Yep!
That's exactly where I sit, but I've only got 200K. That's peanuts; gotta buy more.
No argument here. I'm not negative, I just like to see both sides of the coin. Got a partial fill of 100K yesterday and looking for more today..
ETrade Pro showed the trade at 4:02 p.m. My only issue is that the gap up creates a self fulfilling prophecy to fill the gap. Maybe it will maybe it won't.
Also, ETrade pro
Got my .017s. Happy; for now.
I'm a little more conservative. I'm thinking 17... Don't want to be caught sleeping on a bounce.
Ditto; time to add on retrace
It's not easy being green....finally
I don't read "Contract"... I read, "The Ministry of Agriculture of Colombia has set a goal to plant 5,000 Hectares...". I also read "...public bid for a contract..." And , not for GMS, but for Ingredion, who may or may not get product from GMS and or others. It appears that if Ingredion, the Target of the Contract does get the Contract, then GMS may get an Output Contract from Ingredion. It would not, in most probability, be the single subcontractor, but would be one of many producers for Ingredion. Definitely not for the millions shamelessly projected here.
Everything here is speculation and completion of seven (7) contingencies, not all related to GMS. This is far from a valid "Contract" it is simply a plan. See post by slojab

Silly me. I'll wait for the filings or verified announcements transmitted through trusted sources.
Re: "Call Mr.Klug:
An old reoccurring post of mine:
Stop emailing and calling...
For all you football guys out there. A famous coach was asked why his team didn’t pass more often. He replied, that only 3 things can happen and 2 of them are bad. Similar situation with emailing a CEO for information...Sort of.
1.) CEO spins an abstruse or vague yarn about what could happen if things go well. Useless
2.) CEO is honest and says that s/he can’t tell you anything, but will usually placate by saying things are going as planned. Useless.
3.) CEO gives you critical information which you use.. BAD. Criminal Prosecution to follow.
All you do is piss off, frustrate and annoy an honest CEO and get no usable information.
As for, "and some hope to get shares." I am hoping to dump shares I already own. Don't think I want any more.
"Hope" is actually a negative statement or emotion. Descending order: We will, we should, we probably, we might, we possibly, and ...we hope.
What are the leasing terms?
Things can be done for many reasons, not just to hold tons of product which can also be mistaken for lots of existing sales, including, just for show to bolster Ticker price and/or interest; mistaken "Hope" that things might or could get better. Or, the information is just plain Bogus.
Before we get excited, let's see the warehouse, and more importantly: Lets
see the purchase agreements and/or solid contracts necessitating the warehouse.
I told ya' so, in NovemberI think she is going to be met by Brass Roots. You know; one of those companies that doesn't know how to manufacture an end product without poisoning everyone. The woman is a parasitic governmental breast feeder. Amazing how someone with so many wrinkles, can be so slippery
Anyone else smell a run coming with a humongous dilution dump?
One actual contract trumps her meaningless awards.
That makes no sense at all. Its ass-backwards. She is a (would be) supplier, not a final retailer. It would be Sprouts Farmers Market who would be sending out RFP to various producers looking for companies that could fill their orders.
An RFP (Request for proposal) is a bid request for a proposed project where often a government agency or large enterprise, posts to elicit a response for a formal bid from potential vendors for a desired solution.
Define your project to bidding suppliers (farmers) including your input requirements from bidding farmers
RFP is almost exclusively used by Governments to create transparency in negotiations of Government projects put out to bid.
Looks like little Miss Muffet found a new chapter in her Obfuscation For Idiots manual.
This is just more silliness.
I think one of these days we will just wake up.
I don't think that's going to happen.
Quote from Nestlé. " Nestlé suspended sales in Japan, because it became so popular that Nestlé Japan, couldn't keep up with the demand. Nestlé pulled all Milo product, citing, “... it is better to have no product on the shelf, rather than unreliable intermittent delivery to stores....”
Now take an honest look at GMS ability to guarantee uninterrupted supply to Nestlé.
Quotes taken from latest press releases
“GMS has worked with Nestle from 2020 to 2023 developing a GMSacha Inchi beverage”
Yet no factual information or verification from Nestle ever published during that entire time.
“No other company in the world has been able to develop a beverage made with Sacha Inch”
Can she produce just one verifiable attempt and failure by any company?! . Doubt it.
Probably no other company had any interest in a niche market within the niche market.
The pages and pages of accolades that follow are extremely relevant: They are however only relevant to the success of Nestle's MILO brand reaching the Americas. Nothing more. Where is Nestle's mention of GS?. This is the usual “Me too” coattail promos we have seen for years. Does anyone see any direct evidence in these writings that show Nestle has asked for the sample from GS, or that any GM Nestle product is in the making?!
“The announcement was made at the inauguration of a new company production line for its MILO® brand; a milestone that becomes the first step of the company in its investment plan for 2026. This new production line had an investment of $10 million dollars, which will allow the company to increase its capacity in tons by 40% produced and increase exports of this product by 15%. Note: New production line; not new product line.
"GMS QED Connect $QEDN meet with Nestle on January 17, 2020. During that meeting, Nestle express an interest in a beverage made with Sacha Inchi and pack in Tetrapak. GMS has worked with Nestle from 2020 to 2023.
Tetrapak and GM was viable for years...Where has the interested Nestle been for two years?!
Is it my imagination, or are the PRs ending with longer and longer Safe Harbor statements?!
Tipsy maybe...Not, loaded yet.
She's one step closer to abandonment of QEDN...
Think about it:
Two sales/distribution Agents representing GMS (and dozens of other products) working from Bolivia
Despite the 100s of S-I products on Amazon, they will probably sell a few- better than her
historical ZERO
Look how easy it actually was to set up sell on Amazon
No more pretending to be trying to sell product- that's what the sales agents are for.
All of her useless meetings and photo-shoots with grunts....done
QEDN PPS stuck in the trips with little hope of climbing out
She is CEO/CFO of new (to her) Chinese Ticker
buh-bye QEDN suckers
Nestle $100,000,000.00 rebuild of Bolivian plant. Great news.
Great news for Nestle Shareholders. QEDN...Not so much. Here's why:

Does anyone actually believe all this crap? Just another feeble and desperate attempt to convince traders that ether there's a real attempt to sell product (which obviously there is not), or she is so far in the hole with this farce that there is no way out.
Look at the hundreds of Sasha-inchi products on sale at Amazon, Wally World, E-Bay and internet websites and she can't, won't and hasn't sold any product in the years she has been proclaiming billions of $$$ in promised revenues tomorrow; always tomorrow !
Amazon requirements:
Need a website or published phone #
Sign Amazon's commission agreement
wait 6 weeks for paperwork approval
It's been over 5 years of meetings, working with, NDA agreements, exhibitions, trade shows, promises of retail shelf space. Still ZERO revenue. What's wrong with this picture?
This is by design. No one is that incompetent.
LOL. Absolutely. If anyone can't see this is toast, they're just not looking.
5 years of
writing an occasional letter (about 1 per week)
picture taking outside of unnamed buildings
Lemonade stand booths in various fairs and gatherings
Taking an objective look, If I were going to write letters, I would spend a day creating three templates, 1.) Intro letter, 2.) 1st followup, 3.) 2nd followup. On days 2&3&4, search the contact person for 100 companies that interest me (That's only 4 per hour. ) Day 5 create and print my mail-merge list. from my contacts list. Day 6 email and snail mail everyone on the list. Day 7 Rest, drink have fun. Week 2 create personalized followup letters for replies from 100 initial mailings. Weekly I would call each company on that list and push for a real appointment.
What Katie has done amounts to nothing. Even if she has done everything she claim to have done, it accounts for a couple of hours per day. . Her behavior is shameful.
She is moving on. It's over. She has other interests, and a different group of "Investors" to bilk.
Been silently holding at 17. Bought more today at ~12. Waiting for tomorrow's predictable? dip to add more. GLTA
My guess is that Brass Roots will have a greater Sasha-Inchi $$ volume this week than QEDN will in have in all of 2023. Of course, I could be wrong, Although, I remember I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken
I'm in a quandary. I really want to actually try Sasha-Inchi (from now on it's S-I) but I'm afraid that I will die if I buy and try from anyone other than Katie She said she's the only one who produces a safe S-I product. and I believe her..... Sure I do .
Only some of us are wondering Jako

Remember when Kate (aka Kati-didn't) claimed that, because they were so dangerous, she/QEDN was the only one able to safely process Sacha-Inchi /// As posted on Amazon, by Brass Roots: "Our seeds are dry roasted plain at a lower temperature for a few hours. To meet the flavor and safety requirement we are required to roast the seeds for at least 10 minutes at 250°F and we go above and beyond this requirement!" .That's it. That's all.

If this doesn't wake QEDN "investors" up, nothing will.
\
Now: about the "speedy delivery". Didn't she make a big deal about Tetra Pak and the ability to send her stuff around the world and be "fresh". So where is the need for speed? There ain't none.
It's time to wake up and smell the
A direct quote: "Sacha Inchi is a difficult superfood, it can be difficult to cook properly. Sacha Inchi uncooked or not cooked properly can be a health hazard, and it also has a horrible bitter taste. Therefore, on top of being the only company on the market that can properly produce Sacha Inchi.....,"
I have sent this quote to the powers that be for evaluation. This steps over the line. She has made definitively false statements, as apposed to her usual obfuscations. I'd bet that the guy who presented his Company, brass roots, on Shark Tank would object to these false statements, not to mention more than 75+ other sellers of Sasha-Inchi.
It is now doomed to extinction.. Blind hope - the only thing left. Tragic.
How many times is she going to meet with Nestle?!. Since 2017, how many times is she going to "send samples"?! Unbelievable. No !... Really !... Unbelievable.
