IM afraid to ask...how jacked up is the share structure now?? Gonna have to add some more just to make my average better and make it worthwhile.
I still say they made an absolutely epic blunder with their toxic financing when they could have raised the money EASILY through the market itself. They had STRONG Internet investor following. Instead the toxic finance companies took all of the money for a fraction they gave to SVFC, destroying the share structure in the process.
The important, most important thing, is that it hasnt been a FATAL blunder. yet. The tech is beyond good. Its time for all the rest of the pieces to catch up.
SVFC
SO my buddy told me I could pay him instantly on GMAIL of all things, and I was like "huh?" So I went and did it and it was approved on Googles end, up until my buddy called me and was like "You have to have Chase." I was pissed for a second and then remembered that MYEC is set up through Chase partially so we know that at least some big entities are choosing NOT to infringe on this tech. A bittersweet, more positive than negative moment, even if my funds end up stuck in the interweb until the friggen 18th before I get it back. Of course, its not a guarantee that MYEC is the service that gets used to accomplish this....but "instant pay by email??" are you kidding me!? I damn near forget just how many different applications MYEC can be used for.
Oh yea, thats right. EVERY LAST THING INVOLVING MONEY.
MYEC
To the death! I hope it stalls for another year so I can go all-in :)

20% of my purpose of doing this here is directly for your amusement, Haha. 20% Mission success!
To your last point, here here!
Fwiw, ive read dozens, if not hundreds of ISIS/IRAQ/Kurd topic articles. Many say the same thing while a significant minority are all over the map. But they agree these "people" are as brutal as it gets and need to be stopped. So the question has always been not if but when. And the more time that passes has revealed ISIS to have their act together and operate efficiently in many ways. That said, im not sure what level of influence 90 US airstrikes (and counting) does to the equation, and the prospect of a hellfire missile up your azz has got to be in the minds of even the most extreme people by now. But the enemy will and has adapted by moving in among the people, a dodgy proposition when trying to retake land.
Well cripple them slowly but surely as they transport between areas of that im sure. Their ability to advance will likely be stopped in its tracks. Its pushing them out of numerous cities and villages that becomes the time consuming endgame. And what horrors will continue to unfold on innocents, especially when the bad guys know they are doomed....they may not know it yet but its coming.
In all reality this thing has just begun....a new phase at the least. JMO YO!
Hi5
Looks like a softening in tone and bravado by that particular guru. Correctly reading the tea leaves has that effect :( he still manages to lob one last gasp hypothetical scenario, but perhaps there will be more cautious outlooks going forward.
This still looks like a winner to me over time. Its another one of our "twiddle our thumbs" deals. I look at this as a place to maybe load up AFTER/IF one of our others goes off....but only once theres more political certainty.
Blowing up the dam is an OPINION of yours. They probably would have already if they were going to, IMO. Now, thankfully they cant. It is/was simply a piece on a chessboard, where its TRUE power and value lay in the DESTRUCTION, or LIABILITY side of the equation for us, not so much the asset side for them. What were they gunna do, say give us a billion dollar windfall or well blow it up? Not gunna happen. If its As you say as a last "f you" as they retreat, it would create a calamity for Iraq but have little bearing on eradicating ISIS.
This is exactly your problem right here. WEIGHING THINGS correctly. ISIS may lose 50 assets, but they have tens or hundreds of thousands of others to draw from. Its not like each thing they lose is a crippling blow. Its a CONSTANT FLUX of MILLIONS of moving parts. They have been trending UP very quickly until perhaps very very recently, but are likely still seeing a net gain from their activities even if not on the map itself.
Again their tactics are brutal. They put extreme taxes on random things or kill for the multi purpose of spreading fear to make people convert, gaining assets, not having to feed mouths and waste assets on nonconformers. They will (and have been) suck their regions dry for their own purposes first and foremost.
Its amazing to me that I feel compelled to put this much time into this issue. Its just mind boggling to me how some can be so cavilier with such an EXTREME REAL LIFE situation with massive human consequences.
But hey, ISIS is nothing and the revalue is any day now!! HI5!!!
At least im self-aware enough to know that I, along with every last human being on the planet, is confused, at least about many specific things. The fact I can acknowledge it I think gives me an edge in determining when others are confused, but just barely, IMO.
Another typical diversion tactic to marginalize an argument you refuse to process correctly. Its the equivalent of "well my Dad could beat up yoyr dad!".
Childs play, IMO.
See, like this. They may have lost 20 pieces of artillery and a dozen tangible assets, but if they GAINED hundreds of pieces of artillery from the US intended for Iraqi security forces, along with Billions of dollars from other verifiable sources as well as INCREASED manpower, that results in a NET GAIN. Sure they lost tangible assets, but perhaps with the new weaponry, addition bankroll, and additional manpower they can/will counterattack to retake the same or other assets.
You are so locked into knowing that EVENTUALLY ISIS will be defeated, and IRAQ will revalue, that you base everything you say on those inevitable outcomes instead of paying attention to the details, such as how much territory IRAQ will control when they do revalue. Ive acknowledged these liklihoods while reassessing as weve gone along to try and determine WHEN this may happen. The whole point of the message boards is to get information on whether TO INVEST, and WHEN. You say YES we will be MILLIONAIRES very soon load the boat, while I say it looks like it may be a solid investment WHENEVER they get their many, many, problems solved.
There is still MUCH value in this play, which is an additional reason I remain attentive to the goings on. Its just not the instant win lottery ticket the gurus have been portraying it to be for YEARS now, and for a year since Ive been really watching. Their time frame has been epically wrong even while they still dig in, and I believe the payoff they claim will be fractional, yet solid...perhaps spread out over time, as it is a comparatively risky investment to other currencies.
Im all for enthusiasm and backing my investments hardcore, but blindly towing the EXACT same line over an extended period of time in the face of MANY MANY *extraordinary* negative developments just telegraphs a biased and partially ignorant viewpoint. J.M.H.O.
Oh wow, lets emphasize a whole nother dam like its a big deal. Its one piece of property, period. PERIOD. Again there you go holding up these false idol details. The MAIN REASON the dams became a news story is because of the unprecedented destruction that would have been caused had they been blown up, the one dam in particular.... There you go again placing too much emphasis on the wrong part of the story.
Lets try this:
Does ISIS have tens of thousands of fighters who continually murder and plunder resources, even selling hundreds of millions of dollars in artifacts on the black market: YES
Has ISIS lost assets: YES, in fact DUH
Is ISIS still gaining assets:YES, in fact DUH
Has ISIS lost more assets than theyve gained: hell no
Will they eventually be defeated:yes probably
Will it be tomorrow:hell no
Will it be next month: probably not
Will it be a year from now:maybe
Will it be "any day now!!!!!!" hell no
Are 2 dams and a refinerie (plus a handful of token assets youd likely consider HUGE because ISIS lost them) in any way a MAJORITY of assets when ISIS controls a third of the country and everything that lays inside their borders: of course not
Who keeps saying its any day now: YOU
Who keeps saying its a FLUID situation with no smoking gun solution: ME
Who has been right about Iraqs INSTABILITY for the last year: ME
LOL, now ive got you literally seeing Red. And, once again, these things dont go in a straight line, theres FLUX. If the tide has *finally* started to turn it will be confirmed in the next several weeks, not just because of a few positive developments. Of COURSE good things are happening the freaking US is launching airstrikes.
Again, the issue is not whether ISIS will take Bagdad and control all Iraq, its that they will LIKELY be holed up in large swaths of territory (Iraqi assets!) for an extended period of time even if/when they do get pushed back significantly. This proposition creates either a continuous delayed revalue or a revaluation with an extremely hostile entity controlling a huge portion of the assets your investment in the IQD bought originally. Its bad for business. As is the apparent huge rift between the factions within Iraq itself.
I just love talking to a brick wall and over and over in circles. Just countering every "argument" just to watch you skip to the next thing or just reword the same argument.
They know LESS in fact, because their biases get in the way. Same phenomenon occurs with Fox News viewers, who end up knowing less correct information then those who watch no news at all.
Sorry all you Fox NEWSers out there. Ive been there before I realized what I was doing. Never, ever again.
Oh. My. God. So theyve lost some minor sliver of their assets. They continue to add different assets from other sources, be it money, weaopons, or people. The territory is in CONSTANT flux on the battlefield.
They pushed to within a few dozen miles of the Kurdish capital last week before being pushed back a little, along with reclaiming a dam and you sit there and think the whole tide has turned. Its a PURE and total lack of weighing each piece of information properly. Your giving too much weight to the things that back your IN STONE viewpoint instead of looking at a true 30,000 foot view.
They still control huge swaths of territory and MANY natural resources. they arent going anywhere anytime soon. I said it last month and I said it before that. Their ranks have increased, not decreased.
You are honestly going to try and just DISMISS hours of back and forth dialogue and try and make that one post I just sent out some sort of allin discredited remark. Thats a reactionary act of desperation IMO. Youve been WRONG, ridiculously WRONG, for what, a YEAR now? Ive watched Iraq crumble while youve said "any day now we gurus are geniuses".
You seem to still maintain the footing of ISIS/ISIL defeat being imminent within days as well as the revaluation. You cant even bring yourself to put back into neutral with a "wait and see and revise" approach...in otherwords, an evolving viewpoint, not the same damn line youve taken the whole time.
I didnt even post to you directly. I figured maybe youve humbled your tone since then. Guess not.
Anyhow, recent positives include Maliki finally "stepping down", US getting involved withairstrikes, increased flow of weaponry to Peshmerga and Iraqi government. The Iraqi gov has also been significantly cooperating with the Kurds which may possibly be a sign of things to come in terms of enhanced cooperation between at least a couple split factions. The international community is also being shocked into action. Theres others but no smoking guns that will end this conflict overnight.
On a side note, I find it absolutely apalling that you keep sitting here spouting how ISIS is nothing while they continue to BRUTALLY MURDER AND DISPLACE TENS, MAYBE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF HUMAN BEINGS. The loss of life and "as brutal as you can get" tactics are at the level of humanitarian disaster and you sit here and spout the same OUT OF TOUCH drivel day in day out.
Thats why its not worth checking in here that often.
Tick tock. ISIS grows stronger. Its time we do a little more than blunt momentum IMO. And I think we will, but not end up with 100 thousand boots on the ground.
Those who have been clamoring for the IQD revaluation "any day now" must be so full of crow. Sux.
Good Luck peeps.
Not sure. Ithink the $1,000,000 receivables are probably revenues accrued in Q2 butwill hit the "revenue" column in Q3. Typically its a net-30 on something like this, maybe 45 or 60.
Interesting to see that 3 customers monpolize the revenue streams. *3*. cant wait till its hundreds. Then thousands.
MYEC
Looks like revs took a kick in the pants. Wasnt totally unexpected. But is that a big jump in receivables I see?
Oh hells yea. Just needed to "drop the ihub and slowly walk away" for awhile. Lol. For MYEC its pretty cut and dry here. Auditeds and revenue growth will send us off. Perhaps its time. Maybe we have to wait another 3months. Beats me. But its coming IMO.
MYEC
Dang nabbit. All those streams of verifiable third party data are worthless cuz some of the MB trolls say so.
I knew following logic in this world was a losing battle.
(foams at mouth for quarterly #s)
MYEC
We get #s today right??
Drool.
MYEC
Yup. Plain ol fear, impatience, past history of pennies, plus other factors in the plus or nuetral column (auditeds are coming but that only satisfies true believers not the whole market). That doesnt even count the possible crazy negative factors like possible manipulation (likely at some level, whether isolated minimally or a full on assault is the debate question IMO).
Theres just too many ******perceived***** neutral or negative questions/circumstances at this point in the stocks present fundamental condition, as we enjoy a very large marketcap when you (idiotically) discount earnings growth and focus on present. And in every corner people seem to be getting worn down, or at the least selling to buy in lower.
Its clearly becoming a do or die rocketship scenario. Theres gonna be the one quarterly or piece of news that blows it all open, and until it does well keep doing what weve been doing.
Although IMO if there isnt mass naked shortingnhappening then maybe the chart is telling us the big reversal is imminent. There just cant be much further to fall (.01, really?) before it turns and runs somewhere. Whether its .03, .04, .05, or .10+ depends on the strength of the quarterly as well as if the auditeds come on time. If, once again, due to powers beyond our control, they get delayed its just one more perceived negative the cry foul can use.
MYEC has set the bar so insanely high with rev growth they need a BIG number at this point to sway the sentiment out there. I can see some psycholigical amount of growth like 50-100% not being enough because its a fraction of what theyve been getting, forgetting thats is freakin quarterly growth not annual. But to me as a long itd mean weve now bumped up to 10-15million in annua average profits when less than a year ago we just got going.
Its the Perfect Storm of our current historys culture of short sightedness. The stars have aligned to conspire against even many of the strong willed, cuz where I sit within a year from now its going to be the polar opposite.
Ohhh baybay come to papa.
My offer still stands for 5$-10k$ worth of MYEC shares at .04 payable 2years at 100percent interest annually, or $10k-$20k profit in 2 years. $250k part of my biz settlement coming then, can provide legal proof. My lawyer or your lawyer or both ;) sign the deal, keep the shares until you are paid.
Full on desperate for more.
MYEC
Man. Anyone need an extra soul? Cuz im willing to sell mine for more shares.
Odds of selling my car have increased to a double digit percentage.
MYEC
Nah. Iwas forced to throw out a random guess on the fly while dodging an assault. I figured it was going to be subject to change....its not like I stated that as certain....even stated my math was likely jacked up as it was my first go round. But as no one was fully answering my question I figure people would comment on anything Iposted.
IfI would have taken the time to do ALL my catchup DD and read all the PRs and relevent data thoroughly I could have figured everything out on my own. But I was trying to save time, and even said so in many follow up posts.
The MINE board plain sucks at assisting interested randoms. STILL, instead of getting pointed the right direction peeps are jumping all over my postsin spite of the fact Ive stated Im in the process of catching up on some DD
Goodbye! Lol;)
Point is I was thinking about it, hence my asking questions. But instead of getting some insight I got the cabbage patch kids mostly.
But yes, Im not ready to buy in, and I will go away, just as soon as the numbskulls stop throwing empty posts at me. I was looking for a quick hand and instead have wasted over an hour trying to convince the over protective Im not a basher, while simultaneously trying to get my questions answered, with only limited DD for me to try and formulate my own plan of attack to get my question answered.
I asked a question. The ONLY reason it turned into a bunch of posts is because this Board decided to go on the attack instead of being helpful.
And spewing false info? I made it ABUNDANTLY clear that I was looking for accurate info from others to walk me thru my "issue". Ive said IN MY OPINION and have only thrown out some hypotheticals to advance the conversation so I can get maybe a clean answer, but at least get some other thought processes for me to chew on.
Its amazing. People just hearing what they want to hear.
The fact of the matter is instead of helping out a potential investor a bunch of you guys went all reactionary on me and basically labeled me a "bad guy".
And the whole point of me asking questions is to get a sense of whether Im personally ready to begin taking up a new position.
And BTW, of course im a waste of time for Long investors. Im trying to LEARN about something most of you already have a grasp of. Im not trying to preach or sway anyone...i was looking for some viewpoints from the grizzled veterans to help shape my learning curve here.
But again I keep getting random defensive posts sent my way.
Peeps need to take their meds. Their own actions created my cluttering up the board.
And yea I probably wont be buying any yet at this point....which is NOT news but just one dude not being head over heels yet.
Got it thanks. Then IMHO he essentially straight up cashed in his chips (chips that would have tanked in value had he dumped em on the market) for better ones. Seeing as he couldnt or didnt get a half million hard cash for his shares (people would freak ifthe ceo moved all his shares like this) he pulled the switcheroo and essentially used the buying power of those shares to get MUCH better shares for no stated reason. Now, hes immediately getting 8% on the roughly half a million BUYING POWER 50k+ preffereds at $10 a share, so thats an additional $40k a year out of thin air. The preffereds also come with a MINIMUM guaranteed return of 25% if im reading it right too, payable in cash or shares. Im going to assume they will convert the buying power into even more common shares than he started with.....hmm im not sure the math works there for that to be possible. I need a friggen nap i dont eveN belong here yet LOL.
At least everyone can get a shot at the preffereds lol. Peeps just need to either sell their commons or invest even more money lol.
Im sure im being a bit melodramatic caused by my confusion. Ill check back later and im sure itll be spelt out for me through some longs string of posts.
Gee, thanks.
Haha nice. Its great to have a ton of different potential revenue streams, but it can become hard to market them effectively if the products arent self sustainable (which most (any?) arent yet). As a startup you only have a finite amount of bux to create and promote, which *could* lead to underwhelming brand awareness if theres too much product dilution.
Just need that flagship product to create some sort of cushion to let the rest of the seeds grow organically.
I feel like there is one, but r there any current products that have a profitable sustained revenue stream? Id have to say several hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales minimum with 5 figure or better profits would qualify.
Thankyou! Thats what I was looking for. Ill have to spend more time on it, but it looks like the CEO gets an 8% rate for making the switch. He can also cash his shares in at anytime and get 25% on his money.
Is he technically loaning the company money? Did he actually sell the 30million commons he had on the market or just return them to the company in exchange for the shares' buying power?
Looks like he netted himself $40,000ish a year on the interest (payable in cash or shares) and is guaranteed 25% return on the move, but it seems more likely hed take shares instead of the cash, as he could end up with ALOT more than his original 30million if a full conversion is done below the .0174 mark. Even if it went back up to .0174 before the move was made hed get an extra 7million commons....but im drifting into deep speculative waters now. Cuz theoretically he could just do the whole thing over again lol.
I wont assume the worst but Im curious other peoples thoughts. There has to be a few due diligence machines who have looked at this part inside and out.
Thanks again.
Geesus. i seriously checked the most recent PRs, the JUNE 25 said the CEO "disposed" of 30 million, and the damn PR even shows an "ominous" red color for that share count. But right underneath it shows preffereds being purchased at $10.00. So did the CEO spend half a million bucks to get his preffereds? Or did he spend 10bucks for em? Im guessing the 30mil that were "disposed" at .0174 (which Nets over Half a Million) was used to purchase the Preffereds. So do these preffereds give the CEO a sweet ass deal that affects other shareholders or no? I just want to know the motivation for it is all. Thats what I THOUGHT i IMPLIED with my 15 word original post.
What a disaster my quest for a singular simple truth has become. Sigh.
Sure have. Not within the last month or two though.
I should mention here that I do have good friends in this pick, so peeps need to try and check themselves. Believe it or not im one of the good guys ;)
I like most everything about what I do know about MINE. They look poised to give the beverage market a serious go round. Its just hard for me to justify the multiple pennies until I see some solid revenue numbers. As good a product as some of these sound its possible (ducking) people never find it, or at least not enough to get to "critical mass". But I think Rise is a great practical idea, being able to give your coffee added kick (or just slam it obviously). Id think if this ticker is gonna rally to the promised land that RISE will be the gateway. Cuz if he does well all of his little friends are going to get a more serious look.
They are launching at a pivotal time IMO. Ive now seen many convenient stores with a whole "endcap" shelf area dedicated to shot drinks. Id think the explosion in options may actually be a boon to the true quality brands, which MINE looks to be, at least on the surface. As saturated as its become its brought attention to the space, which means ALL of them will get some trial IMO. *come to think of it, beef jerky is the same way now, as is Gum. But gum has been that way forever.
If they show a year of clean and continuous growth then its worth going waaayyyy long IMO. Id expect to see this grow itself out organically overtime or get bought out (which I never really prefer). but maybe it can rally out of the gate and explode exponential style. It just usually doesnt work that way. Momentum could be swift but it may take a couple years to hit critical mass. And we know how finicky penny investors are. Theyll get impatient (clearly already have) and create opportunity for the sideliners.
MYE& has had hundreds of percent *quarter over quarter* growth and they (we) are only treading water at 3cents right now. Is MINE going to be able rip out those kinds of numbers, and in a relatively short period of time. I dont know, but Id guess no, just at first. MINE just wont be able to sustain a hyper growth stock PE ratio (resulting in higher market cap..i knowu know just saying lol) until they ramp up at first. Im sure their distribution channels are growing but willit be repeat business for the majority at first, or will MINE land a loose contingent of hotspots in which to build off of. Friggen BBD4 has distributors everywhere, but their cowboy CEO ignores any reference to giving out retention rates....or any hard data for that matter.
Ok crap im done now. I could keep going butjust wanted to be clear tha Im not a Decepticon lol.
MINE(?)
Its more in depth then just asking a question on a busy board and getting quick assistance. Thats one of the functions of the board believe it or not. The hyper irrational longs just tend to pounce on anything that might have a whiff of negative aura, thus deterring (some) people from asking questions.
If you would have just filled me in i would have already moved on. Instead theres a stream of absolute worthless posts because youve decided to go spazztastic.
Thanks. Thats *helpful* ;)
Nah, i got the jist of the company andnwhere they are at, I just asked a simple question about a recent PR, thinking someone could break it down for me and save me the hassle of doing all the in depth DD when I dont need to here.
Did the CEO really dump most of his shares or did I read that wrong?
Ah nuts forgot about the halfday. Tried to add anpther 500bucks worth. Ah well. Monday it is.
MYEC
Ah nuts wanted to get 100k at .0018. Getting to that level where it makes sense to start accumulating again IMO.
Pickd up 12k more. Munch munch.
MYEC
