Mostly gone at this point.
They are up now at the ask.
These were bought with profits from earlier flips (which I stopped doing for hnss in December) so technically they are profit at any price.
325000 at the ask.
Feel free to buy my shares.
Well I'm about to dump all of my shares. Tired of this thing losing so I'm getting out while it's still profit for me.
I'm in without doing any research. A friend suggested it so I bought a bit on her recommendation. Good luck!
Not entirely true. I have been stuck in MMTE through ChoiceTrade since DTCC eligibility was yanked back in the summer of last year. ChoiceTrade also uses Penson for clearing. I tried transferring my shares to Scottrade and they (Scottrade) wouldn't complete the transfer because MMTE was/is the only holding I have through ChoiceTrade.
Good luck to you.
This stock historically takes a dive on news. Add to that the previous company admissions of dilution coupled with very low volume of trades and shares and you see the current stagnation. This is a buy and hold stock for many reasons. My biggest reason is the emerging market focus Sohm has taken. I'll hold this for years and it will likely take years for this to be a money maker.
A few months ago this was a decent flipper, now, not so much. I don't see much volatility or liquidity with SHMN for some time. The trading is too low to use charts effectively and the company is too little known to bank on name recognition. It's a OTC stock and it's not fully reporting, but it's as close as they come.
Good luck to you. I do like this company very much; I'm just not expecting much from it in the near future. I hope I'm wrong though.
I think it's great. I truly hope he gets it if he is interested in selling at .015. I'm personally holding a much smaller position than he is so I doubt I would be able to get a similar offer. I would love to see the pps at that level though. When I did my last flip on this in January I only put back my profits into HNSS so essentially, I am riding free shares. Haven't sold since.
I didn't say that. I said don't fall for the scams requesting paper shares.
I'm done with this silly convo. If your shares are settled with your broker you own them. There is no need to provide paper shares for a DTCC eligible and freely-trading security. If you choose to draw out your certs that is your business.
From Frans' post:
wil sell direct 1.000.000 shares at .015
Please advise if you have a free-trading certificate and
its quantity and are willing to accept that price.
I hope neither you, or anyone else, falls for the scams requesting paper shares.
I am 'an' liar?
I asked a question of you about the email you posted. All you had to say was that you paraphrased and I would be satisfied.
Where is the lie in my post?
That's really cool. A bit disorienting, but cool.
Don't feel bad; I bought at .066.
Raise it to .07; thanks in advance :)
Can someone post a screenshot of the level 2? Mine is not showing a bid (Scottrader).
Excuse the poor Engrish...
It appears as though Mr. Dong is no longer with the University listed on the CNUV website.
Hence my interest... This is a curious conundrum as the debt is incredible but the seemingly solid interest by some more-reputable people has piqued my interest.
So far, my only real concern that has arisen from my research is with Lixin Dong (aside from my juvenile laughter at the implications of his name). I can find recent references only to one and he is now a researcher at Michigan State in the robotics lab. The only references to him I can find at the Chinese University listed on the CNUV website are from 2008. It would not appear that he is not currently employed at that University which leads me to think the CNUV website is woefully out of date.
CNUV: Does anyone have any scam-alert type info on CNUV? I was thinking of jumping in, but am still on the fence. Pinky play money is burning a hole in my account :)
It's an alphabetical list.
Maybe he'll borrow Monk's plane and fly into AZ from Mexico. As for California? Well, that's the place he outta be. He should load up his truck and head to Beverly...
Thanks, I am especially fond of the tie-in with his previous "Poop" allegory.
He sure seems to be a bloviating nincompoop at this point. I doubt he has the wherewithal to close his windows during a rainstorm let alone orchestrate a major lawsuit against a group of people across an ocean.
Wait, so a guy in France is threatening people? Bwahahahaha! Email him a picture of a jar of mustard and I bet he'll surrender.
Here's an explanation of the wash sale rule: http://www.fool.com/personal-finance/taxes/wash-sales-and-worthless-stock.aspx?source=itcsitclv0000001
I was referring to wash sales in terms of they could just be manipulative trades between accounts or someone taking advantage of the lower pps to move shares from one account to another cheaply (perhaps I'm using the wrong term). Were I more cynical I'd suspect they were using the low-ish trade volume to artificially control the pps by shuffling shares back and forth between accounts at the bid. I'm not that cynical though. :)
Those aren't mine; I was just pointing them out. Look at the time stamps. With the exception of the first block, they are all essentially at the same moment. It looks like someone making wash trades.
HNSS - In the spirit of full disclosure, I hold 89K shares of this dog at .0114.
Recently it has run down to .0048-.0055 levels and while the continuous pumping on the board is unwavering, I've done some digging and been able to find very little. Surprisingly little in fact. I cannot find any actual customers. I cannot find any actual information about the new machines. Trading patterns are so loopy I cannot fathom it is only a sell off and sense there is likely massive dilution (I certainly can't prove it).
Does anyone have better knowledge of what is going on with HNSS? Perhaps my research just stinks. I would like to say I picked this right; eventually anyway. So far it's just OUCH.
PMDP was one of the very first pinks I bought and it did not dawn on me until after the purchase the PMDP may be just what the ticker implied. I think I'd pay 5 figures for the symbol if I was a scammer that was into irony.
I haven't come across that. I literally just started researching JUNP for a quick flipper this morning. I think I'll pass (well, if it drops to .0003 maybe).
The promotions I've found for it (although I haven't looked beyond this and the filing)
http://stockpromoters.com/view-stock-promotions-by-symbol.aspx
You may have to do the search again, but the most-recent listed is from February of this year and the pps went down a tick as a result.

That's the precise reason I let my membership here expire. These days I just read and pop in for some occasional chit chat.
Just found your board and I like the premise.
As for me, I've had many dogs, some winners and a few true hope stocks. Unfortunately, I still hold them as they nose-dived after short runs through which I held. Hey, dreamers dream, and hope stock fools stick it out till the bitter end.
Hope stocks: SUF, SHMN, HNSS.
I still think SHMN will be something someday. The others... Yeah, not so much.
As for the dogs: parenthetical amounts are my exit percentages
GRBG (-30%)
CNEX (+15%)
THRR (+200%)
PMDP (-20%)
GDSM (20%)
MMTE (I'm still in it and up 240% but it's not DTCC eligible so my broker won't trade it).
NAWL (-60%)
ELCR (+45%)
BEDA (-50%)
And how could I forget SNRS (-80%)
Added to my radar such as it is.
Textbook. It's like the GRBG and other "clean up" companies during the oil spill.
I'm in two other plays right now that are diluting. They admit they are diluting. Their price is acting the exact same way as HNSS. Take a look at SHMN and SUF.
You may be right; I'm just comparing it to examples that are 100% certainly diluted.
Looks like dilution of once-restricted shares to me. With such a high volume increase at the beginning of the week the pps should have gone up. Since it did not, it stands to reason that shares were being dumped. It will recover, you're right, it will take time.
If they are reducing the number of shares the price would not go down unless they were illegally manipulating the share price. I doubt that is happening.
My guess would be dilution given the volume over the past few days without a sustained up tick.
