Wrong board Dude.
Here we go by the OS, which is only 2 Billion.
Thus a strong run is well within the realm of possibility.
The $250,000 question (which is about what 70 million shares of SAVI would currently cost) is WHY would IDGC spend it on a company few have heard of, that is millions of dollars in debt, has 6 Billion O/S, and never made a profit?
Where did they get the cash, and with all the possible investments in the world WHY SAVI?
You didn't have to post the contents of the Intro Box. Most people just scroll up.
It would be nice to know what the back door price was.
To quote Ed McMahon on Johnny Carson: "You are CORRECT, Sir!"
They say they bought 70 million shares- smart company.
But there are posters on this board with more than that.
As far as SS, 2014 Financials came out a couple of days ago. Your answer is right there.
Exactly. It's just standard boiler plate text.
Sometimes the noobs will see it and get all excited.
It's like a snipe hunt- rookies gotta go through the initiation before they're eligible to join the club.
You forget I live in the land of the high roller Dude.
No risk- no reward
Your 10 million buy out of 6 Billion outstanding is the equivalent of buying about 3 shares of Google.
Frankly I'm a little disappointed you're not stepping up to the plate on this one.
We'll talk when you get 100 million.
The 8K today has LESS THAN ZERO to do with the stop sign.
You're exactly right.
Until SAVI is fully reporting and the yield sign is gone, any big announcement would be a waste of time, as the quality investors that will propel this to the next level would not respond.
The standard disclaimer " that past performance is no guarantee of future results" will come into play, as seasoned investors will have no issue with SAVI's past as long as they are current with verified cash flow.
The fact that the 2013 and 2014 financials were so bad is immaterial. Serge could've taken the money and run long ago. He is bringing SAVI current because he knows what is coming.
Like the man said- "follow the money".
(I feel it wafting across the Pacific on cool ocean breezes LOL)
Not to be picky or anything, but the quote came from the 2014 Annual Report Link:
www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=SVMI&id=135801
Like you say - "try to stay afloat" LOL
Hmmm- so the foreign deals are kaput and the company is selling shares.
That is certainly earth-shattering news.
So much so that outraged shareholders have responded by trading less than 1/2 million shares out of a possible 6 BILLION.
Much as I enjoy your Cliff Notes rendition of SAVI financials, let me save you some time. All you need to know is what is written in the first 2 paragraphs of page 65:
"...management does not believe that the Company has sufficient capital to sustain its operations without raising additional capital. We presently do not have sufficient guaranteed available credit, bank financing or other external sources of liquidity."
It is what it is.
It's essentially what everybody who follows this stock expected.
Had there been major 2014 revenues you would have seen it reflected in the stock price long ago.
Sorry you didn't get the memo.
Thanks for the update.
You're right- it is time to buy $$$GRDO
Thanks, I always value your opinion.
I agree, NOW is the time to buy.
Like the document states:
"The Company is completing its 2013 audit and will file its 2014 Annual report upon its completion or the extended deadline."
Financials will be out this month. "Insiders" loaded up long ago.
Agreed. Everybody knows if no volume NO scam.
Bra ha ha ha ha haaaaaa
C'mon- you said GRDO was the most idiotic scam in history. So which is it?
Maybe HOGE could be moronic or maybe even a little autistic.
But "idiotic"?
Save that for GRDO.
THE SITE:
www.mgdieneng.com/
Yes, it is in Chinese, so thank goodness for Google Translate. I found the “Products” tab particularly interesting, as it shows SAVI product sales material in Chinese ready to go.
There should be enough on this site to talk about for some time. The snowball is starting to roll, gents, and it appears we are in for one helluva ride!
CHINA UPDATE!
Not to be critical of my esteemed fellow posters, but while most of you boys have been content to sit around playing pocket pool hoping SAVI will drop some crumbs of information, I operate under this premise:
If there really IS a China deal, then somewhere on the Internet will be corroborating information- beyond just the SAVI PR’s, which obviously carry zero credibility in the investing community.
It is out there, and after much digging, the methods of which I am not allowed to reveal- (and yes, I will allow you to buy me a drink at the Bootlegger in Vegas when this is all said and done.)
I have discovered… (drumroll please)
THE SITE (see next post)
Yeah- and why can't SAVI get somebody like the Car Coach to make YouTube videos, and then get a Star Trek actor as a spokesman, and then get interviews in the Orange County Register and then show the Dynovalve at the SEMA show in Vegas and then, and then and then...
Like the "Little Rascals" SAVI could put on a play and make some money!
Yeah- and then go to a Rabbi and get Kosher certified, cause like you said, the Dynovalve is not Kosher.
Yeah- that's the ticket!
Let's all grab a plane ASAP to Cali and present all these great ideas to Serge!
We'll be rolling in the dough big time!
Because "Washington" (ie Congress) has shown ZERO interest in any sort of environmentally friendly legislation.
It's all about grab the money now and let the kids face the consequences later.
You'll have more success pitching a pack of baboons in Africa.
I know. That's why I keep buying at .0001 and selling at .0003. It's not much but it's a living.
And it lets me say "Bwa Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha" all I want.
I agree, a GRDO is a tasty ticker indeed. I particularly enjoy it with a nice Chianti and some fava beans.
BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
Always funny how the "all hat, no cattle" talk starts flowing late in the evening (along with other substances). We can all come up with the examples of Billy Bob Teeth & Pet Rocks- and a million failures for every success.
(Now who was that tiny company who poured millions into Betamax and could never make a go of it? LOL)
If an "ad in a trade publication" was all it took, every Avon lady would be a millionaire. That was a good one.
I'm sure many on this board had amazing, money-making ideas, that if only implemented by Serge, would have have made us all rich by now. I'm also positive none of those folks were named Mark Cuban or Warren Buffett.
Face it, if any on this board were brilliant at inventing a product and starting a multi-million dollar company from scratch they'd have a lot better things to do with their time than posting here about a half penny stock.
So we wait. Some wait quietly. Some can't let go of the past.
"You think this company couldn't have been run better over the last several years???"
Insert any company name on the planet and the the answer is yes.
For example, General Motors It was a cover up.Somehow they still sell cars and stock price is in the high 30's. (dollars)
That question is the equivalent of asking any human being "Couldn't you have lived your life making only great decisions and never a wrong one?"
SAVI didn't have to tell us they were going to China to set up an office and solidify the deal. The fact that they did indicates they're confident of a positive outcome.
Always amuses me how some righteous posters try to judge SAVI by standards they themselves could never live up to.
I assume you own a phone. This number is toll free and someone will answer.
Toll free: (877) 611-SAVI
50% gain. BWA HA HA HA backatcha
Wrong board Dude, but thanks for the kind words.
We can only hope the lawn guy doesn't start selling his shares. Not to mention the car wash guy and the a/c repairman.
Or you could just invent something as cool as the Dynovalve and get a deal on Shark Tank.
For sure. The buying signal was when GRDO changed from a "stupid scam" to a "moronic scam".
Piece of cake.
I like the fact that we are receiving some sort of update almost every day now. A foundation of hard facts is being laid so that in the near future (financials done, revenue stream established) potential buyers doing their DD will easily find ample evidence that this is a solid company with a world-changing product.
Once SAVI has that credibility as a known entity, the heavy hitters will weigh in and we will start to see the nickel, dime, and more per share that we all want to see.
In the meantime, if the guy who cleans Serge’s pool wants to sell off a few million of his free shares to remodel the bathroom his wife’s been pushing for- well more power to him.
Like The Herb said earlier today: “It’s all about timing.”
Ok I'm confused- GRDO was a STUPID scam, but now it's IDIOTIC?
What's next, MORONIC? Mnemonic? Idiosyncratic?
How can one stock be so many amazing things at once?
Because I'm feeling particularly magnanimous today, I'll share a little tidbit from Stocks 101 that may help you in your future endeavors.
ALL of the serious high-powered stock gurus spend their days searching for undervalued, fully reporting companies with a well-established income stream.
Their time is far too valuable to ever post on a board discussing a sub-penny pink stock.
As delightful as your repartee has been during your brief time on the board, just the fact that you are here speaks far louder than your actual words.
And thanks for your applause- I see it having an effect on the SAVI share price already LOL
