Very serious. Can you give a me a specific example? For example, between 2022 and 2015, can you state something with some clarity of what he lied about.
Why do you have such an issue with Jerry? I for one would love to see you elaborate.
Each and every company that is in the Graphene space has the same challenges. This is not news. Since Graphene powder can not be handled by people that are not experts (not because it's dangerous but because it's extremely light and literally any air current at all will cause it to just scatter in powder form so it almost looks like smoke). The analogy that I would use is flavour chemist. Putting vanilla into for example, an alcoholic beverage is not as simple as it seems because the vanilla must be dispersed with any alcoholic beverage, but also still maintain its vanilla taste. Same thing here. Putting graphene into other products is not simple, but that does not mean that there is not an enormous market for one that could do it right. If they could do it right, this is a five dollar stock.
Wow I am right again. This one was easy. VC Guy merges a company with a GREAT MADE UP NAME to merge with pink sheet shell. They should reincarnate as Fletcher, Smythe and Drummond.
Bigly
Suggest you do some homework on this guy. Real McCoy. Look at market cap.
I'm not a Twitter guy but this should be lighting up Social Media. Pedro Mendez is meeting with Alfonso Perez from isatek on the 19th.

Master trading stocks at 2/10 of a penny. LMFAO
So if it goes higher, you're wrong or you're never wrong. Or maybe looking for a job? Just curious
You didn't answer my question. So mouth, stock is .0018. Would you buy or sell here
So mouth would you be a buyer or seller at .0018 which is the current price or are you going to dodge the question
The IP is not valued at $4 billion. It says that if was acquired by a major company could be worth that. It could be the dumbest valuation report ever written. It is kind of like saying if you design a beer and it's acquired by Budweiser, it's now worth $4 billion even if you were doing 6 dollars in revenues. This is simply stupid. The company's motto is the internet is broken. Very interesting considering that every person on the face of the earth uses it.
Sir, look at my posts. I was even more correct. However, I don't believe in dancing on people's graves.
Your nose is growing. Let me get this straight. A man who lost $35,000 in a penny stock seeks out comfort from a message board poster who bashes his investment for 2 years and laughed at people potentially committing suicide. Keep talking.
By the way, I as well as you are not happy with people like UF. But I don't live life wishing harm on other people. I think that's quite sad.
So I guess that warrants making fun of the Chef that he may be homeless. I still don't get it.
You say you care about investors and have a problem with the company. However, you make fun of every investor who lost money.
That is called talking out of your OSS.
I guess that warrants making a joke over a former employee being homeless. Sad
I would suggest you either check the batteries in your calculator, get reading glasses or don't be so quick to criticize. Read the post I responded to. You are wrong in 2 ways. The poster says $125M. At $1, it is a $125 million market cap.
Besides the land in Panama, name one development they own just one they meaningfully the pubco. That is a false statement
Just curious. As you know, I have always told exactly what I believe. I would say it's been spot on. But why cheer for another investor's demise.? Can't see how that would ever make me happy. Some people may have lost in this stock who couldn't afford the loss. Can't ever imagine why that is a joyous event.
Can you please explain to me how a company that is building a small real estate development project gets a $125 million valuation? By the way, I am an extremely sophisticated investor. I don't care if you believe that or not, but explain to me how a company that is going to be developing a small real estate development project which they do not own, the homebuilders will own gets $125 million market cap.
Agreed and well said
They seem to be more of a nano company than a graphene company
Does that mean we are at 80 dollars in sales for the day. $39 million in liabilities. $4,000 in cash.
You referring to Hydrograph? Completely different
It is hemp derived. Correct
If that is accurate and true, why does Mr. VC run a company with $17,000 in the bank. Why isn't he going to just some of his rich friends to invest $100,000 each and have a real bank account. This has red flags all over it.
Volume appearing again?
Just testing the waters on spewing nonsense which doesn't appear to going well.
Still avoiding question. Name one successful real estate development he has completed. The man is about 60 years old. What did he accomplish in Canada?
I believe you appear desperate. Just sayin!!
LMFAO. Classic. Hilarious and that is an understatement.
You still have not answered my question. I will continue to ask. Name one successful development. A vacant piece of land in Panama doesn't help. Better yet, he's from Canada. What is his background and what did he accomplish in Canada besides leaving the country
Isn't it sad that you would say the reason why the stock is half a cent is because of shorts? Please explain me how a company with $4,000 in the bank and 39 million in liabilities with 300,000 in revenues has a bright future. No one is shorting this stock and saying so is pathetic.
And as I've said on these message boards, thousands of times, I don't care if you buy it sell it short it hold it burn stock certificates. I don't care.
Sir, allow me to teach you something. It doesn't matter if it's Berkshire Hathaway, Tesla, General Motors, IBM or natural Shrimp. Market values are based on perception. 98% of all publicly traded companies are overvalued. If you don't believe me, why don't you compare the valuation of Tesla to the five largest automobile companies in the entire world and tell me which one has a larger market cap. it is all based on perception. People like to buy stocks that are going up. Period.
LMFAO. Way to avoid question. Please name one successful ecovillage the CEO has built that one can due diligence and trace back to him.
Appreciate it but don't need the accolades. Common sense call. 8th grade economics. Supply and Demand.
I thought your question was such an interesting one that I just wanted to provide one other comment. Since GHS settled with the SEC through their settlement agreement, I don't believe the settlement would ever be subject to an appeal unless GHS claims fraud which would be extremely difficult to do. Since the issue was never in a court of law and was simply a settlement agreement between two parties, I don't believe it would ever be appealable even subject to fraud. Of course, GHS can file suit against the SEC, but that would be an extreme uphill battle, and that would not make sense. It just seems that the SEC commissioner sent out a message to his lieutenants. That is if a toxic funder tried to remedy the situation after 2020, don't go after them.
I'm not sayin nuttin.
