What most folks don't realize is......both of those principals.....aren't that hard to find....and from my conversations with them....are both straight shooters...with a good reputation...

Yes, they were trying to get funding from InRefCo....yes, Jason was the funder....and if you do some serious DD on the owner...you will find that there was a lot...and I mean a lot of false info he provided to the funders...trying to pull a scam on a real funder...

Look where they are trading (if you can call the greys trading) today....its DOA...on the greys...never coming back to life....finished...kaput...done..over...

This is just but 1 of the reasons I became a long term INVESTOR into GESI.....for the impact GESI CAN have on the environment....and isn't that 1 of the things any Father or Mother would want to help provide for the children and grand children....a cleaner plant??

Not to mention the amount of money that government around the world are THROWING at companies that can help in removing the old footprint we have left behind for a few hundred years with fossil fuels. Carbon credits is a multi BILLION dollar revenue stream yearly!!

Not to even mention the providing of electricity ....which my bill tells me year after year after year...that rates increase....seems like a good company to invest in since all the feedstock really doesn't have a cost to provide...no digging...no land stripping...no scars left on this earth from gathering discarded and obsolete rail ties...assembling them in 1 location...and chipping and burning the crap out of them....to do what GESI has set out to do from day 1...

Just from the research I have done.....the local builders and contractors I have spoken with...the permitting offices I have spoken with.......just Stateside........then in Canada....I myself have come to this conclusion....

There is ALOT INVOLVED in a project like this.....and I mean a lot.....just in logistic and logistic "possibilities"...I got so confused I said to myself....."Shoals...it would be in your best interest to hire a professional in this field who has about 10,000% more knowledge...expertise...and experience in this than you .....and have them identify any steps needed..or obstacles you will need to overcome...or any of a dozen other things you don't have a clue about........

and don't even get started as a layman trying to decipher county....state...province...government guidelines...regulations....yada yada....anyone who isn't a professional in that doesn't stand much of a chance understanding all the info there......

so....

Enter ISL....that's the professionals hired for this task....seems their local folks....and have been doing this successfully for quite sometime ... and imo local folks have a better working relationship with the powers that be ....seems smart business to me to hire ISL....

Its obvious to me that a building permit is needed to build a facility at the On Track Draugh Yard complex.....

Its obvious a power purchase agreement is needed to be able to legally and contractually be able to sell waste to energy electricity into the Canadian power grids...

Its obvious that funding then needs to be made and pre building and testing need to commence....ground prep needs to commence....


My personal opinion is....with the time that has passed since the announcement of ISL being hired...til this moment in time.....should have been enough time for Gordon to get some info back .....now when he shares that info with shareholders is up to him...that would be his call imo....

But...if anyone has information about any of this outside the basic DD I have done ...that can provide facts to support their statements....whether GOOD or BAD....I think they should always provide that info for any Investor or trader to be able to make a more educated decision in this market.....

With that info being made available on MULTIPLE occasions.....comprehension should be acute...no matter the education level....

Next step in the process is permitting approved.....quality DD there would make anyone aware of the criteria needed for this...and the options available....

Once permitting is approved...then the next step is a power purchase agreement....that's easily found also....lol

Let me go even further so we don't cross the bridge again in the future....

AFTER PERMITTING APPROVAL...AND THE POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT ARE SECURELY IN PLACE.....then we move on to making a first payment to the technology provider that has been PR'd also....IET....so they can start pre building the facility for testing..EPA approval...and commissioning for use....

THEN....it will be disassembled...and transported to Alberta for construction on the site at On Track facility there...were the land was DONATED for this waste to energy project .....

THEN...free feedstock..(creosote rail ties) that are discarded and obsolete....laying beside the rail road tracks...are picked up..brought to the facility...dried...chipped...and run through a gasification process to turn waste material into electricity that GESI will sell into the Canadian power grid for use within the outlying communities.....(hence the power purchase agreement I spoke of earlier)....

THEN....revenues will take effect.....and the pps valuation of a 50M$...PLUS facility will reflect a pps valuation somewhere between .30 to .45 before any incentives...or carbon credits are reaped from this venture....

NOW...I'll even go 1 step further for those who haven't done their own quality DD.....

THE INCENTIVES AND CARBON CREDITS AVAILABLE AT THIS POINT IN TIME...AFTER ALL THE ABOVE IS COMPLETED.....OUTWEIGHT THE REVENUES THE FACILITY CAN PRODUCE....FOR A CLEANER MORE LIVABLE PLANET.....

and frankly to me....I could care less if GESI makes a MINT producing electricity...which we all know is coming....just check your own personal electricity bill for verification...and multiply that by 200/300/400 THOUSAND homes and businesses who will benefit from this facility.....but the credits and incentives alone will make INVESTORS WEALTHY.... before any realized profits occur from this waste to energy facility is completed.....

This error is made far to often by impatient traders in this OTC venue..... its a venue that seems to entice traders with immediate "moon shots" from those involved...

Rarely does a company provide a process and stick to that process and plan, while keeping investors and traders informed of the steps along the way....that's a refreshing change from what most see 99% of the time in this venue....

I do MY OWN DD.....and I see if the info the company provides meets my DD....not look for "what I want to hear based on my impatient timeline" as most do....when they do not get the news the way they wanted it...then the negativity shows.....along with the impatience...and everyone wants something a lil different in everything...lol

Building a multi million dollar waste to energy facility isn't an easy thing to do, or everyone would be doing it.....its a time consuming patience testing struggle...with good days and not so good days along the way.....whats important for investors to realize is does the company meet your DD and expectations of building this facility...knowing its not going to be an overnite process...and delays and obstacles are going to arise....its how you handle them that seperates the WINNERS from the LOSERS....
