The biggest issue to me now is cash flow --> ballooning account receivables

It is indeed a big issue.Of course it was perhaps a basic factor why the company has managed to grow so fast.You give product for free for 3-4 months probably without any guarantees, and so anybody can easily start a business using the company's products.
So during this period of growth I can't see how the receivables can come done without severely hurting growth.
And then won't they have to take big losses on these receivables?
Hopefully the DD that EC exercised considered the ballooning account
receivables issue and how trustworthy are the company's customers to settle them.
