I received this eMail from Greg Chapin this evening...

I can promise you that I will continue to do everything humanly
possible to try and assist in bringing resolution to the Medinah
JVA matter.

Further, I promise to continue to accurately report real time
developments, as reported by Management, when they occur
for the benefit of all Medinah shareholders. I can assure you
that in my capacity as a Board member that I have never
withheld information from shareholders about Medinah issues.
