Thanks Irvine,
More solid news today should also issue a decent upwards momentum as WTER continues it's placement to 99 Safeway stores in Oregon.
The growth and demand for Alkaline88 is really on a nice upswing right now, I really hope production and logistics are up to the challenge!

Good stuff, already seeing a morning surge.
Good Luck to all

Thanks for responding.
The only to get photos in a message is to have the image stored on a public repository like photobucket then use the image tags on the left toolbar.
Suffice to say I'm very glad to hear someone producing some clear information on where to get the product.
I'm very anxious to try it.
-Pantz
This just in, more single serve distribution!
Read for yourself, more options in SoCal!

Received my information/investor packet today, hope many of you will as well.
Good day all, this morning I pulled a nice envelope from my mailbox and was pleased to see a formal publication from Alkaline88 - Steven Scott
Essentially if you've been following along you've already reviewed this information about securing recent capital, paying down some debt, operational overview and a short prospectus.
Some important notes were excerpts I believe from a March 25 statement *This Scottsdale water company just completed a 2.97M private placement fund raise*
http://www.thealkalinewaterco.com/news/news_releases/2016/03/alkaline-water-co.-completes-securities-offering-with-2.97m-raise
"of the 2.97 million raised, 1.5 mill went to repay loans"
"in some cases we're doubling and tripling their capacity to make our water"
now this one blows me away: "the company has product in more than 20,000 stores including Albertsons, Safeway, 7-Eleven, Fry's Food Stores, Whole Foods Markets and Associated Food stores"
"for his own company he has hired three people and plans to hire another handful to handle marketing, logistics, and accounting"
**All quoted material above is verbatim from the enclosed documents**
I'm middle Maine myself and have not seen the product yet. But once it's in my area, we have numerous people including ourselves who can't wait to try it out.
Best of luck to you all
Pantz
Good day sir,
I'm not super excited about recent activity. But here again.. I'm not starting my own company either.
There is a lot of "unknown" info about the exact benefits/effects of the alkaline balance and the nature of capturing that in bottled water. But the fact that several companies are pursuing some level of an alkaline facet means there is more than smoke and mirrors pushing the agenda.
Competition, capital, distribution and logistics, still a tough hill to climb for WTER.
Small deliberate steps: right now I'd like to see some more firm support at $2.00 to hold this above the 2 dollar mark.
Pantz
Hey Sept,
Good to see another perspective on this.
Whether or not your agree with the financing procedures, and or the general management of this company is not relevant to whether or not it's a legit company.
Alkaline was featured on a couple local Arizona TV shows:
Greeting WTER followers!
Great news hitting the PR lines yesterday and Wednesday
Found this on Yahoo finance, easily found by searching WTER yahoo finance in any search engine.
Doubling up capacity:

Getting a chance to show their stuff at Costco!

News bulletin items 1 and 2 on the corporate website as well!

That should grab some attention!
-Pantz
Not terribly unexpected I'm afraid.
I can't find the post now but there was a prediction that this would dip to the .05 range, bearing on that number being a more properly valuation closer to the real worth.
Growing pains are to be expected.
What aggravates me in the money being given to one equity research for absolute garbage PR.
They've reposted the same nonsense about how monster and other beverages got acquired when those companies were in vastly different financial situations. Then further complicating things with a bunch of beverages in different horizontals.
More concrete announcements about financial and production conditions would have served the company far far better than the fluffy pie in the ski data points that are really not relevant to alkaline water at all.
The costs of goods sold is still too high, though it is trending to be better. But investments will dry up on continued significant loss.
I'd say cut the BS, focus on production, quit the fluffy PR's offer the public and stockholders a true BUSINESS UPDATE section on the website with Store Locations, Distribution, Production, and asset information.
-Pantz
Hi
Using their past filings as a model, I'd expect something late December.
Though the last couple have been delayed, so likely January 2016 before we'll see the quarter/yearend results.
One another note, did someone just cash out? 1M in volume and a significant drop. = bummer.

Still looking for current link, quick peak and all I could find was a video in august about getting placement at 1334 stores under safeway inc. Which I do not see as a news bulletin on their site (aug 10th timeframe) and a year old written report.
I'm sick and tired of one equity research group. They are regurgitating the same worn out attempt to parallel water with beverage giants like coke and monster,, blah.. WTER needs to end that relationship ASAP, it has NO positive impact on their effort.
-Pantz.
Link?
Fink
Thanks for staying tuned in, and hope you are able to stock up as you are getting some good health benefits!
-Pantz
Numerous recent filings(and lateness again) explain the decline.
Good day,
There have been numerous filings, that if you are still vested here that you should probably take a look at. 10q, 8k, and others issued (late, which never helps the stock)
Unless I'm reading those notices incorrectly, WTER has a ways to go before the misery of .10 is cleared. It appears that Nik and Richard are selling/paying themselves with significant sell offs at the .10 exercise price. This is going to do nothing but lower the price.
There is a couple filings about those transactions, another report denotes the exercise price of certain warrants decreasing to .10
As much as it pains me, another post had mentioned the .07 range, and if this keeps up, I *think* those numbers are possible again. That would truly be a shame.
Lots of money was wasted on one equity research. That was a complete waste, one equity made lousy comparisons to beverages outside the vertical and really didn't bring anything but loosely connected conjecture and "ra ra" tactics.
WTER is struggling, costs of goods sold still too high, admin expenses are not balanced to actual production, and corporate updates are not focusing on what we need to know: production levels, store volumes, distribution updates, condition of assets..
Someone needs to grab the reigns here, eliminate the market fluff and start providing some real info.
-Pantz
Good day!
Here's an opinion, though I doubt anyone from WTER is paying attention to this board.
Can it with the "company spotlight" stuff. All that conjecture and comparison to other product lines and theoretical what if's is really quite distracting.
Not to mention that it's getting very redundant, (the monster comparison in particular) and is contributing to WTER's very prominent administrative expense.
So
1.) kill the fluffy PR's
2.) give us more real announcements via the actual corporate website.
3.) Keep up current on the 10Mil Sales target for this fiscal year
4.) Let us know how production is going
Meaningful SHORT news bulletins of REAL company info will be far more meaningful than Marketing fodder.
-Pantz
Cashflow,
I'm very surprised you don't know the answer to this question.
The answer is.. it depends on the merger/acquisition agreement.
Sometimes you'll get a commensurate amount of stock in the new company, as in the case of WTER, definitely not a 1 for 1. (coca cola is currently trading above $40./share)
It could be a buyout of existing shares at a set price agreed to buy the company/stockholders (generally favorable to the stock holders)
An acquisition usually boosts the price of the stock being acquired while slightly (or sometimes significantly) decreasing the stock price of the company performing the acquisition.
A hostile takeover would be indicated by inflated bids in order to accumulate the controlling stake in the company. *which you'd probably like to take advantage of :)*
If your shares are held by a broker you'll be notified and they will walk you through the process.
Google it.. lots of great answers out there.
-Pantz
Greets!
Before we talk about buyouts.. can we talk about why this cannot hold above 15 Cents? (12cents)?
$1.00 pps to me is wildly optimistic(imho), I would guess a buyout price closer to the 20-25c range, especially considering the influx of solid financial statements, several new PR's, and a meaty product infiltration into Hawaii resulting in a DROP of PPS to 12cents...
Yes a bit of frustration showing through here as solid news results in a darn downtrend on the share price. "again"
I do view WTER as a buyout for a large beverage conglomerate, but if it's not standing on it's own feet much above .10 .. then $1.00 certainly is dreamer's territory.
Someone is losing money... there was a nice buy up to .17 and .18 .. I don't expect those investors are smiling at the moment.
-Pantz
Lots of new eyes on this suddenly.
Any guesses on the outlook for the week?
Glad the filing made it out without further delay, my only disappointment is the very large general and administrative expenses.. which certainly was not in PR's. :)
The afternoon peaked above .17 then flattened out to .16..
Estimates on tomorrow's action?
-Pantz
Modest accumulation while investors wait out the filings..
Should be a good show next week.
-Pantz
Hi!
I think this is quite a good target for acquisition.
I would be very surprised to think that Mr N. wouldn't have this very near the top of his list.
Establish the product.
Roll with the punches of starting a new product line (loss)
Turn the corner into positive financials.
Wait for Coke or Pepsi to conglomerate ..
I hope I have the patience to hold out for that :)
-Pantz
Fink.
I'm not judging.. but are you really tossing around 30K in trading capital? and investing in PennieS??
w0ah.
-Pantz
Hey Mok,
Definitely kick this around until the filing.
There is an immediate sense of 'anxiety' when a company files late, however landing spots at safeway, and the recent upsurge is indicating to me there is good news in the filings.
The last few PR's: Safeway, The company issuing a positive guidance.. I'm remaining optimistic.
-Pantz
Hey Mok!
Why does it seem like I'm talking you down from the ledge most days? *smile*
Legitimate product selling on the shelves, with regular (albeit last one late) filings is far from a ploy, even if T238 insists it is.
No question that Mr N. could be positioning his company for acquisition and trying to make a few bucks while doing it, hell why not!
Acquisition or not, my gut is telling me people are selling out taking menial profits as this line is turning more and more into a long term company with steady growth, not subject to massive pumps and swings (fast bucks) so it's losing it's short term allure.
I think it's time to fold up the tinfoil hat my friend :)
-Pantz
Oh Silly me:
Late 10K, then this checkbox
"Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof ?
Yes [] No [X] "
That does sound a bit contradictory.. Going from negative to positive revenue is most certainly significant.. Massive uptick in sales and ongoing 10Mil projections are also significant IMHO.
I'm not sure I understand why that check box is marked no, other than the fact if you check yes.. you need an attachment to explain why.. and if you are going to do that effort .. why not release the filing anyway?
15 more days to wait while the price dawdles around.. alas.
-Pantz
Nice Link Redcoiner
I saw that too.
It's almost comical that the stock takes a dip after several days of positive news. Getting on the shelves at Safeway, such a large and well known public chain is a huge opportunity.
Get in on this dip while you can, it's not staying down in the teens for long.
-Pantz
Red,
Easy Big Fella,
It should be a slow steady increase depending how the internal holders are exercising options.
There is several million shares in the strike point of .115 and at .15 current market, making a .04 cent gain on a few 100K of shares is very much possible. If not very likely
the price hit a screeching halt at .15,(resistance) there needs to be considerable new investment to get through this section.
I anticipate a slow burn in the 15's as CSTI is now asking .15 for 180K..
the slow steady churn also keepers the pumpers at bay.
It still looks great, but there's a lot to dig through in the .15-.17
-Pantz
Here we go,
8-k declaring positive performance and guidance..
Now that's NEWS!
stock is responding quite rapidly to the news.
Enjoy the ride.
-Pantz
Good Morning
The bids are still a bit timid/conservative. I'm still sensing forward accumulation here, this doesn't look like sell off at all (IMHO).
The level 2 asks are painting the stronger picture here, there is a lot of ground to cover in the .13's but a nicely timely financial statement(or meaty PR) should dig through those quite quickly.
Surge on WTER!, No stores in Maine that I know of or I'd be drinking some right now!
-Pantz
let's see 15's and beyond!
Is NITE that last hurdle for a while?
I see NITE on the ASK for .1145 then it goes back to normal double digits!
This is a nice surge, sure would be nice to stop seeing this tenth, and worse hundredth cent increments!
lots of accumulation prior to the financial statement, to me that's a darn good indicator.
-Pantz
Hi cash.
I'm in at .17 and .06
This was really plugging along then two ugly items occurred.
One a PR was released without approval, recalled and no answer was given as to why. There was an indirect tie to a company held by Berkshire Hathaway.. that hurt
Then a sizable bunch of insider stock had it's strike price reduced significantly. another big dip
The projected 10mil in sales helped a little. The recent PR about some new product placement had curbed a slow decline. I'm still thinking that only after the next filing. (10K I think) will this see real positive movement.
Unless it's VERY strong it will be subtle, maybe up to around 13,14c
-Pantz
RSIMS,
Welcome to the board, great that you indicated this is your first post. However, if you support Essentia, Core, and Aquahydrate why is your first post on WTER? Not to mention your account was made today, you make an account just to tell us we have competition?
Let's dig into that.
Essentia, are they privately owned or are they still a subsidiary of NextPath? I can't find that out definitively. They do appear to be privately owned. They do have a "brand team" do you mean these people? http://www.essentiawater.com/news/wp-content/uploads/EW_2015SoCalHydrationSpecialists_f.pdf?
All of whom I've never heard of.
Per the multi-million dollars of investment, are you referring to standard investment announcement like this: http://www.firstbev.com/2014/09/essentia-water-secures-private-equity-investment/ (of which no amounts are disclosed) .. can't see any financial statements either.
They are promoting a PH level of 9.5, considerably higher than WTER more in direct competition to another 'flashy' brand Aquahydrate (bottom)
Let's cover core natural: Another privately owned company "Co-founder Lance Collins, best known for creating billion dollar brands like FUZE® and NOS Energy® teamed up with Lukasz Gottwald, the highly acclaimed music producer, better known as Dr. Luke. "
That's all well and good, but they're not even in the same market with a ph level of 7.5. They do have a good co-founder with beverage experience though.
Finally Aquahyrdate: This one is marketed as an Alkaline but first and foremost I have to say this: "AQUAhydrate is privately owned by a multinational group of investors including Ron Burkle, Mark Wahlberg, and Sean Combs" -- do I get a free CD or concert tickets? Their website is a high powered marketing palooza with very little about the science of the water. There are indications of testing showing lower than advertised ph levels..I struggle with the integrity of this brand.
Thanks for bringing these other companies to the forefront; As I've stated, I think Essentia and Aquahydrate are marketing/media tests to see if they can get a foothold with VERY high promoted PH levels. Core is just above the acidic level and is targeting a very different segment.
PLENTY of room here for WTER
-Pantz
Bottomfeeder:
Here's the link (it's the first one from yahoo finance on WTER)
http://ir.baystreet.ca/article.aspx?id=137&1434538885
Again this is mostly re-print stuff.
I like to check yahoo finance often as it lets me know when filings get done.
-Pantz
Interesting article on acquisition potential
Unfortunately this article has repeat information on the historic buyout of other beverage types, of course at these very high level multiples of the current valuation. (fun to speculate though)
This particular article has presented projected numbers for WTER. But I remain unmoved. I still believe this is not budging until firm numbers are released.
The financial statement covering annual data ending June 2014 was not released last year until the middle of August... does it really take 2 months to compile that information? I'd hate to see this thing languish for another 1.5 months while financials are put together.
Disappointing to see a projected loss, but again I'm not putting a lot of merit into an outside organizations financial projections of WTER.
An acquisition would certainly be incredible. I don't think that the acquisition would result in massive stock returns (nothing like the 11.7x like monster saw) but 1 - 3x would certainly be nice!
Need to keep the pumpers at bay as well...
-Pantz
Hi BottomFeeder,
To which new chain are you referring?
-Pantz
Good Morning all!!
I really can't want for a couple things to happen!!!
All this dumping in the low .08's really needs to cease. Sheesh we're one SEC filing away from a nice correction.
Second and most importantly, get the damn filing done and show us where the company sits!
I understand needing money.. but holy cow.. show a tiny bit of patience, this play has plenty of indicators of a nice turn around.
-Pantz
p.s. -- These .08s aren't even close to the low striking points of the vesting schedules for major internal holders.. who's selling at these silly low values?
Hey Mok!
Always good to discuss with you. Your scrutiny of the situation is warranted; Alk88 has some significant challenges still.
I'm less concerned with distribution and bottling as these are contracted services. They will need to formulate a long term partnerships to reduce those cards.
I'm more concerned with actual production limitations. I recall a leasing agreement to put two more machines into service but nothing on that for a while. Empty shelves due to distribution is one thing, product backlog is quite another.
I do agree with bottom feeder that the next filing will be eye opening with a massive bump in sales, less spending in administration/marketing/other and costs of goods sold still a little high.
As a result there will be pumpeteers show which hopefully falls flat.
The 10k ....can't wait.
-pantz
Nothing wrong with being cautious on press releases. ..keeps the pumpeteers at bay and stops those wild swings.
Could also be fun shy from the last noticeabout the distribution deal they had to retract.
I'm feeling more optimistic...pr's are just that...give us solid real news.
The Walmart availability may be a short term test which they will not act on uneeds it becomes permanent
Keep your chins up Mok.
-pantz
Fink,
What's your feeling on today?
nothing traded yet, and ask appears holding firm above .09..
Potential run coming?
I don't predict a run until the financials are released, but a well timed PR about Alkaline now being in Walmart's product lineup would be pretty darn good.
-Pantz
A88 in a Walmart? oh yeah that's a huge step!
A single product placement in a Walmart can radically change your entire business profile.
Here we go WTER! Jump in Get your feet wet, now's the time!
-Pantz
Thanks for sharing this info!
I think the February dilution still has the stock holders a bit sullen.
IMHO all the PR's at this point would be a muted effort, I don't see this stock moving one sub cent until the March 2015 financials are released.
It the middle of may.. I'm really wanting those numbers..
-Pantz
I suspect no movement until next formal filing.
After the snafu with the logistic PR, which still isn't resolved...
Then then change in 8K illustrating more stock issuance to principal directors
This has bottomed right out.
I don't see movement until there are actual P&L's listed.
I'm optimistic about the 10Mil sales order, but right now PR's are not budging anything.
It's now May.. they should have figures for the period ending March 2015 sometime soon?
-Pantz
