Not to mention the revenue model had two additional milestones to achieve those goals.
1) 5,000 rooms to gain economies of scale to engage ad aggregator
2) With or without new NOC
Still have a ways to go on both fronts.
If only Tivus can get the same financial backing that SIRI did in spring 09, that would be huge but they don't have lock on market, nor talent of Stern, like SIRI did.
D
No worries, just prefer to keep it real.
GLTU
Irish, yes, we've seen it all here in TIVUland.
I agree that Tivus still has a chance to succeed.
GLTU
D
Did I say TIVU would exceed expectations?
No, I said it has a chance.
It is all a matter of perspective. Been here before the run to .22 so I'm sure my expectations are different than yours.
GLTU
You're right, it will work itself out one way or another.
Don't be a deer, it could be hazardous to your health.
D
I guess our questions haven't changed over the years. LOL
Good to see you Irish.
D
There are two parts to this equation:
- TIVU the stock, rock, rattle and position
- Tivus the company, open and honest with fundamental progress.
I prefer the latter, but understand the former.
I said last spring that TIVU had become a trading stock.
That, is why I consider it weak. Of course, it is all coming from third/fourth party sources but it is so typical of the verbal gaffes by SP, what happened to open and honest communication?
GLTU too, Bow Wow
Exactly, so why does SP feel the need to explain dilution in this fashion. Weak.
Okay, but why use that as an excuse or explanation of dilution? Sign of weakness, IMHO.
Absolutely right, Pinkies, so who really knows. This we agree on.
I also believe, Tivus has a chance.
Bow Wow
Thank you, I look forward to your verification.
Bow Wow
jpr, you bring up a fair question, which is all I am pointing out.
SP has to know when someone is converting note to shares. Thus, he knows when dilution occurs.
SP doesn't have control over when one chooses to sell.
Which should leave one to question this statement.
Okay, that makes more sense.
As have many but you are skirting the question about note conversions.
Congrats, many here have and many haven't. This is your basis for DD and the process of note conversions?
You need to take your own advice. LOL
Who do you think has to transact the conversion? Someone's got to turn on the printing press.
Of course they can, and apparently so can SP. Very weak explanation of why the dilution.
IMHO
Let's see, we have
- insiders saying no dilution,
- lower float,
- only to discover they have both gone higher.
- insider persuading SP to do radio interview,
- build up, just to come down harder,
- no sustainable benefit less than a week later but a real cost.
- insider feeds through MB an explanation for dilution,
- justified as old timer and Shiva didn't know,
- who's the boss?
- insider says that Shiva is working on PR's,
- I am sure he is, he always has,
- why do we need an announcement of pending PR's?
The knife may have fallen but there is plenty to still be cautious of. Of course, unless one is in for the quick flip.
No need to bark around here, plenty who do that.
No doubt, the MO hasn't changed much. SP recaptures the cost of his PR's through the dilutive process.
How can Shiva not know? Is this his way of addressing the dilution?
If it was a noteholder who already converted, Shiva has no right to tell them how to trade and the converted shares would already be accounted for in the SS.
If it is a noteholder who converted just recently and dumped, then Shiva would been the one to approve it.
There is no way for the noteholder to convert on his own without going through the company.
So what the he!! does this mean?
All the talk about a decreasing float, yeah right. The float now exceeds the previous OS.
When Shiva talks, people listen . . . and sell!!!
Yep, and ETMM is going to reload at 7-8
More trouble when they release news,
R3, wishful thinking on all our parts but ... doubtful. On the other hand, maybe that is why SP quoted the OS at 1.13-1.14 bil when it was higher at last TA confirmation.
SP, simply needs to pay the TA and not say or do anything until he has the contract in hand. IMHO.
D
UBSS has the big block at 1
Lots of dilution occured in the trip 0's, especially at 3-6, still a double for folks holding those.
Bid support in 4-6 range, looks like that's where sellers are set to reload.
ETMM, been dumping tons yesterday and today, take some Immodium.
So true, credibility is earned or lost in the details. I also believe he misquoted the current OS.
SP pay the TA!
SP said on the interview that the TA should be accessible. Gal at TA told me a month ago that Tivus hadn't paid their bill.
Sutton was/is a snake to begin with. SP, I wanna believe has just made some poor decisions.
Difference, GOIG diluted into the run April 2010 after developing GO800 on anticipated launch of service. OS didn't start in billions in January but it got there by April.
TIVU diluted way before to develop the product and install at no cost and is far more cost intensive. They've made no secret about dilution, since Q4 2010 release.
Etrade showing 495k at 27

E trade not showing hand, needs to back off, nite pulled back
