Relevance is relative...

It's what you make of it. In this particular case, I side with those who think it's not the least bit relevant. Your opinion may differ. I do know changing the company's name, logo or web presence doesnt avoid the issue. Our past is our history. It will appear in our SEC filings, secondary offerings and it wont disappear from the net. So, assuming you are correct, what is your solution? What would you change and how would that eliminate this problem?
