Yes.May try to buy a few more to make it more exciting.
Let's see what their loss for 2014 was.
Can we trust them that their turnover went down from 8 to 3 billion RMB
within just a year from 2011 to 2012 just because of the accusations and
the suspension of trading of their stock?I mean it is simply an agricultural company not a bank or something?
Just 920.It was the best I could hope to get for a start considering the spread and almost no trades lately.I added another 3,000 now at 1.55.
So you have any idea why I didn't get the shares today?
Do you know RD whether the price in HK could be much higher than the PPS in the US when it resumes?
Also with 3 billion plus shares, do we know how many are available to be traded in the US and how many in HK?
I have managed to buy just 80 so far of CMGHY.Had an order for 1.55 with IB but don't know how over 2,000 shares were traded today at a lower price.
Is Euro China Capital collaborating in the scheme or they are victims too?
I think we were an OTCBB company before, otherwise why they say " has been approved"?
And I think Finra has more strict requirements to allow you to trade on the OTCQB board.
However I may be wrong. And checked the other companies in that OTC announcement and
none of them has put out a PR celebrating.
So we got upgraded and there was no announcement and nobody heard about this until today?
This is great news if it is "news".
Thanks.I sent them a message yesterday but you were right a phone is much simpler.
Got my maths totally wrong.Yes CMGHY is not overpriced.
I will try to buy some of those.
Ok thanks.I will send them an email today and see what they answer.
CMGHY is way overpriced in comparison if it is just 50 shares and is astonishing that there are some trades from time to time like 1,200 shares a couple of days ago.
IB accepts orders for 0682.HK but they told me they can only be executed when they resume trading in Hong Kong of course.
Who are your brokers?
IB does not allow trades in the stock.
Since the Americans and to some extent the Europeans started not to have too much hesitation for printing money, I don't think it is worth betting too much money on a market crash or correction.
You get inflation but this is what the stock market loves.
Are u suggesting that there are more shares than officially stated?
Is that possible?
You forget that ECAB is now advising the company in order to increase the share price and they obviously believe that SAIC filings made available to investors is an essential step forward?
And when you are just the second company in the sector to make them widely available, you say today is as if nothing happened?
Why don't you let him answer?
And ok if one company that published its SAIC filings proved to be a scam, but also 100 others who didn't were scams too, you prefer the odds that a company is legit if they do or if they don't publish them?
Anyway here is what some sites were saying about SAIC filings:
https://zhongguojinrongblog.wordpress.com/tag/saic-filings/
" the preferred starting point of most DD professionals "
" to get some level of confirmation about a company’s financials "
http://www.chinahearsay.com/china-due-diligence-just-got-a-lot-more-difficult/
"A good China lawyer will always tell you to do some due diligence before jumping into bed with a PRC company, and that legal due diligence always starts with an AIC search"
So it is your opinion that today was irrelevant in terms of proving that the company is legit, and that at a P/E of 1 despite today's PR the price should go down tomorrow.
This is what you used to say:
"The only DD that matters is what's filed in the SAIC and S.A.T. offices"

Why are you still complaining?
Your information is false:
In April 2011, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had approved a six-month share repurchase program to repurchase up to an aggregate of $10 million of its ordinary shares. The Company's Board of Directors subsequently extended the program from six months to an indefinite period or until the program is completed(CHOP)
Where in the ABAT announcement did they mention that they cannot start
repurchasing stock before announcing their financials?
Advanced Battery Technologies Inc. plan to buy back up to 5 million ABAT common shares over the next 12 months. The common stock to be repurchased would represent 6.6% of the total shares outstanding, which will be purchased from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. The planned share buyback requires board approval.
CHOP had been doing share buybacks and its valuation now is close to zero.
VIEW had been doing too, but the share price has been going down and perhaps they have gone dark.
ABAT announced a share buyback program but going down since.
Unfortunately announcing a share buyback program is what scams can do.
They forgot that we are no longer a penny stock:
"Investing in small-cap, micro cap and penny stock securities is speculative and carries a high degree of risk."
Surprising no mention about the R/S.
Best they made the SAIC filings available...Joe's best argument that this was a scam.
It is a good thing if there are signs of a new market maker.Having at least 3 or 4 is a requirement to get listed on Nasdaq so perhaps we are a step nearer.
Have been trying to buy the stock for 3 weeks now with Interactive Brokers but my orders at 0.03 are not getting filled.I tried At Market too but without success either. If potential investors have similar problem with other stockbrokers, then maybe is reason why the price stays down.
I believe the recent slump in oil prices should have a big positive effect on the company's expenses and make us cash flow positive earlier.
We didn't hear Dan at the CC but somebody said he was very entertaining yesterday. So what was his contribution?
Has anybody sent an email to any of ECAB's management since the deal to ask anything and got any reply?
I would prefer too if management were buying shares for themselves, paying dividends etc.
But these are also the tools that would be used if they wanted to fool investors to buy into a scam, which is the main fear here.Otherwise we wouldn't be at 87c with such fundamentals.
So my point is that these things work both ways, and wouldn't convince many.
Never worry too much when management doesn't do the things that might convince the market this is not a scam.Cause it makes it more probable it isn't.
So insider tradings, share buybacks, dividends and uplisting are irrelevant if we are not talking about the short term.We just need their numbers to be real and never go dark.
So this company is trying to get reinstated in Hong Kong and never had to file financials with the Sec?But I don't understand how it trades on the OTC board.
Is it a joke that they try to get current?
You are still trying to use technical analysis on a stock with a P/E of 1?
And then you tell us to perhaps sell when the P/E goes to 2?
There are thousands of other stocks on which to try to make profit by technical analysis.
He said: Looks like the staff are the only ones making money in this company cuz it sure isn't the shareholders.
If he didn't buy and you didn't buy when the dilution to finance growth made shares available at just around $0.40 then bad luck to both of you.
Just don't say that the staff are the ONLY ones making money and sure isn't the shareholders.
Bad luck if you didn't make any money after the 100%+ rise of the share price.
The Tesco shops should soon start to have a positive effect on the abattoir operations, yes?
"If the company fails to gain a senior listing"
The problem is when will we know they have failed? There will always be hope I guess until they do it.
At least for the time being you could say they have failed considering that CBMG, a company with almost no revenue, did it quickly and we are still waiting.
Because is in the same sector, that has suffered from short attacks, frauds and companies going dark.
ABAT starting to report again after 3 years would help the Chinese listed companies including SIAF.
But OK if the rules are like this it won't happen again.
Any opinion about Paritz & Company that ABAT have retained?
I would expect more interest in their stock price after today's announcement which shows that they are still trying and not totally dark.
Or is it more time wasting tactics?
Everybody has the right to dream...
Can somebody who is not a member attend?
Would like to know.
Promises is one thing yes.But as for the rest check what happened
to the share prices of CCCL,KGJI,ZA after paying very generous
dividends. They simply don't work for this "Chinese listed" sector.
Even share repurchasing announcements don't seem to work (CHOP).
As long as you keep getting news like ZOOM's, we will never attain
the P/E we deserve.
At least you keep getting exceptions from time to time: VIMC was at
1.30 this time last year, and at 3.00 just a month ago with minimal
volume. Then volume shot up and it closed yesterday at 9.35!
Because I saw CCCL in the list with not too much profit lately, I thought KGJI with P/E closer to 1 than 2 this year, building the equivalent of a Megafarm in jewelry and a very healthy Balance Sheet, should be ranked at least as high.
Would be interesting to see the results of SYMX by the way today.Another Chinese listed with huge potential in case their product takes off.
Did you get a number for KGJI and it is not up there?
They have just paid a nice dividend too.
