******possible insider info disclosure******

just heard from a person claiming to be an insider. this person claimed that the company might soon file for bankruptcy protection. can't say that i necessarily believe this person is an insider, although it is a definite possibility.

had intended to sell my shares anyway as this looks like a complete fraud IMO, complete with the recent criminal conviction of the former CFO/COO/President, but now this person has mentioned something that i believe could be considered to have created an obligation to say something about it to you all. on the other hand, if this person is telling the truth here, then they have necessarily lied in the past. so it isn't credible to any degree of certainty, and is more akin to rumor IMO.

hopefully it isn't true, especially for the decent people/victims who invested in this company, including the people at CoroWare who seem to have worked so hard to create something special. but if it IS true, at least the info is out there now. maybe we'll see a bunch of new names show up and attack me (again)?

all to feed the greed of a handful of criminals - IMO.
