keep in mind, they have only been on board for a few weeks....Give it some time...BTW, the audit of 2011 is beginning today at 2PM Pacific time.
Told you all we would see a runup this week...I bought my last bit of shares today at $0.0199 and sold everything at 3:45 for $0.04 cents...I am done and out and now buying heavily into WAMUQ.
Question about LEHMQ to the experts..
If the plan is approved by the judge on December 6th, will trading in the LEHMQ stop immediately, or is this going to trade into 2012? I appreciate any and all answers...PS, I am buying commons at these levels, expecting a run up of all Lehman issues next week.
Keeping things in perspective everyone......
Today was obviously not a fun day to be a VTSI shareholder. However, it is important to remember that only a few short weeks ago, we were trading down in the mid 5 cent range. And keep in mind that although 800,000 shares were traded today, that is .5% of the total amount of outstanding shares. So while 800,000 shares were traded, 157.5 million shares weren't traded...Most of us on this board have close to or more than 800,000 shares...Therefore, one impatient trader might have liquidated today...No biggie...Keep things in perspective....
Huge News-Buyout Coming, look at their website. http://www.millercapitalmarkets.net/our-services.php
Specializes in leveraged buyouts, has relationships with venture capitalists and very large investors....This is huge news for us...It is time for this stock to take the next step up. GLTA
Numbers are out.....

General Dynamics buys Force Protection! Hopefully, there will be more m&a and Virtra will be bought! Wishful thinking.....
Keep accumulating....I know it is tough to do when many of us are already over weight in our holdings of this little gem..BillPr could be right and we are being taken private....Good thing is, a buyout of $.20 would look very nice from where we are now...Keep accumulating...Cash is growing, dilution is done...Sales are up, hiring is up, net income is up....PPS is down-BUY
hopefully weak hands are gone....Truthfully, this volume in one day is less than most of us own...Could be one or a small amount of small investors selling out...Not a big deal everyone...
Would be nice if the company or Bob was buying these shares into this sell off....Its a buying opportunity.
Virtra hiring a FULL TIME new System Installer and Technical Support Position....http://virtra.com/corporate/careers
Can any old timers explain this? I found an article stating that Virtra was to merge with 3 different companies back in 2005-2006...The companies were Altatron Inc., Dynalyst Inc., and SunTech Inc. Can anyone that has been here a long time tell me about what happened and why the merger never came to fruition. It says that Kelly Jones was the CEO at the time...Any info on this matter would be greatly appreciated...

BuyBack-For all Longs.....For those of us who say we are here for the long run, it really doesn't matter if the share price is $0.06 cents or $.20 cents. However, with the limited cash that we do have, a lower share price would be better for a buyback...For example, VTSI could buyback 10,000,000 shares for a price of $650,000......20,000,000 shares for $1,300,000....As some have predicted, and from my readings of the last quarterly report, we should have around $2 million in cash by year end. If the share price is still this low or lower, maybe we should think about taking 10-20 million shares off of the float and still enabling us to have cash left over.....Just a thought....
The great thing about this company is that we only have to do around $2 million per quarter to make a profit. $2 million isn't much. We make a few simulator sales per quarter to local Law Enforcement Agencies and the military, and continue to open Gander Academies, and we will get our $2 million in revenue. Not to mention upgrades or updates from previous orders, and/or brand new deals or partnerships similar to the Gander deal..By year end, we should have plenty of cash on hand...Who knows, maybe Gander, Lockheed, or a big name will be announced as buying a ton of shares in the company...There are a multitude of things that could happen to get this stock price moving...Lets continue being patient, and add when we can...Greg
Longs, Please Read............The only thing we can do is continue to add to our already large holdings..$0.066....Honestly, never thought this stock would ever be this low again....We were over $.10 cents with debt, Dutchess, and no Gander Mountain, as well as continued dilution....Now, we are at $0.066 with no debt, no dilution, 100% revenue growth and 100% net income growth, not to mention a future revenue stream from the continued opening of Gander Mt. Academies...Bob Ferris is the largest shareholder...I can not believe that he would want this share price going down...Of course he wants it to go up, he is the largest shareholder! I think we will see a few form 4's popping up soon. Stock price is too low for the success this company is achieving.. We also need to hold onto our shares and possible start a committee to put our shares together as almost a "consortium" to have voting power, etc.. Maybe we need to put one of us on the BOD or have Bob pressured or fired....We are the shareholders, everyone.....We have say....Let's start!
Everyone can agree that a company like VTSI has Intellectual Property.....I understand what you are saying Bill, but who's to say with increasing revenues and new scenarios and simulators that the Intellectual Property is not worth more on the balance sheet than $6 million? Just throwing it out there....
Andrus was fired...................On August 9th, SirFelix posted the press release on Virtra's website that was posted on 8/9/11....In the article, Andrus was quoted......Therefore, he abruptly resigns or is fired on the same day? Odd....Also, in the Financial Report, I don't believe they showed the breakdown of insider ownership like they usually do....Maybe this is because Andrus sold all of the shares he had just purchased, hence the recent decline in PPS. Makes sense....The hell with him, we will move on and the company will still keep having record breaking quarters....GLTA
No Dilution...........No one mentioned that the share count has remained the same now for 2 quarters....Everyone here just harps on the bad stuff.
Why the investment community is not impressed with record quarter after record quarter is beyond my comprehension....I will continue to buy.....This is how money is made, buying an undervalued assets....
With all due respect, RECORD QUARTER...This is the highest revenue quarter in the history of the company...Net income is up almost 100% year over year. Cash is not down....If you read the balance sheet, roughly $900,000 was used for projects that are underway....That simply means they have this cash, but used it for the projects that they have not collected revenues for yet.....Stop complaining about everything...Although the stock price doesn't move, the company is growing by leaps and bounds....
They will report a record quarter.......I have a feeling this is going to be a high $2 million or low $3 million quarter....Cash will be up...Shareholder Equity will be up even more....The market sucks right now but a great quarter from Virtra would make it all better....This needs to pop, and soon....Let's Go VTSI!
Less than 1% of shares were traded today....Everyone relax...This wasn't some big sell off...Roughly 12 Million shares out of a total of almost 2 Billion in the entire float....That equates to less than 1% or .6% of shares being traded (bought, sold, or shorted)....Easy for MM to scare people trading less than 1% of the entire float huh? Big selloff, NOT!
I am confident, but it sure is difficult to watch when your account value trickles down every day! And the one thing that worries me is that everyone is so confident here.....I hope these shares do not go to zero or get cancelled.
Increased Revenue, Increased Net Income, Increased Cash, $0 Debt, Insider buys, No more Dilution, Increased headquarters by 5x, Increased employees by 3x, every press released discloses a new, unique buyer of simulators, strong partnerships (L3, Lockheed, Gander)....Everyone be patient...One morning you will wake up and there will be a buyout, more insider buys, a dividend, an uplisting, a buyback, and/or a large percentage increase in price....Everything about this company is a positive.....Patience!
Think common will ever hit $.20 cents again? I am going to average down a little more on Monday morning...I think we hit $.15 cents on speculation....What does everyone think?
once WAMU's GSA is rejected, WAMUQ, and LEHMQ are going to fly.....
no way does this get $3 bucks a share....I'd say no more than $1 with the possibility of also getting shares in JPM or a new entity like WAMCO or something...
PPS Predictions for upcoming week? I have a feeling that we are going to drop into the single digits....I hope I am wrong but i just have that gut feeling...Anyone have ideas?
I think both he and Bob will be buying soon....But, even if they don't, every quarterly report that shows increased revenue and increased net income, along with increase cash on the balance sheet, this thing will have to move up. The only thing that sucks is that we have to wait 3 months every time until we see the next quarterly! It is going to get to the point where there is either going to be a buy out, or they will have to institute a dividend.
Spoke to Don Andrus.....First and foremost, I want to say that he is very professional and quick to respond to any email I ever send him. I expressed my issues with VTSI languishing at such a price that all of us believe is at least 50% undervalued....I told him that as a loyal shareholder, I want to hold on, but it gets difficult when there is next to no volume, and the price is stagnant. He quickly responded, and without giving too much information, thanked me for my loyalty, and told me that in the short time ahead, my issues would be taken care of, and that patience here will pay off....I asked him if they were working on getting things moving and he responded saying a few "emphatic yes".....Anyway, i wanted to share that with everyone....It isn't anything concrete, but it is a little hope...
Does anyone think COMMONS will really get something? I have traded this stock and been in and out on the highs and lows, but when all is said and done, does anyone truly feel that COMMON stock will get any money and if so how much, conservatively?

I think everyone is overreacting...Time to load up on more shares.
I hear ya Billpr....However, if Don sees the price going to $.10-$.20 cents than I guess $.07 would still be a great buy...Whether the buy was in response to shareholder angst or not, he still bought the shares...It is not too little too late...It is a positive....We are all going to make a lot of money if we just be patient a little longer...This thing will be at least twice its current market cap by the end of 2011.
RS Split or not, if revenues double, this stock price will keep inching up....Remember when we languished in the high $0.06's and low $0.07's for what it seemed was forever? Well, we are still higher than that....I know it is hard to be patient, but everything is still going well...So what, a few weak sellers sold out....We are another nice press release away from this popping up to $.10 cents again...Bottom line, if the RS passes or not, the company success on its own merits will make the stock price increase. BTW, I voted NO on every amendment....I am holding 313,000 shares. I plan to add more.....
