So this is trips....
What a surprise. I am sure it will turn around just as soon as PURA finishes building that state-of-the-art research facility for PAOG. Heard all they need to get started is for PAOG to pay the divy. LOL!
What a team!
Or should I say joke, or maybe scam?
Symbol Last Price
ALKM 0.0007
PURA 0.0053
KALY 0.0000
USMJ 0.0004
NOUV 0.0004
PAOG 0.0010
I don't think it will go anywhere....
First, they are shielded by the Safe Harbors Act, forward looking statements and all that rot. Plus, you are wrong about the product releases.
They opened a couple of clinics in OH and FL P&D'd them before trading the clinics to RBII in exchange for "The Boy Wonder". Karl and the Klowns, in turn, did some marketing of Cannophen at cannabis festivals before they (like the product) vanished. DiPrima had two (or three) products up on the USMJ website for a couple of weeks before they too vanished.
The problem is I dont think you are giving these guys enough credit. They are professionals, and they've been running this scam for years. They know what they have to do to keep it afloat without crossing the line. JMHO
And it's been that way for years...
If you look at Di Prima's history, PAOG is just the tip of the iceberg. Multiple companies over time. The guy's "ceo" of so many companies it's hard to see how he has the time. JMHO
Wow! Did you see today's PR....
PURA and PAOG are going to launch a new line. Guess the old "Rx" line isnt selling like hotcakes. Of course, neither did Cannophen or the "certifcation clinics" or anything else Di Prima has been involved in.
BTW where's the divy and what about the "Research Facility" PURA was going to build for PAOG. Wasn't that supposed to be completed last December?
Yep, just keeps getting better and better. Doesnt it?
Anyone notice If you look closely....
you can see trips from here.
jmho
Best thing about this PR is it's.....
all about PURA. Notice they dont even mention PAOG anymore, nor does it note any ownership interest in PAOG or mention the divy.
This PR is really good because it's...
not the same ol' PAOG bs; this time PURA bs! (btw, there's a pun there)
Remember, the $18 billion target is something PURA dreamed up. Personally, if I was a PURA bag holder, I much rather mgt work on getting me my fn divy from PAOG than wasting time "targeting global markets" and concocting pie in the sky estimates of the size of those markets.
PURA & PAOG a marriage made in the boiler rooms of the OTC.
Exactly.
A congressmen from Maine introduced...
a bill that was referred to the agricultural committee. I can hardly control my excitement. I wonder how long it will take for ALKM, PAOG, USMJ, and UCASU to release the same PR over and over and over again saying nothing about something they have no input in or control over, but it sounds good. Shame they didn't have anything to say about the divy. JMHO
Oh, they have products alright. USMJ has....
morphed into an online CBD shop and there are three PAOG CBD products among those they are hawking. Of course, everyone and their f'n dog offers the same type of CBD products in the same dosages. So differentiating themselves in the marketplace should be a challenge.
PAOG is trying to do this by hawking their super secret patented extraction process, but I don't think that's gonna do it. Just look at the reaction these blockbuster products have generated in both in the market and among PAOG shareholders. They've had these for sale on the USMJ site for awhile now and not one of the products has generated a review of any kind.
BTW here's the link you are looking for....

Try not to laugh too hard.
Still we can see trips from here...
PURA still hasn't gotten their divy and we've heard all this bs all before.
Deleted double post
Guess I'm in the minority. I don't...
think it was such a bad choice. Much better than some of these companies whose name seems to have been derived using the letters they drew in a scrabble game, e.g. Eloqua, Citrix,TJX, TIAA
Oh, the wagon. Classic. lol.
Bet you didnt know he has a little movie...
of the antique car driving off with our money.
To hear him tell it, it is a movie about the "launch" of his company "High End Products" at the High Times Cup in Detroit. To PAOG shareholders it's a bitter reminder of how he used their company, it's products, reputation and resources to launch his pos company... JMHO

I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT REVENUES...
I only spoke about technology and productivity. Maybe you should try reading what's written rather than what you wish was written.
There is a saying in the insurance racket...
goes something like this. To succeed in the insurance industry be sure to: 1) Get the premiums up front; 2) Be slow to pay claims; and 3) subtly bad mouth the competition. Don't dismiss #3. JMHO
"I believe all investors should welcome discussion."
Good, because while I find your comments interesting, I also find them perhaps a bit myopic. You seem focused exclusively on shrimp production, but there's more to it.
Hanilu Farms contracted to use SHMP technologies to "improve productivity" in September 2019. Two years later they are still using the technology. One would think if the technology didn't "improve productivity" in the Barramundi market, they would have pitched it by now. It's also clear, the shrimpers can raise shrimp using their technology. How much and at what size is open to debate. But at this point, it is clear they hold the patent on a marketable technology that has demonstrated its utility in two aquaculture environments.
At $0.35, the value here may lie more in the patent than the shrimp but you can play it either way.
JMHO
Even if you are correct, there's a...
fairly large degree of ambiguity in your assessment. First, I dont know what you mean by "high density". So, why not start by defining what you mean by "high density" then go find out what "density" they are using in their grow ops? What alternative densities, if any, they have investigated and how those played out. Do they have any empirical data related to density and survival? If so, have they used that data to adjust their tank densities? What is the min/max between density and survival rates and how does theirs compare? How did they come up with the density they are stocking at? What led them to adopt that density over another? You seem to want us to believe they stocked based solely on "income per gallon" with no concern for density, but "income per gallon" implies a variability parameter in assessing what kind of income you would get per gallon taking differences in survival for different densities into account. Overall, your analysis seems a bit superficial. JMHO
Now this is progress....

Happy New Year Everyone!
I thought Cannophen was "The Cure"...
at least that's the line of bs they fed the last batch of bag holders.
Because it's December 23 and there...
are only nine days until we start the new year and the "January Effect" kicks. For those looking to buy doing so at the end of tax selling season and before the effect kicks in, while playing "chicken little" may appear a reasonable strategy. Whether the strategy "works" is debatable. JMHO
Good guess.
My point was this company's past...
sordid as it may be, is only relevant to those to whom the past is relevant. You cant hide the company's past by changing its name. It is was it is. It's a lot like your post. 80% is totally irrelevant to me, but all of it appears critically relevant to you. Ergo, relevance is relative.
BTW...
Relevance is relative...
It's what you make of it. In this particular case, I side with those who think it's not the least bit relevant. Your opinion may differ. I do know changing the company's name, logo or web presence doesnt avoid the issue. Our past is our history. It will appear in our SEC filings, secondary offerings and it wont disappear from the net. So, assuming you are correct, what is your solution? What would you change and how would that eliminate this problem?
You should listen again. The response....
has nothing to do with the commercial viability of the system. It has to deal with the political process involved in the FL grant application. It was triggered by a shareholder's general question, "How's it going in FL?".
Gerald responds, "It's going great. We are moving through the political process. We're probably, putting a percentage on it, I'd say we are 80% of the way there; but who knows if we can close this deal or not".
BTW the relevant section begins at 2:37 and through 2:58.
PURA is either a scam or it's run by the...
dumbest people on the planet. According to the PR, "Now the company (PAOG) will acquire a license to the patent itself from PURA." But PAOG never paid PURA the 1:1 divy. So now PURA mgt is going to sell them a license for their patent? WTF? PAOG must have promised them a 2:1 divy, maybe 3:1, this time. Why not? PURA will never see it anyway.
Yeah well, I wouldnt count on it....
Merlin. It's just not in the stars. ;o)
NO SHRIMP SOLD! Ok, NO SEC FILING....
SHOWING SHRIMP SOLD...NO WAIT, NO RECEIPT SHOWING SHRIMP SOLD...I DONT SEE ANY SHRIMP SOLD AT THE MARKET I SHOP... Blah blah blah...Give it up.
That's a matter of opinion...
You might ask the PURA shareholders what they think. They are still waiting for their 1:1 divy from these guys. You might ask the company what happened to their last miracle marijuana cure "Cannophen". You could ask DiPrima how his other venture RBII is doing now that the feds are involved...
FWIW my personal opinion SCAM! RUN!
That makes two of us.
"bioidentical synthetic CBD"....
Oh brother, I'm sure the industry will beat a path to their door for this one. I can see the ads now, "It's not cannabis and it's not hemp; it's just a little something we cooked up in the lab. Can't tell the difference. Try it, it's healthier."
LOL!
Ok, but PURA minds want to know....
WHERE'S OUR Fn DIVY?
Try this one.....
Company Info PAO Group Inc.

Pretty snazzy, huh?

Good Luck
All good points, well taken...
However, I dont think you can rule out the possibility that by "The group owns the SMART-FREEZE technology..." It could mean they "own" in the sense that they have "purchased". If that's the case, they may simply mean they have taken existing technology and "developed" it further.
FWIW the term "Smart Freeze Tehnology"...
is used to describe a process for preservation of foods, vegetables, and agricultural produce.
I read the report. To quote the authors...
“We are unable to confirm the full ingredients of the CBD oil that the patient was taking or to provide information on which of the ingredient(s) may be contributing to the observed tumour regression...”. Additionally, the authors caution, This is a single one case study with only one other similar case ever being reported.
They might also have noted, while the study reports using CBD oil, it does not 1) indicate how the oil was administered (orally, inhaled smoke, inhaled vapor, rectally, etc); 2) define what they mean by "oil"; was it a tincture or RSO based oil; 3) define how the oil was extracted from the original flower; or 4) what particular type and strain of cannabis was used; was it indica, sativa, hybrid; was it AK47, Maui Wowi, Cannatonic....?
