Of course, with a drizzle of gear lube from a 1947 Farmall tractor that never was changed.
Fugu, shamby! No, that is the fish, not an expletive needing deletion!
But that is an expensive dish. The MM special needs to be an inexpensive worthless piece of fish. How about just the head, 3 days old and fried in motor oil?
That is a relatively expensive process. Some places charge $50 or more for the certificate.
$50 is 500,000 shares right now @ .0001.
Also, when you want to sell, you need to present the certificate for the sale to be executed.
If your account is a cash only (no margin) account, then your stock can't be shorted.
If you set a sell price on your stock, then it can't be used by short sellers. But be aware that if the price moves quickly, you stock sale will execute and you will not be part of any further rise in price above what you set. (and some brokers will limit the percentage above the ask that you can set the sell price at. Scottrade is one. I can't set my price high enough right now, but I'm in a cash account.)
The brokers and MM's stack the deck against us small investors.
We would probably be better off investing the cost of the certificates in CGFIA on your next purchase.
$CGFIA
I see the same as you, ineemoney.
$CGFIA
Do what you feel comfortable with, Ronix. That is the first rule.
There will be opportunities along the way to make some nice coin. But you know that the price can't drop much from where it is now.
You get the most "bang for the penny" here, and a lot depends on your trading style.
If you just buy and hold, like I do, this is a nice time to buy.
If you are a quick flip trader, then you can jump in at any time.
One thing for sure, this is a major break in the CGFI story.
GLTY
$CGFIA
Maybe, but they need to get it written and out. I wouldn't mind them taking their time to get maximum impact.
I'm not hard to please!
$CGFIA
I would do handstands if we hit .0003 today. (and I'm close to 60!!)
I will take anything over .0001! I'm tired of that "old" number!!
Actually the approval was to start the Mill, the mines are under a different permit.
The mill needs to have a repository built for the "tailings" or leftover material after the precious metals are removed.
The approval was to restore the permit, and start work on the new repository.
Expect the work to take about 2 or 3 months. Then the mill will be able to start production and separate ore from the aggregate.
The mill is an existing building, and is, for the most part, ready to go.
A "drying" process will be added for the tailings. (part of the new approval that just went through today).
Gotta ask, are you an "Arod" fan? (nyy13)
Good luck!
$CGFIA
We need a close at .0002 for this to have maximum impact!
A PR would certainly help, but I didn't expect one before Friday or Monday.
$CGFIA
Sorry about that glitch, the survey will now allow you to add a second response. But please just add the NEW shares.
The next survey will be better. I'm still finding my way around this software, so I make a mistake or two.
Thanks for all the information on CGFIA shares everyone!!
Hang on while i find a fix... I think it has something to do with your cookies, but i need to check.
Anthony, just put in another survey submission with the new shares.
That will add them to the total automatically.
Thanks!
$CGFIA
Just go to the same link and enter another survey form, but just add the new shares. That was the only way I could let everyone add to their positions.
Good to see you KZ! You have been quiet lately!
Armada totals are:
6,425,762,310 shares reported by aproximately 137 shareholders!!
That is 6.425 BILLION shares!!
Go to: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XZS5C33
to report your shares in our confidential survey!
Big day for $CGFIA!!
Congratulations to all investors, but most of all the management of CGFI!!!
10 year projection? Where did I mention that?
The question I was answering was about how they calculate the toll milling. Each load of ore is tested for quality and precious metals content when weighed as it is delivered to the mill. That is how they base their charges for toll milling.
The mill is like any other other business when running toll milled ore.
That is yesterday's news. Check out the DRMS web site and you will see the permit approval.
LOL!!
$CGFIA
Check your thermometer, things are heating up.
And gold is always cool to the touch!
Yes, Brendan, that is a bit of trouble keeping CGFI from trading freely. I believe Mr. Guyer will fix that next.
Let's give him a little time to do just that.
$CGFIA
There is some machinery to install for the drying process, and maybe a few other details, like conveyors and things, but that is routine.
The rest of the mill processing equipment should be in good order.
$CGFIA
And Congrats to you too Bren!
Now the work really starts. But this is the type of work a miner and mill operator understand.
One more bite out of the elephant!
This is where the waiting gets really hard. But don't sweat it. Mr. Guyer will work this out, with Mr. Rice, and Mr. Fearn's help.
The playing field is leveling out!
$CGFIA
Just thinking ahead, I know what she likes! How can you go wrong with a gold or silver gift for a wife or girlfriend?
Pay is based on the quality of the ore processed. The richer the ore, the cheaper the "toll" and vice-versa.
The ore is tested when it is delivered and weighed. That sets the "toll" charge.
$CGFIA
I was able to get 3 million with no trouble, but it was at the opening bell.
Maybe that is the end of the cheep shares? I'm not usually that lucky to catch the last of anything good!
Hope you catch some bargain prices!

Elk is Tasty!! Had elk tenderloin last year at a Lake Tahoe restaurant. Better than beef, and so is Moose.
We need to support the local meat supplier, among other local entrepreneurs!
Now let's see, what do I need in Gold or Silver from the POW mill?
I can see going up there on Thursday & Friday, staying over the weekend for some fun.
Where do we build the lodge for charter members of the "POW Millionaire's club"?
RKY, King Zulu, and I have some great recipes to try out on you guys. (no frogs, but they do taste like chicken, with a slight fishy undertone.)
Akula has a few rum drinks, and I'm sure AK has some tasty game meats we can have as specials every now and then. Imported from Alaska, since Colorado won't give out moose tags!
We have a plan, Sticky! All we need now is the cash to make it happen!!
That would be a great 1-2 punch.
Want to be in charge of CGFI's PR department? I think they will be hiring people real soon!! Lots of jobs opening up.
Watch that ratio change over the next 2 days to cover all those shorts.
I figure Monday will be the PR day. There should have been one in the works, but now that would probably put it out on Friday.
What day is better for a PR? One school of thought is Friday, giving the market the weekend to think about it. The second is Monday to get the momentum from the PR hype to work for you.
I can see the value of both. Any opinions?
$CGFIA
I'm going to inhale too!!
In, Out, Repeat (if necessary)!!
I can breathe again!!
$CGFIA
Looks like this is just a formality at this point.
YES TBUCKET, THE GROG LOCKER IS OPEN!!!
I think the Grog will be flowing like water in the Mississippi tonight!!
Even if this is on the agenda for tomorrow, what is there to discuss?
CGFI's Lawyer needs to show up just in case the board has not decided to eliminate this item from the agenda by meeting time. But he will just present the same information Colorado Gold did in the email.
On a side note, What do you all think about INFORM's "offer to withdraw" if CGFI agreed to their recomendations?? Pretty rookie try, IMHO!!!
THE BAR IS OPEN!! Smoke 'em if you got 'em!
I'm already calling in "sick" for tomorrow, due to "GROG-OVERLOAD"!!
Thank you Mr. Guyer and everyone at Colorado Gold!!
Congrats to all!!

Sem1, my friend, sale of CGFI is a distinct possibility, and one I may welcome enthusiastically! (depending on the company and the negotiated price.)
However, there will be a need for a company value established before the sale. That value will come from the market cap, (and the assets) which will be effected by the value of the mines (assay results) and the productivity of the mill.
The better the results, the higher the sale price, if it is under negotiations for sale.
So you are correct, it is premature to try to place a price or future value on the shares. I think that is what StickyTree and I were saying. But at the same time a rough value is not a totally frivolous exercise. Ball park figures, used to approximate the value of the company, are a handy tool to have. (Realizing they will change as more information is available.) They are also good to help plan the sale of some stock.
If you can help us out with our exercise in valuing the company, please do! Your opinion is always valued by many of us.
Thanks!

Last Update for the night:
The Survey so far has a reported 6,032,957,239 CGFIA shares held by approximately 120 stockholders. Thats 6 BILLION SHARES!!!
To answer a question I have been asked by several readers and a hint for all the participants in the survey.
If you wish to report additional shares after a first report, you can just submit a second survey reply. But please only report the ADDITIONAL shares, not the new total. (the software keeps a running total, so just report the new shares.)
The link to the survey is:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XZS5C33
Thanks to all who have reported their holdings. We even have submissions from readers who have never posted before, but have been following CGFI for years. (Who was it that said there were eyes on this stock watching it? I guess you were right!!)
Good Luck to you all!!
$CGFIA
Ok, I want to see someone come up with a recipe for that one! (and a name!)
And don't tell me they taste like chicken!!
Funny, I didn't see any of those creatures on my visit to Hawai'i!!
(and I did have some Okolehao!! If that didn't make me see those creatures, nothing would!)
Totally agree, Sticky!
Guyer is a calculating, intelligent individual. He knows there is a time and a place to play each move he has in his repertoire.
I believe he had the results for Brooklyn's preliminary tests for a while before he released them.
He knows lots more than we do. (As he should.)
The permit restoration is the starting gun. All he has done up to now has been "training" for the race to come.
As soon as the race starts, we will see more information and PR's.
Anything PR'ed before the permit had to be just enough to build up CGFI for the second part of the play.
I think we both see the strategy that is in play, ST.
Let's hope we are right.
I have a feeling that the assay results will knock a few people's socks off. But they need to be done correctly and professionally to have any value.
Our preliminary reports on the Brooklyn was good news. But without the in depth testing and evaluation that the industry needs, our share price stayed static.
I am just trying to be cautious about raising people's expectations too quickly. This is a marathon, not a sprint. We will see good returns on our investments, but it will come all in good time.
.04 would be good, but I believe that there is more potential than that in the mill and mines. (That is just my opinion, but I believe Guyer, Rice & Fearn think the potential is there also. They just need to prove it, and the bucks will come!!)
Remember that there are some loans that will need to be dealt with, Brendan. Reducing those would help the overall value of the company too.
On the plus side of things, the mill will have a capacity to process more than the amounts covered in the $9 million in contracts, so additional income, beyond the present contracts, is a distinct possibility.
The permit approval is just the start of the work that will be needed. But in a reasonably short time profitability will be realized.
We will need to be patient a little while longer. Watch the stock side of the equation and take some profits along the way as the opportunity presents itself. It is not a simple situation, otherwise someone else would have done it a long time ago. But being in on the "ground floor" of the process, we stand a better chance to see a good return.
One more bite of the elephant!
(Does elephant go with frog legs & Grog?? Anybody??)
Thanks, give it a try and I will check on it. If it works, we have a system!!
TY for trying.
That would be something. 14 billion and we control 50% of the O/S!!
We could consider ourselves "majority shareholders" at least for a little while!
Silverwing Mine is suposed to have $300 million in silver alone. Add in the Brooklyn Mines and the custom milling, plus the other leases CGFI holds, I think .10 is possible in short order, as in 6 months or so.
JMHO
Hey all! We are up to 117 respondants and only 11 million shares short of 6 billion!!!
This count is growing fast.
Keep those reports coming in!
Go to: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XZS5C33
to fill out the survey.
Thanks everyone for your help.
