What is the status of cmkx? I have a cert for 2m shares and 38k of "dividen" shares. I submited my paperwork as a "bonafied" share holder years ago and am still waiting to here something. are there any contacts I can cal to find out the status of my claim? thanks

WOW up %25 on big volume. things are looking up. no posts for a while so i thought i would see if this is working

I would rather hear something even if it is fluff on a regular basis than month after month of nothing. this silence gives the investor the impression that nothing is going on.throw us a bone every couple weeks to let us know the company is still in buisness. I dont care if all it says is " we are sitting around waiting for the lawers and accountants to do something" at least i would know they are doing "something". this could be easily done on thier website. mayby a live webcam of the New York office so we can see people. even if they are just playing solitair on their computers.

I have had 2 open orders at TDA for 250k @.0015 for at least that long. a few weeks ago trades were going on both sides of .0015 and my oders would not execute . I put up some at market to see what would happen and it did go @.001

I contacted Ed via email with my phone # and I got a call back in 30 min. In my email I begged them to put out a pr before trading begins again. He was very nice and basicly told me every little thing has to go passed the lawers. which I had thought but hearing it from some one in the company made me feel better about the future. I asked if the SEC told them all of the problems he said yes. I did not ask what they were as I was sure he could not tell me. the pps will probibly drop on mon but I am not chasing it down . I will now hold on for a while longer.

THE ANSWER IS HAM… if Berlin/ Ellicotteville were a ham processing plants rather than power plants no one would object. All they have to do is say they are smoking meats and the power produced is a by-product of the smoking process. Who doesn’t like ham or bacon? They can even make a “Laidlaw Kosher ham” from turkey and beef. I would love to live in a town that smelled like smoked bacon.

Because most electricity is not generated from oil, the only impact i see from high oil prices would be if it was cheaper to heat a home with electricity than home heating oil. unfortunatly for that to happen I think home heating oil would need to be around $5- $6 a gallon.

I live probibly 30 miles away and I wonder how much solar power they can make. It is not what I would call very sunny here, not like the southwest. now wind power is a different story.

my worry is it becomes another Ellicottville where the weeks turn into months/years before a decision is made.

cmkx question for board. I had a couple million share when this stopped trading. At the time I had filled out some form and faxed in a copy of my certificates so that "bona fied" share holders would get something.What ever happened to that ? and question 2 I had recieved a dividen of 38000 shares of CASAVANT INTL MINING CORP RESTRICTED SHARES . It has been in my account with no value for years. is something going to happen with this stock?

I hope you are correct. In the case ocmkx I had 3m+ shares. the ceo was very visable and was spending share holder's money in vegas and sponcering race cars. then one day the stock was just not trading. shareholders were told to file forms with copys of there stock certificates to get part of what was left.which i did, 4 years ago still havent heard anything.I suppose my point is that you just never know.frequent shareholder updates would remove alot of the speculation that imo is letting the pps to walk down. at least i can puchace a model of the race car( to go along with my worthless shares) my cmkx shares bought https://www.motorsports-collectibles.com/product_info.php?products_id=148

what if he sold our intrest for a dollar to "newco" which i will presume he is the ceo. and lleg has nothing to do with newco. he gets our money and a consulting job.then spends it all or hides it, or invests it in long shot projects. owes us nothing. sure it will be tied up in court for years. but I have seen this happen with 2 other pinks i have owned in the past. qbid and cmkx ..I sure as hell hope this is different and i am wrong.We need a statment detailing the ownership as well as a mission statment.
