Just from the research I have done.....the local builders and contractors I have spoken with...the permitting offices I have spoken with.......just Stateside........then in Canada....I myself have come to this conclusion....

There is ALOT INVOLVED in a project like this.....and I mean a lot.....just in logistic and logistic "possibilities"...I got so confused I said to myself....."Shoals...it would be in your best interest to hire a professional in this field who has about 10,000% more knowledge...expertise...and experience in this than you .....and have them identify any steps needed..or obstacles you will need to overcome...or any of a dozen other things you don't have a clue about........

and don't even get started as a layman trying to decipher county....state...province...government guidelines...regulations....yada yada....anyone who isn't a professional in that doesn't stand much of a chance understanding all the info there......

so....

Enter ISL....that's the professionals hired for this task....seems their local folks....and have been doing this successfully for quite sometime ... and imo local folks have a better working relationship with the powers that be ....seems smart business to me to hire ISL....

Its obvious to me that a building permit is needed to build a facility at the On Track Draugh Yard complex.....

Its obvious a power purchase agreement is needed to be able to legally and contractually be able to sell waste to energy electricity into the Canadian power grids...

Its obvious that funding then needs to be made and pre building and testing need to commence....ground prep needs to commence....


My personal opinion is....with the time that has passed since the announcement of ISL being hired...til this moment in time.....should have been enough time for Gordon to get some info back .....now when he shares that info with shareholders is up to him...that would be his call imo....

But...if anyone has information about any of this outside the basic DD I have done ...that can provide facts to support their statements....whether GOOD or BAD....I think they should always provide that info for any Investor or trader to be able to make a more educated decision in this market.....

But...what do I know....I'm just a good ole country fella from the Shoals.....and betting my money that Gordon builds a waste to energy facility just like the business plans forecasted.....the timeline may not be what "others" want...but it is what it is......til it is...or isn't.....lol
