All right. But we need a 10Q filing very quickly, otherwise EXBX will soon be in the Expert Market at 0001 and no longer tradable for private investors. That's the problem. The time pressure due to the new regulations of 2021. At some point investors will start selling before EXBX is suddenly delisted. Every day without 10-Q is a bad one. Only a 10-Q helps and with it clarity what the 15/12 filing was all about.

Then give me a good tip for a multiplier. You should always make up your own mind and act on it. EXBX wasn't dead. When a company, after many years, first filings and Pink leaves and seeks an acquisition, it's far from dead. But things seem to be changing now. Wouldn't be the only company running out of cheap money because the financial conditions have changed significantly. Many major tech sector values have halved. A lot has changed in the market in recent months. Maybe also for the EXBX management and their capital? Maybe there will be filings after all and it's all just wild speculation? Impossible to answer right now. EXBX will show its way in a few weeks. Expert market or Pink Current. Currently like lottery.
I can not say exactly. Filing costs money. why does EXBX spend money on filings and at the same time stop submitting further filings. or something went parallel and coincidentally. the shares of the holders also become worthless. A bad deal to buy a shell and then let it expire worthless. but as we all know, anything is possible at the OTC. on which day is EXBX in the expert market and no longer tradable?

RDAR 185m vol. allready in first 30min of trading
That's it. Why few weeks after teh 15/12g the next 10Q filings? This is all very confusing.

0091 gap nothing to do with news. EXBX is default and need fast a Q filing for a pink upgrade. Otherwise EXBX going expert market and retail investors don't can trade EXBX. 0001 is the result then. It all depends on the Q10 filing. If it comes suddenly, EXBX will fly up. If not, the invest is frozen. Maybe for months, years or forever. EXBX does not respond to emails. A shareholder update would be very desirable to get more clarity. The closer the Expert market deadline gets, the more restless investors become. All this has nothing to do with the 0091. It is up to the EXBX management which way EXBX will go in the next few weeks. So far very disappointing that no further filings have come after March 2022.

Press Release | 07/18/2022

(OTC PINK: RDAR), a technology and software development company that provides cutting edge solutions for cyber-bullying on social media platforms announced today that it is transitioning to a community monitoring and reporting platform which will feature a virtual chat room to protect children. The virtual chat room will report and monitor bullying on its server in real time.
