R3, wishful thinking on all our parts but ... doubtful. On the other hand, maybe that is why SP quoted the OS at 1.13-1.14 bil when it was higher at last TA confirmation.

SP, simply needs to pay the TA and not say or do anything until he has the contract in hand. IMHO.
