Wrong.
I didn't say "...comprehension is the tool of a simple mind."
I said "Selective reading/comprehension is the tool of a simple mind."
Thanks for proving my point which renders the rest of your screed irrelevant.
My comprehension of what is going on with MDMN is fantastic - I've been right all along. Yours, it appears, could use some fine tuning.
Selective reading/comprehension is the tool of a simple mind. MDMN is a scam, has been for years, and will continue to be a scam for years to come. Les is unemployed and unemployable. Greg is most likely a used car salesman. JJ and Claro are pear farmers with nothing to show for it. Karra is a spineless rube who had the intelligence to realize that the only way he'd make money was to perpetuate the scam so he endeared himself to Les and became the beneficiary of free shares. These men don't work, the scam shareholders for a living. It's in their DNA - I hear stupid is also a gene that the HGP identified which runs rampant in penny stock investors.
Facepalm.
So what would you call two decades of abject failure?
In business terms, I'd say that is an "eternity" especially for those shareholders who have their money locked up in this insider enrichment share selling scheme.
I've always wanted to meet the Highlander. Never realized Connor MacLeod's iHub alias was BigBaboon. Welcome to the MDMN board - with the immortal qualities you possess, MDMN will be a fantastic investment because it takes an eternity for anything to happen here.
The sleazy insiders and BOD are getting the next pump-a-dump warmed up with the meetings in NY. If my sources can be trusted, I think you'll see a decent pump followed by the inevitable dump as Les and his pals unload into the "good" news. Rinse and repeat - they love the MDMN ATM.
No I won't be because it's just a bunch of BS designed to dupe naive investors into buying shares. I'd suggest you actually head down to Chile one of these days and see what's going on down there. Trust me, you won't be impressed unless you think a whole lot of nothing is something to trumpet from the rooftops.
I'm working on Snowcrash.
Frankly, I hope that MDMN does the ultimate stupid and releases a NI 43-101 report. That would hopefully prompt an SEC investigation and an end to this scam. I don't think Les is that stupid - he needs MDMN to be his ATM in his latter years and I doubt he'll do something to screw that up. Best COA for him is to keep the shareholders placated through misinformation and rumors all the while selling shares to fund his lifestyle. He's got it made, why screw it up now. I wonder how much the dentist is earning in kickbacks?
Now that's one of the funniest things I've heard in a long time. When has MDMN management ever conducted anything resembling serious business? They make their money lying to shareholders, misstating financials, and general corporate malfeasance. I'm sure they are getting down to serious business but it involves 30-year old scotch, 5-star restaurants, geriatric hookers and who knows what else...all on the shareholder dime. To insinuate that they are doing anything in NY that will remotely benefit shareholders is to have ones cranium shoved way up a dark and remote location.
You don't produce a NI 43-101 for "internal standards/benchmarking and informational purposes". If MDMN did that it would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that MDMN is a complete scam. On second thought, maybe they will do just as you say...
Yes, it is a steaming pile of fecal matter. I'd be interested to know what crazy uncle Les is saying about these meetings in NY. I'm sure he's spinning quite a yarn while he's drinking and cavorting on the shareholder dime.
MDMN will never complete an NI 43-101 report...ever.
That would require them to be a legitimate company with competent management willing to report accurate financials on time. It would also require them to be listed on a reputable exchange in Cananda subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian regulators. The odds of that happening anytime soon are slightly worse than the odds of the moon exploding (aside - read Neal Stephenson's novel Seven Eves for a fascinating look at life on and off planet earth when that happens. Hint, it doesn't include MDMN).
What a scammer. I guess this pretty much sinks his credibility (as if he had any left). Telling peole on a conference call that there will be no RS and then doing one - that has to be a new low for penny stock CEOs...on second thought, nah, that's just par for the course.
We all missed the press release because it was never issued. All of this is just rumors, hearsay, and speculation topped with a healthy dose of geriatric whipped cream (aka Les Price).
Les has zero incentive to ever bring a deal to fruition. He's been milking this ATM for years so why stop now. MDMN is a wealth transfer scheme - the BOD, insiders, and those in the know bilk gullible shareholders and maintain their lifestyle. This is nothing more than a long con and I don't expect it to end anytime soon. Les is in his late 70s or early 80s, he just needs to keep this going for another decade and he'll have made it through life without working hard at anything. Well aside from working hard scamming old ladies and shareholders.
People have been singing this tune for 2 decades. This is nothing more than an insider, share-selling enrichment scheme with a couple good pump-a-dumps thrown in for good measure. Blockman is right, swing trade the dickens out of this pile of crap but don't invest. Larcenous Les and his band of flunkies will always win and retail will more often than not lose their shirt. Do some research on Auryn...ask some boots on the ground and you'll come to the same conclusion I did. FYI, Santiago is nice this time of year and it doesn't take much to "view" the property. I encourage you to actually do some up close DD, you won't like what you find. Adios.
The rumor is that Auryn was buying shares on the open market. I think that the last few days of pathetic volume have put that notion to rest. I have no idea what is going on at this point but the last news release did not have the desired effect on the share price that many were hoping for. Frankly, I believe the dilution has all but destroyed the hope of price appreciation. Short of a spectacular pump-a-dump, I'm not sure this stock will rise.
Well our crack team of English majors doubled down on the IG 7 report. At least they figured out the correct standard for an American company but then they said it was "often referred to as a like NI 43-101 report". Yeah it's not and the fact that they keep using the language is a huge red flag. Why not just say they are working towards obtaining a IG 7 report and leave it at that. Oh that's right because an NI 43-101 report has a lot of gravitas and these clowns want to try and capitalize on it. Apparently the romper room is in full party mode as our "men of integrity" laugh all the way to the bank. 1450 pages of legalese...I'm sure Les read that in between shareholder funded benders.
Guess I should have. I'll just have to listen to the recording.
But I thought they were a legitimate company so why harass something. People post bad stuff about Wal Mart all the time and you don't see WM going after them...
I'm sure he's being 100% truthful.
LOL!!!! I heard Goldman Sachs wanted to be on the call but their ihub reader was out sick.
I doubt they can identify individual numbers from a conference call but so what if they can. What are they going to do, harass me for posting facts? I'm not going to call because I'm sure they will just pump out a lot of BS about how they have a great company. Highly doubt they will address any death spiral issues.
I'm not calling in, now those scammers will know who it is...what a joke.
Wow so they couldn't even PR this right lol
Well so much for that. Attempted to access the call and apparently the access code is incorrect.
I guess they don't want normal people finding out about how much of a scam this company is.
No, they are con men who have bilked shareholders out of thousands of dollars over the last 2 decades. I'm firmly convinced that if the SEC had the staff to go after these 2-bit scams, MDMN would be shuttered along with thousands of other insider enrichment schemes.
Excellent point. They care nothing for the shareholders which is abundantly clear - just look at the bloated share count. These scam artists figured it was easier to run a penny stock fraud than engage in gainful employment. They found an ATM and have been milking it for 2 decades, much to the chagrin of shareholders. The red flags have been waving for a long time, some just seem to ignore them.
Elie Wiesel - one of my personal heroes.
The bazillions of short shares is being discussed again which can only mean that nothing is going to happen and the price will continue to sink. Anytime the naked short sellers from Mars are brought up, you know the insiders, larcenous Les, and his band of flunkies are running out of things to pump. I'm sure the dentist will wax philosophical and pump out another long and worthless missive that the legions of duped and naive investors will gobble up like leftover thanksgiving turkey. Bottom line, it's all a ruse...welcome to scam central otherwise known as the pink sheets. Les is a fraud and the rest of the BOD are nothing more than scammers making a buck off investors chasing a dying dream.
Good point. I wager there will be some sort of pop in the near future as management wraps up their shareholder-funded vacation, I mean really important meetings in Santiago that are going to last two weeks. They'll release some bogus news, the stock will pop and the insiders will commence dumping. Rinse and repeat...the MDMN way.
Ulander was a crook and it only took MDMN 15 years to hop into bed with him. I'll reserve my judgement on Auryn until we're talking about partner E.
It has been a slow death for this scam but it appears it is time to take this dog out back and end the misery. Bradley is going to have to find himself another ATM. I'm fairly confident he'll reappear on the pink sheet CEO circuit probably associated with some desert dirt scam or my favorite, the energy drink scam. Bottom line, this company has never and will never produce anything except a long list of fleeced shareholders.
GS, you are correct. I debated taking down the posts but since BE is not an iHub poster, discussing his comments that are pertinent to MDMN is on topic. The dentist is also on topic.
There is no way that BE is trying to scuttle the deal. First of all, why would he do such a thing? He stands to lose as much, if not more than the typical investor. If the rumor is circulating that a single shareholder or group of affiliated shareholders is trying to sink the MDMN/Auryn deal, it is just another excuse. You can probably trace the origins of this unhinged claim right back to ol' Larcenous Lester and his band of merry mouthpieces. It is utterly absurb, almost as absurd as the Evil Naked Short Sellers from Mars trying to take down MDMN theory. I don't think BE or any other shareholder would cut off their nose to spite their face.
..and while we wait for Auryn to monetize the ADL, let's all take a trip down memory lane to understand the kind of company and people we're dealing with.

Well at least we know he is honest, he told us so many moons ago.

LOL
Then things really get fun and it's on to Partner D. Watching Les try to explain that one should be a clinic in double speak, lying, and forked tongue gymnastics.
