Sure looks to me like On Track is preparing for what we all see as "inevitable".....building a waste to energy facility using free feedstock from old, discarded obsolete creosote rail ties....

Permitting is the next step....folks just need to hold their horses.....take advantage of the green lite specials...(lol)....accumulate.....and be in position when city and county officials give us the green lite (lol)....to get on with the building of this facility....

Time is drawing nearer imo....
