Why don't you let him answer?
And ok if one company that published its SAIC filings proved to be a scam, but also 100 others who didn't were scams too, you prefer the odds that a company is legit if they do or if they don't publish them?

Anyway here is what some sites were saying about SAIC filings:

https://zhongguojinrongblog.wordpress.com/tag/saic-filings/

" the preferred starting point of most DD professionals "
" to get some level of confirmation about a company’s financials "

http://www.chinahearsay.com/china-due-diligence-just-got-a-lot-more-difficult/

"A good China lawyer will always tell you to do some due diligence before jumping into bed with a PRC company, and that legal due diligence always starts with an AIC search"

So it is your opinion that today was irrelevant in terms of proving that the company is legit, and that at a P/E of 1 despite today's PR the price should go down tomorrow.
