I agree on the thoughts here on CCNI. I'll be meeting with them next week at the Liolios conference. CCNI's story is very solid and very difficult to poke holes in it. I actually purchased a few more shares today at the highest price I've paid since building a position. I think a year from now we will be wondering why we didn't pickup more stock under a dollar.
CCNI had an excellent Q2. Chart is definitely starting to break out here.
Second Quarter 2014 Financial Highlights vs. Year-Ago Quarter
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/command-center-reports-second-quarter-110000833.html
Same store sales up 0.7% to $21.6 million
Gross margins increased from 25.2% to 26.9%
Operating income up 197% to $1.6 million
Net income up 217% to a record $1.5 million or $0.02 per diluted share
“During the second quarter, we continued our emphasis on improving customer service and operational efficiency in order to improve profitability and prepare the company for future growth,” said Bubba Sandford, Command Center’s president and CEO. “Our success in this approach was demonstrated by the record net income in the second quarter, which also generated the most profitable first half in our company’s history, with net income up 300% to more than $2 million. The 170 basis point increase in the second quarter gross margin also reflects the success of our strategy to improve customer service.”
Yeah, the presentation on MicroCapClub went very well. I wanted to ask additional questions to Warren but I felt it was a good first call. I've done a significant amount of research on GLGI and even went as far as making a company visit. It was a great tour to be able to walk through two 60,000 sq. ft facilities and spend 4-5 hours with Warren (CEO) and Ron (The Plant Manager).
I'm not surprise that the stock has been propelling forward for the past week. It was so undervalued for so long and if you have taken the time to give Warren a call you would realize that he is all about business and providing shareholder value.
I'm a strong believer in the company moving forward. It doesn't make sense for Greystone to be publicly traded and only be a 25 million dollar company. Obviously, Warren wants to have a stronger balance sheet. He can support his debt by the cash flow of the business and isn't exactly focused on that right now.
He is focused on getting another "Miller Coors" type of customer. He likes to refer to them as "Game Changers". He will clean up the balance sheet when it makes sense to do so.
Just my 2 cents. If you have additional questions, please PM me.
This is an interview that I participated on MicroCapClub this morning. Spent about 45 minutes with the CEO and picked his brain. Very undervalued company that is poised to grow.

LD Micro Investor Conference December 5th & 6th 2012.
Hey Guys, I haven't posted on this board before but I know that there are many successful microcap investors who hang out here.
I wanted to let everyone know that Chris Lahiji is a good friend of mine and puts on an excellent end of the year show in Los Angeles. This year will be his 5th annual conference. He has invited 144 companies this year and Chris and his team at LD Micro always vet out the companies before they are allowed to attend.
I will be headed out there on Tuesday the 4th and am looking forward to meeting new CEO's and learning the best of the best microcap stories out there.
Chris has a unique skill set putting these conferences together. It's a combination of quality companies and quality investors. Chris wanted me to extend the invitation to any investors on this board that may be interested.
Here is the conference details with the names that are presenting - http://ldmicro.com/.
A few that I follow and like are...
AXST, TISA, NROM, WFCF, REED, PSTX, ATTU.
Direct message me if your interested and I'll make an introduction to Chris.
Thanks,
Sean
LD MICRO Conference (AXST is Presenting on the 6th of December at 10:30 AM)
This message is from Chris Lahiji.
Guys,
I just wanted to congratulate you on being one of the finest message boards I have ever experienced.
From Feoli to MahatmaPaul, the investors participating with each other virtually has been great to read.
Whenever I own a company, I try to find investors that are insightful and will showcase an opposing view. A reason not to buy a stock, or a viewpoint as to why I may be wrong.
Disagreement or doubt is an investor's best friend because they will work even harder, do even more due diligence, and ask tougher questions to management.
When I attended the annual event, several gentlemen right besides me were asking some really tough and phenomenal questions, that were being well answered by both Clark and Pat.
We had a conversation outside the hall way that was memorable and respectful. I may have disagreed on a couple of things that were mentioned, but my guess is often worse than most of the people I talk too.
This is the first time I am writing in a long time on Yahoo Finance, and the first time I am invited those here that are interested in coming to see Axesstel present at our Main Event, December 5th and 6th in Los Angeles. All the info is on ldmicro . com
144 companies are set to present over two days, and perhaps we can meet a few more people that are on board the AXST train.
Especially the two gentlemen that I had a great conversation with that day. I have your business cards and shall be reaching you shortly.
Best wishes moving forward to all of you.
For full disclosure, I own shares of AXST in my personal accounts.
Sincerely,
CL

Mahatmapaul - I couldn't agree more with you regarding insider buying. The company was in a quiet period before the Q was released and now have 48 hours after the Q was released to buy on the market open. If you don't see management buying stock on the open market next week I would look at this as a huge negative. I'm going to be talking with the CEO on Monday AM so I'm looking forward to the call and ready to ask him more questions.
If anyone missed the earnings call I would suggest listening to it. I tried to ask some very good questions during the call so investors could get a better idea of what they are doing.

Thanks for the replay. Yes, this cash situation has to get resolved to give additional piece of mind with investors. If BIO-key really does have something special "under the hood" then you would think they would be a strong buyout candidate from 1 of their partners that they are currently working with. If they really have the supporting software that is unique in the Enterprise markets this would seem very valuable.
We shall see....
I hope many investors are on this call tomorrow morning at 10AM.
I will be on asking several questions.

BKYI Writeup
Friday July 26th Authentec (AUTH) was purchased by Apple for $356 million in cash. Apple investing the $356 million suggests that Apple may be getting serious about the enterprise client market. This deal with Authentec could pave the way for development of iPads and iPhones with built-in biometric authentication features. Authentec isn't alone in the market for iPad and iPhone-compatible biometric readers. A number of third parties, including Bio-key, have developed such systems. Authentec will presumably develop fingerprint scanners that will be built directly into Apple's mobile products. That could make them more suitable for use in highly regulated, security-conscious industries like healthcare and financial services. http://www.informati...e/mac/240004465
Apple is a trend setter and I’m impressed due to the fact that BIO-key plays an integral part with the software. They have 10 patents compared to Authentec’s 190. Authentec is working with BIO-key for a reason and have developed a relationship for over 5 years now. BIO-key is a Biometric service provider that can mitigate risks, strengthen security, and improve productivity, in addition to reducing operating costs. BIO-key service provider also enables enrollment, identification, and verification. The data is captured and digitized and stored as a mathematical template, the user's actual fingerprint image is not kept on any computer or in any database.

Investment Summary:
BIO-key develops and markets advanced identification biometric technology and software solutions. BIO-key is a pioneer in the industry and has been able to partner with some strong companies in several different industries. BIO-key finger based identification technology is scaleable and can be leveraged on several different operating systems. BIO-key conducts 41 image enhancements when processing each fingerprint image. Over 200 points of data are referenced in each enrollment and authentication of a fingerprint. BIO-key software inspects over 2,000 indications for each fingerprint processed. BIO-key’s roots can be traced back to 1993 therefore one of the most experienced companies in the biometric industry. BIO-key has built a team of experts in the area of technology, security and biometrics.
A critical challenge that virtually every organization faces today is protecting internal and customer data while making it convenient as possible to access. Passwords, the traditional method of authentication, can be stolen or borrowed, and they do not always adequately protect information from unauthorized use or view. If passwords are easy to remember, they are easy to break. To make passwords more secure, or strong, they must be longer, more complicated, and less predictable, unfortunately making them more difficult to remember. With an increasing mobile workforce that works outside physically-secure corporate facilities, the potential for identity theft is great than ever before.
BIO-key’s current business plan:
License its core technology “VST” and True User Identification® to original equipment manufacturers, systems integrators, and application developers who develop products and applications that utilize its biometric finger matching solutions. VST offers complete support from every major fingerprint reader manufacturer. With this capability users ENROLL ONCE to establish their identity. True User Identification (TUI) is a scalable Intelligent Image Indexing technology for identification systems of any size. It's performance speed of more than 6 million fingerprint matches per second has been validated at Oracle's Partner Technology Center.
They are making it SIMPLE, SECURE, & CONVENIENT.
License WEB-key®, the Company’s security centric web-based biometric authentication solution.
Integrate its core technology competencies to leverage new business opportunities and develop new markets for its innovative products. WEB-key enables developers and integrators to quickly and easily build scalable biometric identification systems with little or no technical support, regardless of prior biometric experience.
WEB-key enrollment and identification wizards are respected as the easiest to use in the industry for capturing the highest quality data. WEB-key's Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) and BIO-key's TUI technology deliver an extensible development framework capable of managing hundreds of millions of fingerprints for alias prevention, verification and identification purposes.
Bio-key Partners:
BIO-key has developed some very key partners in several different verticals. Just to name a few Allscripts, Oracle, IBM, Authentec, Healthcare-ID

Anybody have expertise in the Patent Valuation Field?
I have no idea how to properly value their IP, but I would have to believe that it is worth more than the current $7m dollar market cap.
Financials:
BIO-key financials aren't the strongest. Their revenues are flat the past two years at $3.5m. Q1 2012 they did $1.4m in revenue and made about $363k. Q1 2011 they did about $1.4m in revenue, but had higher SG&A then this year. I'm not sure if Q1 is typically the strongest or that was just a unique coincidence. I can't imagine this business having seasonality issues to it. They have about $1m in debt and have approx. $200k in the bank.

How does a BIO-key biometric security solution address identity theft?
BIO-key's biometric solutions are more secure than traditional forms of identity alternatives such as Passwords, ID cards, and PINs. Unlike these less secure, easily counterfeited alternatives, it's virtually impossible for anyone to steal your identity when accessing a biometrically secure system without your biometric finger data. A compromised password or PIN or lost credit card, drivers license or checkbook does not offer that security. Your BIO-key biometric data is encrypted and secured in multiple layers to further ensure the safety of your identity.
Unique Quotes I pulled out of PR’s
“BIO-key is committed to pioneering the gateway for biometrics to provide a secure path
to mobility and the advanced functionality of Smartphone’s and Tablet devices. On a
daily basis we’re seeing indications that the Smartphone’s and Tablet PC will be the most valuable and most utilized technology for consumers and businesses moving forward.
Your phone will be your credit card, your passport, your bank and your shopping mall.
Businesses will be using both phones and tablets to process orders and manage inventory.
Advanced functionality is going to require a stronger degree of authentication –
identification and security. Our hardware independent, universal access software for
iOS, Android and WinMobile devices that is easily integrated into existing desktop and
laptop deployments is the best choice for companies looking to add the convenient
security that finger biometrics offers.
"The opportunity to introduce fingerprint authentication solutions for the iPad and iPhone at ACE could not be timelier. BIO-key is committed to providing advanced solutions for EMR & EHR providers; BIO-key software meets the new DEA ePrescription compliance guidelines and the 2 factor requirements of the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Recently, upon presenting the new technology to an R&D manager at a leading EMR provider, he responded by saying BIO-key has hit a homerun for EMR providers with the new iPad solution," stated Randy Fodero, VP of Sales, BIO-key International Inc.
"This is a milestone for our company," stated Mike DePasquale, Chief Executive Officer of BIO-key. "The IBM Redguide publication will be available to thousands of IBM technical sales and support representatives, solution providers, business partners, customers, prospects and posted on the IBM social media outlets; the reach is quite significant. We anticipate that the exposure and awareness generated for BIO-key, by the IBM Redguide publication, will lead to a measureable increase in business opportunities. BIO-key has already started deploying our biometrics along with IBM security offerings at a number of customer sites around the world and expect our revenue to expand in the coming quarters," added DePasquale.
IBM selected BIO-key as one of their biometric partner because of BIO-key's unique ability to offer universal access to any fingerprint reader, any device, such as a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone and operate on any platform including iOS, Windows Mobile, and Android. No other finger biometric software provider offers this capability.
There have been 354 million privacy breaches over the past five years in the United States alone. To address this issue many companies are migrating to risk based authentication models. IBM and BIO-key are working together to provide alternative solutions to traditional passwords, PINS and tokens in order to provide best in class security for the business enterprise, healthcare providers, government agencies and the consumer.
"BIO-key's biometric algorithm is fast, accurate, and seamlessly integrates into Indigo's Strong Authentication and SSO solutions. We have enjoyed years of consistent success together and the healthcare opportunities for biometric authentication are increasing," stated Terry Banbury, Indigo's Vice President of Sales & Client Services.
AUTH PR with BKYI a LONG Time Ago -
AuthenTec and BIO-key Launch Strategic Initiative Supporting Enterprise Application Deployments
http://www.prnewswir...s-53630782.html
The contact listed on the PR was Julie Garand. I did a search on Julie on Linkedin and found that she stopped working with BIO-key back in 2007. This verifies that they have been working with Authentec for quite some time.
Conclusion:
Back in February of 2012 Bio-key introduced a Mobile Biometric App on iTunes & Android Platforms Mobile Authentication App to meet market demand for strong security and convenience. Bio-key is the only software developer to offer interoperable biometric authentication solutions for the 3 most recognized mobile platforms. BIO-key offers full enrollment and identification, supported by a highly accurate mathematical algorithm and full security encryption of critical authentication data.
I spoke to Mira LaCous last week who is the CTO of BIO-key. She was very insightful and seems to have a very compelling background. She is applying her skills and passion to advanced mobile solutions utilizing biometrics. She has been granted 5 patents and over a dozen international patents for cutting edge technology. She said she has worked for the company for about 12 years and very please with the developments and progress that BIO-key is making.
I also spoke to Scott Mahnken last week, and he said that it has taken quite some time to develop the technology. Also, mentioned that their relationship with IBM is going very well. He said that getting published in IBM's redbook is comparable to BIO-key hiring about 20 sales people. http://www.redbooks....fs/redp4892.pdf (This is a great write up on how BIO-key is working with IBM to provide an Enterprise Single Sign on service.) I still haven't chatted with the CEO, but trying to set that call up soon.
This is not the typical micro cap investment that I make, but Apple buying Authentec (AUTH) has forced me to take a look. The company has diluted about 14m shares over the past 3 years and hopefully that will stop soon. I'm looking at this from a Patent angle and this could get very buzzy as soon as this companies tech is discovered along with Apple announcing Biometrics on the future iPhones. BIO-key's tech fits the bill for what consumers are looking for and they may just be in the right place at the right time. After the Q2 conference call last year many insiders bought shares on the open market above 10c. I would expect additional insider buying after this call as well. I tried to do my best with displaying my research on this post. They should have their 2nd quarter #'s out next week along with a conference call so that should be a good time to ask some questions.
Disclosure: LONG BKYI
I was on the analyst call as well and for some reason my dial in # wouldn't work. From what I could see the presentation was quick and basically just scrolled through the report very quickly.
I'm a huge believer in this company..they are in the right place in the right time. You just don't see companies under a 10m dollar market cap under promise & over deliver. Very rare...Michael Gaffney is the real deal. I'm potentially going to be meeting with Gaffney in a few weeks. If not I'll be flying up to Ottawa to "kick the tires."
I have my eyes very close to this story and looking forward for additional positive news.
Investors still need to take some time and do their Due Diligence on the firm that invested directly in GlamSmile Asia along with the 2 million directly in Remedent. This is not a group that any investor should take lightly. I believe they are involved, just because they understand the Asia market very well and know that "TEETH" is a major issue over their.
Right now they are targeting a higher end market with their veneers, but down the road I can see them adding additional veneer products that are less expensive and a cheaper solution for some of the mainland chinese that don't have the $$$ to get it done. Much more of a larger market here.
From my understanding if you can sell 'STATUS' to Asian's you will make millions.
I agree Frank Lind. The Managed Print Services business is a huge market and a huge opportunity for this company to make their mark. The key here is the fact that Auxilio is geared to saving hospitals $$$ and that is what hospitals are looking for.
It's just a matter of time and building up their network of hospitals in the pipeline.

What are your thoughts Quality Stocks? Doesn't it seem just a little bit concerning that Jerry Bowman left the company? I've spoken to Jerry Bowman before and I really liked him. He seemed like he was putting some solid growth drivers in place to help the company long term.
This is absolutely ridiculous and am not happy with management in making these new decisions. We will see what happens.

I have the same concerns that you have. As of right now HSTH cannot trade electronically but I believe can be traded with some brokers. HSTH should continue to file each quarter and update investors on their business. The QSR contract that they have in place seems to be very solid and is producing cash flow for their business.
It's just too bad that this little company has to deal with this right now.
I'm sure management is trying to do what they can. Combined they own over 50 Million shares.
Sorry for the delay in response. I'm sure the company is doing everything they can to try and get this figured out. It's obviously not a good thing and very unfortunate for this company. As soon as they start to show some tangible results this happens.
I would keep on eye on this company. Good strong growth...putting money down to the bottom line and not that many shares out. I'm looking forward to the year end #'s out over the next month.
When there is buying in this company along with interest it can move up very quickly.
I agree with FrankLind Swampboots. REMI is finally brought on a reputable firm that can handle the job of getting the story out to the investment community. The fact that IDG was one of the original investors in Facebook..makes them no dummies.
As long as they can execute the model...Glamsmile will be a homerun.
Also, another interesting comment was the fact that one of the owners owns several high end magazine companies which bodes very well for their marketing plan over in GlamSmile Asia.
Mike,
I agree with your points...they weren't as clear as they should have been. Either way management is making the right strides to turn this company around. Chart looks good as well.
From the recent filing:
I'm sure management is working on getting this resolved each day. You can trade this stock with a broker, but you cannot make electronic trades with it. This is very frustrating and hopefully its resolved sooner than later.
On December 9, 2011 the Depository Trust Clearing Corporation (DTCC) placed a chill on our company’s stock and removed the ability for HS3 Technologies Inc. to trade electronically on the “Over the Counter Bulletin Board” (OTCBB). Management understands the DTCC decision was based on actions taken by the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) against the Regency Group. The SEC has no concerns or actions against HS3 Technologies Inc. that we are aware of or that have been communicated to us. The SEC’s ruling determined that Regency Group, the original holder of the certain shares in the predecessor entity (ZENO, which eventually became HS3Technologies Inc.) distributed shares in violation of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended , and as a result the validity of such transfers are in question. Given that the SEC ruling that gave rise to the DTCC concerns does not involve any action or finding against our company, management believes the chill by the DTCC was an error and is working to rectify that position.

You cannot ignore this chart. Any Microcap that moves from .10c up to .60c and consolidates typically is a very good sign. I've spoken to CB many times and he has continued to do all the right things. His execution didn't happen as quickly as he would have liked when I first spoke to him early 2009, but his hard work is really paying off.
Great post FrankLind.

I'm very disappointed in the company not mentioning the contract at all in the last filing. It would also be nice for Sagar to return my emails.
They need to get some professional investor help in their to at least respond to people and let them know they are still alive and running. It would also be great to understand and get a gauge if their margins will start to increase with this new 25M dollar order.
Yes, Gary touted this story for about 4-6 months before it made any sort of move.
I like how STVI is a direct play into Facebook IPO because their dating technology platform is integrated right with Facebook.
I've actually had an opportunity to use their app on the iPad and was very impressed with the features of finding a single using the location based technology. They have made significant improvements over the past year with the functionality of their platform.
I'm in the middle of quite a bit of DD on this annual report. So far so good...and I like what I'm seeing for this turnaround.
May not be a horrible entry point down at these levels..and had about 15x avg. volume today
Nice consolidation here for Brekford. Last week I was out at LD Micro conference and I spoke to quite a few investors. A few of them new of the story and were very impressed with what C.B. is doing here. On the other hand, I told a few investors about this company in which they have never heard of before.
I'm looking forward to further developments.
I understand your decision 10 Bagger. I would definitely keep it on your watch list though. I've visited this company 3 times and met with the CEO and CFO during these visits. The lawsuits hurt them temporarily and I respect their moves here to protect shareholders.
They don't want to raise money down at these levels and are growing organically and trying to scale their business. They are going through a phase of refocusing their business and really defining their strategy.
I really enjoy speaking with upper management and hopefully one day they get bought out by a major company. We will see what happens.
ZBB is acting very strong today. Up 10% with over 100k traded. This is a solid Grid Energy storage play and we will see if this can hold its gains this week.
I spoke to Mark Lana on Thursday of last week.
We talked for about 20 minutes and overall had a very good conversation. It was my first time speaking to him, but he mentioned that they are working on a new website and hopefully have that done shortly. That would help with the overall presence and brand of the company.
I'm going to schedule a visit with him in January when I'm out in Colorado.
We will see...but he said that they are really trying to build a foundation in their business model and deliver shareholder value over time.
Yes, it really is. It doesn't help when the company never releases press releases to update investors on what is going on. I wrote Mark Lana an email last week and haven't received a response back yet.
I'll be following up with a few phone calls if since I haven't heard back from him. I'll also be traveling out to Denver in January and I'll be sure to make a visit to the company to see what is going on.
First I would start with getting an updated website built. They mine as well not even have a website....especially when you have old content on their...August 2009 being the "most recent" news.

I'll let you know if I make any headway while speaking to management.
Year End report out last week:
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/111006/hsth.pk10-k.html
They had a very good quarter and solid year end.
1.3 Million in Revenue vs. 110k
Assets increased about 300k and Liabilities came down about 300k.
QSR revenue alone was 1.2 Million. This number is going to continue to grow and remember this is only from the last half of the year.
SGA expenses didn't increase that much as during their ramp up in new business. Only increased about 25k and with a 1000% increase in revenue...that's not bad.
So why the increased business....(The company hasn't released any prs yet to talk about the new opportunity. In my opinion and experience with micro caps management would like to get 2 qtrs behind them to show investors the solid trend and that it wasn't just a 1 qtr. fluke. Hopefully they start talking to the investment community in regards to this exciting change that is going on at the company.
Our company is providing labor; trained installation teams to install cable, network upgrades of Point of Sale (POS) terminals, install software, and upgrade servers and cameras. The service that our company is providing is necessary for the QSR to meet federally mandated Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI) compliant requirements assembled by the Payment Card Security Standards Council.
They converted over 12M shares to retire debt and converted them a good price of 4.5 cents and paid down some debt. With approx. 82.6 Million outstanding and management owning approx. 50.1 Million or 60.5%.
For a company priced at 2 cents this company should definitely start getting some traction with the investment community sooner than later.
I'm also going to be making a trip to Denver to visit with the company in a couple of months so I can kick the tires and meet with management.
I would look into this further....it may pay off in multiples.
Good to see another update from the CEO 2 days ago October 7th. Hopefully the company will soon be putting press releases out to investors to help create transparency and help investors understand what they have under the hood here.
This is the website that they recently started using as a lead generator to help grow their franchisee base for Glamsmile Studios. Guy (CEO) discusses this in the recent update.

Rome
Ciao everybody,
Rome is open. We started our online lead generation program this past monday. Next week the studio (beautiful studio- located on via del corso) on a first floor. Heavy foot traffic right where the action is. Fingers crossed. Our first days of lead generation went very very well. Lead generation is the key to our businnes. Chair in , chair out. It always starts with chair in. The first 3 appointments were booked for next week.
I personally like to welcome our new collegues in Rome. I also encourage all our investors to come and have a peek in this studio - in one of my favourite cities in the world. Rome is the epitome of good taste and we belong there.
The studio is managed by Beniamion Silberstein. I have known Benny for many years and believe he is ready to make an absolute success of this studio.
I will be heading soon to Wenzhou for the opening of our 4 th China store. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks the studio will be open. It promises to be another beautiful studio.
Well this is some interesting info I found on Linkedin.
This is from Michael Taylor who works at Insight USA.(He is a follower of HS3 on Linkedin) Looks like Insight is closely related to Mcdonalds.

This company has not had news out in a while and the year end is should be out within 2 weeks. I'm expecting another improved quarter from the last and profitable. This company has more under the hood than investors realize after signing the deal with Insight Systems to work an 18,000 unit QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) as a client. HS3 has 3,200 restaurants to do service on. They will be busy for a while.
Poemstone....may I ask you why you think that Tootie Pie is such a good investment?
Do you have any restaurant experience or experience trying to grow a brand in new markets?
From the CEO off the website....Not a bad update. Opening 3 studios in September and from my notes I believe they are also signing a high end IR firm that are well known in the business.

update
Hi everyone
Sorry I missed the conference call yesterday. Overall I believe our businnes is going the right direction. We have vastly improved our techniques and most importantly we have found a winning formula. Our challenge ahead is to replicate this formula in our territories around the world. As a little reminder we are focusing on the consumer and the marketing to the consumer. We have divided the company in CHAIR IN and CHAIR OUT. Everybody in the company is working for one of these divisions. In general Chair in means all the marketing and communications we need to do to get the customers in chair. The other department needs to get the patients out of the chair satisfied. It entails everyting from consumer perspective - the studio's , the welcome to the design , manufacturing and placment. In short the entire consumer experience - We accept no unsatisfied customers. we will start over until you smile. The better chair out works the easier the chair in becomes. In general we see almost 15 % referral businnes. September will be a big month for us. Opening of 3 studios - Wenzhou China - Brussels Belgium and Rome Italy. IN addition we signed franchise partners in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Koeweit, and the Emirates. We are off to train them starting on the 24 th of September. From the middle East we continue our journey to China where we are doing the official opening of both Shanghai (for the press) and the studio in Wenzhou. We have increased our advertising budget in China and we see a direct impact on sales. The China potential keeps impressing me. We broke record sales in June , then broke the record slightly in July and the first half of August was our best ever. The hard work is slowly but surely starting to pay off. Voila a little update from my side. We are starting a new marketing campaign in september in Europe and will update you soon with the results
