in Florida and Pennsylvania. The heart of the ministry to those who are hurting
is a Bible Study entitled ”Walls of the Heart.” This book is presently in the
hands of thousands of women around the world.
Pastor Connie has a pioneering spirit leading women into frontline
evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs and missions.
She, and her husband, Walt, thoroughly enjoy living in “beautiful Southwest Florida.”
Walt has been involved in the Robotics Industry since the early 1970’s.
Connie and Walt have one daughter, Debbie. She and her husband Pete
and their two children are in full time ministry to children.

Phoenix Associates Announces Ongoing Investigation
Tuesday October 9, 2:05 pm ET
MADISONVILLE, LA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 9, 2007 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (Other OTC:PBLS.PK - News) announced today that the Company is in the process of an ongoing investigation related to Michael Riley and certain information about Mr. Riley and others that was released about them by the Company in recent news releases. In this regard, Paul Alonzo, CEO and President of Phoenix, has written the following letter to shareholders.
To Phoenix Shareholders:
The following "link" contains public information related to Michael Riley (George M. Riley, Sr.) that has been discovered during our on going investigation into certain background information that had been provided to the Company by Mr. Riley and others that had been made a part of previously released news by Phoenix. http://www.mortgagefraudblog.com/index.php/weblog/permalink/florida_man_indicted_for_fraud/
Our investigation is on going and is very detailed and in depth.
There are many possibilities that are being investigated which include false and misleading statements that are being made to certain current or past shareholders by certain individuals which are then being passed on to the public via the "chat" boards as if proven facts by these current or past shareholders. We believe that these actions have damaged Phoenix share value dramatically and those involved will be dealt with at the proper time at the end of our investigation.
Phoenix continues to operate its divisions as usual, while dealing with this very serious issue. We will continue to make news releases from time to time as our ongoing investigation and the investigations of certain local, state and federal authorities that are now involved brings out all the facts on these matters.
Phoenix management apologizes to all of our shareholders for letting ourselves become involved in this situation, but we assure our shareholders that we will overcome this situation.
Paul Alonzo

zero interest here in debating you or anyone else about the state of this company. think whatever you want... i've forgotten more about this business than you will ever know about it.
go back and read my posts over the last year, you know, the ones that provided a rather detailed roadmap for the company but were ignored, probably because the sleaze (IMO) running the show were too busy cruising down the Road to Perdition. IMO
it's a toll road, btw.

if i had to guess about the OS chunga,
1) AL_tronics going private transaction
2) VanDelay slithering off into the Michigan sunset
but in reality, i've been far too busy laughing at the fact that weisel is actually going to accept this "award." (take note all you process servers out there!) http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070924/NEWS01/309240048
IMO it's funny that there is an e-mail address in that article for people to send comments about the newest "Hall of Fame" inductees... might just hafta craft an itty bitty missive covering some of the weisel lowlights.
IMO he probably had someone put him up for it -- he probably knows that history is much more likely than not going to portray him as nothing more than a sleazy scammy penny stock CEO who screwed people. 100% JMO!

more rumors... AL_tronics is rumored to be back in Fleming's hands as a private company.
if true, just more wasted money by the scheming Fort Liars club and yet another shifting of shareholder assets into the hands of others.
and it's been rumored that the landlord of the Fort Liars office, reportedly the same guy who did the construction work on weisel's house, has either evicted, or has initiated the eviction process, against Innova for non-payment of rent.
also heard they have denied severance pay to a number of terminated employees, and that they have been rumored to not be paying creditors.
of course, if this was a legitimate and law-abiding bunch, all of this stuff would be properly disclosed to shareholders in a timely manner.
right?

******possible insider info disclosure******
just heard from a person claiming to be an insider. this person claimed that the company might soon file for bankruptcy protection. can't say that i necessarily believe this person is an insider, although it is a definite possibility.
had intended to sell my shares anyway as this looks like a complete fraud IMO, complete with the recent criminal conviction of the former CFO/COO/President, but now this person has mentioned something that i believe could be considered to have created an obligation to say something about it to you all. on the other hand, if this person is telling the truth here, then they have necessarily lied in the past. so it isn't credible to any degree of certainty, and is more akin to rumor IMO.
hopefully it isn't true, especially for the decent people/victims who invested in this company, including the people at CoroWare who seem to have worked so hard to create something special. but if it IS true, at least the info is out there now. maybe we'll see a bunch of new names show up and attack me (again)?
all to feed the greed of a handful of criminals - IMO.

whatever golfy... thought you weren't an insider?
if that's true (as in that you are not an insider), it sure sounds like you are hinting about insider info in this last post.
you have a PM - eom.
"the majority of this 'group' that ww has hired, actually goes to church to pray to their g-d every sunday, imo?"
i'm of the belief that there are Bible-thumper types who are often among the most loathesome, despicable, thieving liars you will ever encounter. there is a contingent of them who use God as a ploy to con others to part with their money.
to call Connie Weisel's little televangelist save the strippers club a "church" is highly offensive IMO.

"I would say the survival of this company and the methods employed have been brilliant and now they reported profits and growth! The files also show Weisel signed personaly for $1,000,000 to go into the company to protect guarantee the loan from the SBA when the company could have easily gone under. The filings show he is still on the hook for that amount. How many CEO's believe that much in their company....How many? Most are going to jail for taking off with funds and false filings."
