I think this is quite a good target for acquisition.

I would be very surprised to think that Mr N. wouldn't have this very near the top of his list.

Establish the product.
Roll with the punches of starting a new product line (loss)
Turn the corner into positive financials.

Wait for Coke or Pepsi to conglomerate ..

I hope I have the patience to hold out for that :)
