How does WAVX raise any money if they are delisted????????
I simply asked a question. Do I sell now or wait?
Tampa relax....
Q3 revenues will be north of 4 mil.
Next stop $4.00
The difference is that these buyers are purchasing these laptops with security in mind.
The majority of those who buy a Dell w/ a TPM have no idea that they have a TPM or what a TPM does.
You are right I left out the activation rate.
200 Mil Hdd in 2007...... reasonable
10% activation rate..... very conservative
$30 per seat........... conservative
est 200 mil in 2007;
15% of 200 mil = 30 mil
30 mil x 10% activation x $30/seat = $90,000,000
Seagate ~ 160 HDD sold in 2006. 2007 15% Laptop w/ encrpyton 30 mil.
30 mil x $30/seat = 90,000,000 in revenues in 2008/2009.
off we go.........
Could you eloborate on that? I'm curious of your thoughts on this.
one more pipe...........
q1 2008 b/e cash flow......
2008 is the make or break for WAVX (ie can they handle 100,000 or more users)
ahem.............

My sources (for what they are worth) say that we will be pleasantly surprised by the Q1 results.
A lot of this negativity will go by the wayside.
tampa.
Dell sells computers with TPM's 90% of the buyers don't even know what a TPM is.....
But with seagate it is all about security.
I think that 50% or more are going to buy Wavx"s product.
That is going to be the core of this business.
The people who buy the seagate HD are buying it for one purpose.....security.
To spend an extra 20 to 50 bucks for Wavx is no big deal.
Split the difference 35 per X at 500,000 upgrades = 17.5 mil.
You don't care about recurring revenues?
No more qualified reports
No more Pipes
No more dilution
Something is brewing here.............
Seagate 2008 reveunes will be 10 mil - 40 mil......
That gives us bigtime street cred.

Bingo............
“Windows Vista is designed to fit people’s lives. Our work with Wavexpress helps us deliver on the promise of personal computing,” said Dave Wascha, director of partner marketing communications for Windows Client at Microsoft Corp. “We appreciate the support Wavexpress has provided at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show to make people’s lives easier and better connected.”
Did you see todays stock movement. Someone must be optimistic about Q1.
My sources (for what they are worth) say that we will be pleasantly surprised by the Q1 results.
A lot of this negativity will go by the wayside.
That is why I am buying more tomorrow.
Why do we keep going down????????????
Q4 > 1 Mill in revenues?????
or what is your low end/high end on Q4 revenues?
TIA
This may be a dumb question but..............
When will 4th Qtr no's be reported?
Why so much volatility in the last couple of weeks?
TIA
So the answer is "no" but it doesn't matter.
I guess not.
How does wavx sell anything if it is not Vista compatibile?
Can I buy a new Dell laptop with Vista and Wave?????????????
Ray Nitschke Factor (66)
50 mil x $.50 = 25,000,000
50 mil x 5%(adoption) x $50/seat = 125,000,000
150,000,000/100 shrs = 1.5 /shr x 30 pe
$45.00 per share
45.00/.68 = 66 multiple
So whatever you invest today take that time 66!!!
1,000 = 66,000
100,000 6,600,000
See you in Las Vegas
It will be awhile before anyone knows.
How does the Hearings process work and what is the length of the process?
The entire process takes several months. The hearing will typically be held within 45 days of the company's initial request. (In accordance with Marketplace Rule 4885, a company has 7 calendar days to request a Hearing).
Tampa,
Do you expect something significant to happen in Q2?

Wavx buzz
My broker said there was a "lot of Wavx buzz today"
whatever that means?!?!?
PC MAG review- Wavx Mentioned
The Dell Latitude D820 is a portable desktop-replacement notebook capable of strengthening any workforce. It has a roomy widescreen and options for either Verizon EV-DO or Cingular HSDPA, and is an all-around great piece of hardware for both the deskbound and the occasional traveler.
SLIDESHOW (6)
Slideshow | All Shots
At 6.5 pounds, the D820 is slimmer than its predecessor, the Latitude D810 (which weighs 7 pounds), yet it has the same brightly lit 15.4-inch widescreen display. By comparison, the Lenovo ThinkPad T60 (6.2 pounds) and HP Compaq nc6320 (6.1 pounds) have standard diagonal screens. Both are lighter than the D820 and have screens roomy enough for most business needs. The D820 has the highest screen resolution (1,920-by-1,200) of the three, for those that savor every pixel.
Although I have no complaints about my typing experience on the D820, my favorite laptop keyboard is still the ThinkPad T60's. Both the D820 and the T60 have touchpads and pointing sticks. Lenovo's TrackPoint is more comfortable to use for those who favor the pointing stick, but the D820 has quieter mouse buttons, and it dissipates heat well enough for you to spend long work hours with it on your lap.
Dell has finally caught up to its peers, Lenovo, HP, and Sony, and is now integrating 3G wireless. But unlike those three, Dell offers the option of integrating either Verizon EV-DO ($179) or Cingular HSDPA ($225). (Lenovo and HP offer only EV-DO, and Sony offers only Cingular EDGE.) Dell also does an excellent job of concealing the D820's 3G antenna. On the ThinkPad T60, it sticks out the side of the display, and on the HP nc6320 it bulges out of the top of the screen. For 3G coverage and reception, if you're on the East Coast, as I am, the best choice right now is EV-DO. HSDPA has very limited coverage areas and is more expensive to integrate.

Our 3G throughput test results were very impressive in midtown Manhattan. I was able to download a 5MB ZIP file at 710 Kbps, and the speed tests I conducted in a coffeehouse returned a maximum throughput of 750 Kbps. Dell uses its own wireless utility, a fairly simplistic app that gives Verizon's Access Manager a run for its money. But it is not a complete wireless management utility like Lenovo's Access Connections, which lets you manage your Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EV-DO, and wired connections in one user-friendly interface and switch easily between profiles.
The D820 has a basic set of management utilities and a fingerprint reader, which ties into the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) hardware solution. Both are managed by Wave's Embassy Security Center, a subpar suite at best. Unlike Lenovo and HP, Dell doesn't provide built-in backup software, but you can download Altiris's backup solution for free.
The D820 includes a hardware switch that enables the Wi-Fi catcher. It detects open wireless access points even when the system is shut down. A green LED indicates that a security-disabled Wi-Fi connection is available, so you don't waste your time turning on the system.
Otherwise, the system comes with basic connectivity ports, including four USB ports, a FireWire port, and a serial port. It also has a PC Card slot, Express Card slot, and a Smart Card reader. Unlike the HP nc6320, it doesn't have a multimedia card reader, but I don't judge it harshly for that, since it is primarily a business notebook. More disturbing, perhaps, is that it has a DVD/CD-RW combo drive instead of a dual-layer DVD±RW drive, which is standard these days. If you want to back up files using DVDs, you'll have to upgrade to a DVD burner.
That said, I am impressed with the D820's performance. Thanks in part to its superfast Intel Core Duo processor (a 2.16-GHz T2600), its scores were neck-and-neck with those of the Acer TravelMate 8204WLMi, a recent Editors' Choice, on our Internet Content Creation tests, though the TravelMate bested the D820 on Office Productivity. The D820 is still significantly faster than a single-core system such as the Dell Latitude D810 (Pentium M processor); its ICC score was 56 percent higher than the D810's. The D820 also performed extremely well on our Windows Media Encoder tests, beating even the top-ranked TravelMate. The D820's battery life is, at over 5 hours, also excellent, just a couple minutes shy of the ThinkPad T60's.
Whether you're at your desk most of the day or moving between locations, the Dell Latitude D820 delivers excellent performance, a multitude of wireless options, and a luggable frame. Although the ThinkPad T60 still retains the Editors' Choice crown for a business system, the D820 is a very viable alternative.
See how the Dell Latitude D820 measures up to other systems in our laptop comparison chart.

10K Revenue outlook
We believe the recent distribution agreements that were signed with Dell and Gateway should generate royalty revenue beginning in the second quarter of 2006. The aggregate amount of royalty revenue from these arrangements for 2006 may be material. We expect to begin to receive any payments of these additional royalties in the third quarter of 2006.
So I am clear about this.
Does every Dell computer sold with a TPM have Wave software
included?
Would there be a Wave folder in the Program Files folder?
Thanks for your help.
Maybe someone should just call Dell at Call 1-800-WWW-DELL and give the sales rep. the SKU no and see if Wave is still available.
Maybe it is just a mis-understanding.
Can you still buy Wave products from Dell?
Apparently not: per sweetcobber
Our company has standardized on Dell so I wrote my rep asking for Wave Embassy Suite Enclosed is the email chain (I have taken a few letter and numbers out of this email to protect our Dell rep).

5par, I hope you don't mind, but I also contacted Dutton separately on the plagiarism issue. You get all the credit. Here is their response:
Dear Mr. xxxxx,
Thank you for alerting us to what appeared to be a case of plagiarism in
the Wave report. I was especially surprised because the analyst, David
Soetebier, is a particularly experienced and reliable analyst. When I
contacted Dave about the Schoen article, he indicated that he had not read
the article and referred me to the attached Wikipedia entry. Dave thought
the entry was the best concise treatment of the subject that he had found.
As he considers Wikipedia entries in the public domain, he felt it
unnecessary to give attribution to the information although he obviously
relied upon it a great deal.
Although I understand the analyst's point of view on this matter, I believe
a recognition of source is still appropriate. The report will be revised
on the website before the end of the week, with Wikipedia cited as the
source.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you believe the matter requires
further attention.
Sincerely yours,

R;
Are you saying that when Wavx moves to the "Pinks" that
that is not significant in terms of Wavx raising more money
and/or being taken seriously?
I'm sure you expect numerous nonsense contract announcements during this period. Whom do you think they'll make up as it will have to be real good to trick everybody?
I don;t know what that means. Could you clarify? (i ain't that smart).
TIA
Enjoy the fantasy while you can because at the end of April 2006
when Wavx is delisted the party will be over.
If this pr is meaningful:
Why didn't SKS mention it during the 3rd Qtr CC?
Why wasn't a PR released before the Pipe?
Why hasn't the share price gone up significantly?
