unfortunately, it's highly doubtful that we'll see anything close to .0095 this season. Aside from the companies constant dilution, many traders are forced to call their brokers and manually place trades, with restrictions.. So it adds a bit more risk to an already highly volatile environment.
Sheesh, it's a sound theory, but I hope it's not true.. the pps can't go much lower than it is currently..
Anyone have the buy/sell numbers for today?
no, LFBG is still DTC eligible, it's called NSCC Illiquid Requirement I believe..
Scottrade, here I come! :)
Looks like I had it pretty much right on... :) So, that's pretty lame, gonna look into transferring my entire portfolio to another company, I have another stock that went non-DTC on Zecco, but not on others.. Penson, what's the deal with them?
I spoke to customer service at Zecco and as best I understand it, here's the deal..
The National Security Clearing Corporation (NSCC) put some new regulations in place for some clearing firms regarding certain stocks trading under $1.00. Zecco uses Penson Financial Services for their clearing services.
The way trading LFBG will work for the indefinite future.. No more electronic trading is allowed, all trades must be done over the phone and are good for only one day.
IF all of the sell orders made to the Penson Financial Services clearing firm on a single day exceed 25% of the aggregate average trading volume of the stock over the past 20 days, some or all of your shares sold may be repurchased without your consent at a price, not of your choosing.
WHAT THE HELL?? How is this legal?
Hey noquit, wish I could say it was a rumor buddy, but it's a reality with Zecco. I'm on hold now waiting to talk to their customer service, but I just tried again and it's still rejecting the trade.
When I tried to resubmit the sell order, It was rejected with this error "All trading on this stock is halted."
Looks like we're at 220 million in volume.. so there's certainly SOME trading happening..
Anyone else experiencing this and any thoughts as to why this is occurring?
Really sucky..
unless the company you trade with prevents transactions on LFBG.. like mine seems to be..
I can't believe we've done 200mil in volume and the board is like a ghost town. not to mention bid/ask are going down..
Zecco cancelled my Sell Order I had in for LFBG today, it was set to .01, just in case I was occupied and we had a monster run.
They stated in the email..
"Transactions for certain securities may trigger the NSCC Illiquid Requirement. As a result, one or more of your orders has been canceled.
Not cool. Any thoughts?
Ugh.. this is troublesome..
Common Shares outstanding June 2011 - 6,258,713,268, June 2010 2,567,152,201..
That's 3,691,561,067 more shares than last year. Even with the anticipated Christmas surge it's going to be near impossible to reach the PPS we saw last holiday season.
So the companies debt seems to be declining, but is that because it's shifted from them paying for it to us, the shareholders paying for it (through the increased outstanding shares being bought up?)
Pretty quiet today.. calm before the storm? :)
Looks Like we've been upgraded from a "Buy" to a "Strong Buy."
you chasing it or keeping your .0005 & .0006's?
Fair enough. :)
just helping you out my friend :) Don't want to go around looking foolish calling it an atm machine when it's really an atm :)
87mil volume in the first 25 minutes, that's pretty intense.
Anyone post up the buys vs sales today?
Looks like you fellas carry a big stick! Thanks for hopping on board.
Timber...
The deal with Bibby Financial is not an export services deal, Bibby Financial has a US branch located in Illinois. The link you put up was for the for the European Branch, including the broken link (which by the way, has been fixed).
You posted up

There's also

Also, your statement
Well that IS exciting. Now neither INOL nor InoHealth sees a dime from InoHealth's products. Now it ALL goes to Bibby. WHAT a deal!!!!
from post #11573, is pretty ridiculous.
I think the fact that Bibby has a global presence and they've partnered with INOL is an encouraging sign.
Yes, the button is broken, but the destination url where the button takes you is the same.
Looks like their web developer left off a couple of .aspx's on some buttons. The page is valid though..

The lack of volume is a bit concerning, either everyone's holding or folks are moving on.
what is your email address?
what is your email address?
yeah, isn't that ridiculous? They recently increase their trading fees on pennys to $6.95 per, instead of the $4.95 they advertise. Moving on is a good idea and I think I'll check out Scottrade.
Even better..
"We understand the frustration you must be feeling and we do apologize. No one likes to be the subject of a business practice change, but unfortunately we have very little control over this facet of the business model.
At this time, our clearing agent, Penson Financial Services, Inc., (and most other brokerage firms) have stopped clearing trades for these securities through their standard settlement process as the costs of manually settling have increased substantially."
Must be.. see below for response from their customer service.
"The security you were attempting to trade is ineligible for electronic transfer through DTC. We have rejected your open order because we want to ensure you are fully aware of the fees associated with settling trades by way of physical delivery. However, the fees associated with such a transaction are estimated to range from $200 - $700 per trade along with any transfer agent fees. These fees do not financially benefit Zecco Trading; they are strictly pass-through fees for the cost of settlement. Unfortunately, our clearing firm will no longer absorb these fees, but the security can be traded over the phone."
Can you believe that?
I'm still having an issue putting a Sell Order in for this, Zecco said it's something to do with an electronic transfer certificate that's expired.. Has anyone else encountered this issue? TIA
I'm sure they will. :) Good luck to you all.
I'm getting out of this stock, we're heading back down..
What the hell was that? just dipped down to .002 and right back up..
I don't know about that, there's been a lot of churning in the low-mid 3's, watching the L2, it looks like a few MM's are backing off to give it some room to fly. Well, NITE is doing his usual piranha tactics.

I'm pretty certain the reason they're going through GCP is their already established customer base.
Rather than spend the time, effort and money to build the relationships themselves, they can go through GCP and most likely through a revenue share model, gain access to the thousands of existing clients they already have.
They ship the product to GCP and then share the distribution costs with them as they export them to their customers. It's a good plan imo. With the ridiculous markup on pharms, there's plenty of profit to go around.
looks like the 2nd run is starting.
This is behaving almost exactly like it did on 5/23, should be a great PH.
Great post and so true. Most of us don't care about what the company is doing, if it's a PR that catches fire, that's all you need to make an easy 100-300%.
