Filled the gap today. were do we go from here?
Fairy tales like chicken little?
That's what I was thinking. I know the company can't pay out cash at this time, however, with this going public wouldn't they need to settle up or will the dividend start upon registration (start trading on Friday Q2). Not sure how that part works or how it was written. I guess that is the real question. Also why now? right at the 60 day mark.... hmmmm

Question.
Since the preferred shares are now being registered, does that mean that we will be getting caught up on the dividends per quarter that we have not received as of yet? I think it's five quarters now but that's going off of memory and that has more holes in it than swiss cheese. lol
Thanks in advance
NoQuarter
exactly. march of 2014.
Quick question.
What is the change in the OS from the regen dividend run to .0091 and now? I know that the AS was increased but what about the OS...
Thanks in advance...

And here I was betting on announcing orphan drug status tomorrow and saving funding announcement for Monday or Tuesday.

Man. I've had a buy in all day. Someone give up and donate your shares to me tomorrow. Of course you'll need to give me more than 5000 daily volume. Give up... no hope.... loose all your money if you hold.... trust me....

Thank you. BP buys a product that is placed in one of the subsidiaries.
Question
Is the nanotechnology that the ENTB pr was talking about going to be used by Ichim to create the 'key' to unlock the cancer stem cell?
Just musing....
NoQuarter
How many compounds have these companies gone through? Is nanotechnology the key (entb) to unlocking the cancer stem cell? How many compounds won't work before they file? 100? 500? 1000?..... Then the one that unlocks.

Someone wanted to put in their two cents?
He sounds pretty crystal clear. Goat boy, Do you honest believe that a governmental organization would green light an IND prior to having an IND Number? Pull you head out of your blow up doll. I know that you are the type to always wanna be correct but in this case you are dead to rights wrong. Please take your storm cloud lining away for a little while pissy kid.
If you are going to se Dr Koos could you inquire about the other 2 companies? what his plans are and what he plans on doing with them? It doesn't make sense to me to have a parent company weaker than it's "offspring" Does he plan on using outside funding for a share buyback or a 1 to (lets say 3 or 5) RS to increase the PPS just prior to FDA news from either Hema or Dcell? Is ENTB a wayward child or is it a sleeping giant? I've watched my 1% stake in ENTB be diluted into almost half that. Will my faith be rewarded? Please PM me with some non-SEC 'insider trading info" Regards.....

Sorry, but the number of billionaires are irrelevant. What is relevant is how easy it is to bribe those who are in power. (and to pissed kid, damn you democrats and your transparent regulations...) So, what I am saying is that the number of billionaires is irrelevant versus government opportunity to become one due to "huh wha? did something happen?"
I dug deeper and that is the same question that I came up with. Hate to be a reality check.... Not going to be a pumper and not going to be a pumper. I'll sit on the fence and swat the flies back on both sides. Whistling while I wait.

E-trade- the bid is at .35 for 2500 shares. the ask is at 0.00. HEY, ANGRYGOAT what what you bid at BTW? At that, ANGRYGOAT is as quite as when a Mississippi Senator (trying to get re-elected) stands in front of him... (look it up on You-Tube friends) Like I said, NIX your sell orders until after open tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!
NoQuarter
There is as of now NO ASK. This makes me wonder if tomorrow is the day. It would be better to wait til after open to lock your orders in than to wake up at 0935 realizing that your RGBP position was sold for 1.50 and the bid is at 5.00. Just an ounce of precaution to save a pant load of cash....
NoQuarter
(you can tell who has the investors at heart by what they post)
Seeing as how things look to be in flux right now, I would recommend that if your sell orders are below 5.00 you may want to cancel them until the opening. I don't want my fellow longs to loose their holdings at open. Not trying to remove the long lock positions, just thinking that if it opens at 3+ tomorrow everyone with sell orders in at less than 3 would sell off their positions. GLTYA
An ounce of prevention can save you a gallon of pain.

(You can always relock your shares right after open FOLKS!)
If BMA Securities takes charge in the middle of the trading day would they have to halt trading? If this is the case than we can also speculate that a PR would drop during the halt so that BMA can set the proper price...

I agree with you that we will not see a PR on either Hema or Dcell. However I could see a PR with respects to REGEN. Putting out the date of the IPO and/or the opening price is possible. Also, stating that the IPO would take place some time in mid-September (just a guess guys) would then give BMSN time to release updates on both Hema and dCell within that time frame, along with any other unknowns such as grants or funding to create the necessary buzz for the imminent REGEN IPO. This would maximize the opening day price. We've already seen the August 1 PR placed upon many different cancer/stem cell related sights. REGEN's name is already getting out there. This is the time to load IMHO.

Ditto shark. The wonderful thing is, the longer it takes, the lower the capital gains is! I have my property picked out and the fruit/nut trees and the berry plants ready.

Your telling me. I still have chomps out of my backside from PIHen, and M-Din. Plus going afloat during the tech bubble pop back in the late 90's, 14 days.... left with money and came back (no internet) with a portfolio 500% less. *shrug* it's the price you pay to serve your country..... However I do have faith in all my research in this company. I'm hoping to bet a little and win the farm. Apples for everyone when I have my Orchard!
Go BMSN ENTB REGEN

Your Rhetoric truly has no meaning to most here ole 666. your bashing the company and attacking someone who is only allowed one post per day. You are stalling because you know the true value of the shares you refuse to sell. Enough with the small chat and exchange E-mails tomorrow. 0.50 cents was the bargains struck. Inventor.... Do not waste the happy hour tomorrow. post your correspondence with 666 and make him belly up to the bar. Enough shenanigans from slappy.
NoQuarter.
Money and shares where your cowardly fingers are. Otherwise, stop posting about this once and for all. (Both of you) I know who will end up silent!
I agree with DR. V. The 1$ offering of REGEN shares was one share of REGEN in lieu of 1$ of Debt. However, if REGEN is trying to raise money they will be looking for investors. If we take the consensus that most Biopharm IPO's are opening at 5-15 dollars per share and that debtors were payed at an extremely discounted rate of 1 dollar per share than we can surmise that 'early bird' INVESTORS (not former debtors) will be offered a rate of 3-13 dollars per share. This is dependent upon what is in the pipeline obviously. However seeing REGEN's name out there without BMSN (which was only attached to one of the articles today and conspicuously misspelled) means that they are starting to build a buzz at the ground roots level. Looking forward I do see an all out PR blitz ahead. Some of the possibilities are:
-REGEN opening price and IPO date announcement
-Hema I human trials a go with the FDA
-Entest news (Arthritis study complete?)
-Benitec news concerning DCellvax
-DCellVax human trials outside of the US (Aussie FDA?)
-Big Pharma funding or Grant green light?
-Chance/Community Chest (take a card and be surprised)
GLTYA!!

should have been in LiquidMetal last year. He had a great birthday.
Are we looking at after hours/after quarter PR? Maybe an announcement of the REGEN IPO launch? Way to wait until the next quarter to announce KOOS! Save the company some money this quarter!

Your welcome sizzle.
Hey Traz:
I think a PR stating the IPO date would be a better Friday News Nugget. Then the weekend Buzz would be about when they will drop FDA news. Also I agree that they are going through the entire FDA process with Hema I before they submit dCellVax. I'm pretty sure the process on dCell will be a heck of a lot smoother. Next week is going to be big IMHO! I'll have to go find me another waterfall to distract me.
