She can't do a damn thing with that information ... it's pretty useless to anyone. I see 700 IP addresses a day coming through on my website ... you don't see me getting excited about it. It means NOTHING ... not to Mary and not to you. She's yanking everybody's chain.
Lola:)
email me and I'll send you all the personal info. That's not invasion of privacy, is it? hmm?
Mary, you have posted your personal info everywhere and so somebody else posting it isn't exactly news. Just because you have gone and made your private life public does not mean you can post other people's private information publicly. Your logic is quite twisted. Nobody can invade your privacy because you made all that information public to begin with ... I don't think there's anybody who doesn't know where you live ... that's your own doing.
I have a feeling the cops will be knocking on your door one of these days. Stop while you still can. It is obvious from your previous postings that you do not value your privacy ... the rest of us do value our privacy ... so do the message boards and so does the law.
Lola:)
You know Mary, I may regret saying this but I think you are God's answer to pump and dumpers. They are quite annoying with all their spam and hype. But you spam and hype in the opposite direction. I never thought I would ever encounter such a person as you but you are annoying the hell out of the pumpers ... you go girl!
Lola:)
LOL! I'm just teasing you ... well sort of ...
Get ready 'cause there will be those that will now ridicule you for claiming that IHUBis doing God's work.
If he's doing God's work he's doing it deep undercover cause I don't see it. Knowing Matt though he may indeed be doing God's work undercover. Maybe Ihub is a setup to get rid of all the criminals for good ... I can dream ...
Lola:)
Standing up for what you believe in will always create fervor among some people.
Are you trying to say Mary is a born again Christian?<ggg>
Lola:)
Looks like Mary is unable to delete that post since she is suspended. If anything happens to Mary do you want to be held responsible? Does your rich dentist want to face a lawsuit for not removing a woman's private information from your message board? I know she's annoying but that's no reason to risk bodily harm to this woman. Be a gentleman and do the right thing Matt. You protected a man who lives in a country not easily accessible ... why won't you protect a woman in the U.S. who is more likely to suffer harm?
You look like you are showing favoritism towards a person who is an acquaintance/friend of your partner ... it doesn't look good on you.
Lola:)
Thanks for the response Poet. I'll take your word for it.
You just can't stay out of trouble can you?
Thanks!
Ah come on! You've seen mine ... this is not fair!
Hey Fatty you forgot about the pictures. Come on, let's see them.
Lola:)
Is it Poet?
Who is Curious Cat?
Evidence of criminal activity often resembles garbage.
Lola:)
Does that mean that because if there is any lawsuit, and you are in Canada, that you think you will not be in any trouble if something happens because you live in Canada?
It is much harder for American regulators to bring charges against Canadians living in Canada and running their scams from here.
One trick that I've seen U.S. officials use to catch Canadian securities lawbreakers is to invite them down to an all expense paid golf trip in the U.S. with all kinds of promises of other free goodies. When the Canadians are down there thinking they are there to play golf the U.S. regulators arrest them. It's a nasty trick but that's what you have to do to catch the Canadian cyber criminals who are manipulating U.S. listed securities.
Lola:)
Personally I wouldn't delete anything ... that thread could be used to prove the guy is nuts.<ggg>
I don't think you should ever remove entire boards. You should remove personal attacks but not the posts which might in any way be used to prove something.
Are you removing these boards more because you need the storage space?
Lola:)
That big chunk of nothing up there in the middle of nowhere?
That describes 80% of Canada.
Lola:)
That's the law. You know that, Lola..
No I don't ... I'm a friggin Canadian and that's not the law here ... why do you people keep forgetting that? Do you know where Saskatchewan is?
Lola:)
All posts are archived. Well except for the few threads I had to clean house on.
Matt ALL posts should be archived no matter how you feel about their content. You do not have the authority to play judge and jury in case a certain post you deleted is needed for evidence in a court case. When you start deleting anything for good I think you've stepped over the line legally and could get into alot of trouble.
Lola:)
He would have to disclose that in every single post he makes about that stock.
Is that the law or just a rule here? If it's just a rule here that doesn't hurt him in the eyes of the law since he will have erased the evidence of his wrongdoing by changing the iBox.
Also what's the point of reporting him to the SEC when you have enabled him to remove the evidence of his crime?
Lola:)
Ok ... let's say a stock promoter starts a thread to promote a stock but does not disclose that he is paid in stock by the company and that he is in fact selling into his own hype. After he finishes selling his stock, he changes the thread header to include a disclaimer that he is a stock promoter and may be selling the stock that was given to him. He is able to cover his butt after the fact. After the damage of not having that disclaimer up has already been done.
Lola:)
There could be evidence of a crime found in the iBox. I know you're thinking what?? But it's true ... I'll tell you about it on the phone sometime. If the COB's are allowed to change the contents of the iBox without a historical record being kept of the changes ... you are in effect allowing them to delete evidence that could be used against them.
Lola:)
That would make Ihub a great place to run scams! Don't you guys think of these things?
Lola:)
OH MY GOD!
Deletion and revision are very serious things
All the alarms in my head are going off and I'm not even a lawyer.
Lola:)
Are COB's able to change the iBoxes without a historical record being kept of all the changes?
Lola:)
Matt, I think you completely missed the point Bob was trying to make.
Lola:)
Show us your stuff fatt boy! The donuts are on their way.
Lola:)
So that comparison you made earlier about SI vs. Ihub is not really valid. Most people try to compare apples to apples.
It would perhaps be the only time an embedded link would be appropriate on iHUB ... I dare you...
I'm not going to take you up on that ... have to keep some mystery about me you know.<ggg>
Lola:)
Are you saying FG is full of it?<ggg>
but people just posting crazy things I don't think can get into trouble
Yes they can and have. If it causes harm to the company and what's posted is crazy enough they will get into trouble whether or not they profited from the post.
Lola:)
If they post a lie or fake rumor with the intention of it going up and it goes up, manipulation.
I agree ... that is manipulation. But I don't think I've ever seen Matt doing anything like that.
If you see anyone posting lies to get a stock price up or down they should definitely be reported to the SEC.
Lola:)
Mary, using your logic even I am a stock manipulator. The law doesn't see things the way you do ... thank God. People making excited posts about a stock they own is not illegal ... get over it.
Lola:)
Oops ... double post.
Oh, one other thing you might want to do a bit more research on. I made my calls in real-time. I even stated that, if I 'pick' a stock, I would not 'buy' until after the pick was made. And I would not 'sell' until after I said I am selling. Lola can attest to that. And the SEC can check my trading records against my posts.
Yes I can attest to the fact that Matt has always conducted himself in a way that is above reproach with regard to his personal trading. He always gave the reader a chance to get into a stock before he did and get out before he did. You won't find too many people on the boards that can say that.
Mary you are barking up the wrong tree if you think Matt was involved in any front running or stock promoting. I watched him very closely as I did the Whiz Kid and as you will notice the Whiz Kid no longer posts on SI. I am one of the reasons he no longer posts there ... now there was a scammer!
Lola:)
Treat me like I am 35 years old.
Ok ... have you noticed you have less hair every day? What would you suggest for stopping hair loss at your age? I have a husband who wants to know.<ggg>
Lola:)
