From investor call:
Mark Elliott
Yes. Well the RFP's already been added and it's been in and approved by the selection group and so now they've taken it to our channel partner, Troxell, and they said this is what we want to do and here is the agreement that we have with you that we will include in the submission package to the Board on May 28th. So it's there, it's done now it's just ready to be approved, and they want to start deploying immediately in June. So they will be looking in installing up to 1200 classrooms before the end of August.
From tonight’s San Diego School Boards meeting:
Agreement with Troxell Communications, LLC to Provide I21 Refresh Classroom Suites; BUDGETED: YES, PROPOSITIONS S AND Z, AND MEASURE YY FUNDS
I believe there is a Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 28th in the San Diego School District where they are voting to purchase 6k installations of flat panels in the San Diego Unified School District?

I can't seem to find an agenda, but can anyone else confirm that information?
Hello again everyone! Long time no see! Nice day today.
Navy Spider Silk Research - Randy Lewis
Not sure if anyone posted this article yet, but I thought it was interesting...

Who wants to take our money? KLDO is not diluting and they receive no proceeds from stock trading
No, this is a joke:
A market analyst is an expert who will know tomorrow why the things he predicted yesterday didn't happen today!
Little volume and a slight drop in stock is a good sign. It means that very few people are trading the stock and the overall market does not support the drop in price. Most shareholders are holding their stock. Some are profit taking.
Hey Alydyr,
Can you post one of the messages you received por favor?
I would value the IP assets at $70 million minimum....
I hope so!! It would almost immediately double the share price, and the amount of shares he would have to dilute to finance the first round of commercialization would be cut in half (assuming he has to dilute any at all).
I'm thinking that he would retire more than that. If Kim retires all 300 million of his shares and issued himself 30 million Class A shares with 10 to 1 voting rights he could lower the OS and keep control of the company.
That would be awesome.

Think we'll close at another 52 week high?
Yea, I think your right. Catching up on my share class knowledge :)
Hey, rayovac812 was quoted! Congrats Ray, you made the news!
If Kim does that, I am assuming that it would reduce the overall share count, but wouldn't that also reduce the amount of $$$ he has held up in shares? Seems like we would be giving up a lot if so... about $25 mil at these prices.
I am pretty sure monstersilk will be mostly for apparel. It makes sense to produce that overseas and the higher performance silks here in the US. IMO
GO KBLB!
NEWS! Someone probably posted this already, but just in case:

If so, I will delete this post.
GO KBLB!
Interesting article about an AMSilk product. Something about skin conditioner.

I don't know if I agree with that. Kaiser Permanente has kiosks set up in their health centers to pay bills, check appointment status:

I am sure this would be way better for a Gym or something of the sort. Sure beats standing in line to talk to a receptionist.
Haven't read it yet, but probably some more junk from hotstocked

That is reassuring. THanks.
That is the $1 million question.
Things to consider:
1. KBLB received an invitation from a foreign country (India seems to be the most common consensus as they are boosting their sericulture industry). If a deal is struck to produce Monstersilk in a foreign country, we will hit $1 or more
2. Pilot program is going along ahead of schedule. It is in 3 phases. From what I can tell, all three phases are the same: Hatch the eggs, feed the worms, wait for the worms to form into cocoons, harvest the silk, and reel the silk. This proves commercialization capability. If all 3 phases are complete, we should see .25 IMO. This needs to happen before a deal is stuck to commercialize in a foreign country.
3. Big Red(TM) gets tested. Easily a .10 boost in share price.
4. SSM (with whom KBLB signed an MOU with) tests their silk for military applications. My guess is that this is where the silk from the pilot program is going. They could even be the ones reeling the silk. +.25 - .50
5. A new silk is announced. +.15 - .30
6. A partnership with a clothing or apparel company. +.50 -1.00
All IMO of course.
The risk/reward is inciting. I don't know if I would buy at these levels at this point. Full disclosure: I am averaged at .0004 w/ 500k shares.
The fact they are attending the ISHRA event today in Vegas.
The Otto Venture Capital relationship is concerning. The fact they have the same address is even more concerning.
And that added to Ron Tate's gym in Santa Monica being shut down for not paying their bills. He does own 12 gyms though, so maybe the one in California was mismanaged by someone else. It sounds like it was newly acquired. According to bloomberg, he is also a member of Westlake Capital Partners, LLC and West Coast Athletic Group, LLC
If he does own so many gyms, why doesn't he put the Kiosks in them?
To add to my post, Ron Tate has absolutely no public company experience. Huge risk. Working with someone like Kate should help them focus and structure the business.
This is some of Otto Capital's experience:
http://www.ottocapital.com/bam.html
If she can get all of that together for KLDO, I will be pleased.
You make some very valid points. It is impossible to deny that this is a very high risk stock to be in.
Hopefully Kate's venture capital experience can bring some value to KLDO. Does anyone know if Otto Capital affiliated with KLDO besides through Kate?
Nice movement today. We're getting close!
The good with it being absorbed by the human body is that it allows faster healing. Spider Silk is not attacked by the human immune system allowing the implant to take.
I see what you are saying, but AMSilk can only improve on the process if they figure out how to mimic the way silk is spun from the animal itself. Even AMSilk stated:
They probably can. I wouldn't doubt that AMSilk's product has some useful applications. Maybe it can be used as a coating other high performance textiles. At this point it seems super expensive, but that $100k number that everyone is quoting may be outdated.
The niche KBLB has is the ability to customize the flexibility and strength of their fiber by changing some genetic code. The potential just seems greater IMO.
I bought that book about 2 years ago when Henry Wendt was added to the board of advisers. He is definitely in the top of his field.
Your right. Sorry about that
My thoughts. As the CC mentioned, the hatch rate is at 60%. As First Mike pointed out on another board:
It looks like we are all in consensus then.
