I am in the heat of summer. A heat index of 105-110 degrees is expected for all of Southest Louisiana.
We are also keeping a watchful eye on the Tropical depression that stopped work on Gulf oil spill.

aliangel.. Is the 5% rule for the A/S or O/S?
This was brought up by dfw5150. If it’s based on the O/S, then I will probably going to hit the 5% mark soon. I agree with your logic on locking up the O/S. We will see positive movement.
Thanks for any input that you could provide.

riverandfold... BTW I am holding 3.5% of the float and will be adding more when the time is right. Plenty of POWDER left.
riverandfold.. Its the total # of A/S shares. In this case it would be roughly 3.5M shares or 5%.

I think the 5% is based on the total outstanding shares (included restricted shares), not necessarily the Float.
I might be wrong on this, someone else can confirm
SMaturin.. I think this site only updates their data bi-monthly. Look at the dates, any thoughts?

aliangel... Thank you for the info. I appreciate it very much. BTW... I just gave you a person mark.
aliangel.. Could you provide some details on the stock ownership 5% rule? I am not familiar with it because, I’ve never owned 5% of a stock. I am getting real close on this one.
op9171787... Thanks. I picked up a total of 150,000 shares yesterday.

cobramatteo.. NITE has been in the way all day long. I picked up a bunch of shares and looking for more. I wish, I knew how many was out there, because I get all of them. I picked up about 150,000 today from NITE.
riverandfold....Thanks for the incite. It’s a great time to pick up cheap shares…

there's another reason why this has dropped today. There's another stock that I know quite a few people that were in this one were watching very closely, a certain med spa company. Well, that stock started to run hard today, so I'm betting some money jumped from here to there.
That's ok though, because SMaturin and I did alot off DD on that other company and it's a scam operation, it will fall hard and the money will come right back over here with some red blood on it. LMAO!
Judge.
Horns in ATX.. Thanks. I am fishing for more right now.

Very nice pickup there My4ntoy, I only wish I had not taken out my bid at .035 to buy at .04. Still, not worried at all and I consider my purchase a good buy.
O/T: What kinda toy are you playing with? Got lotsa horses?

After the morning bath i took, im not sitting around thinking i wouldn't get another this afternoon. Something is definately wrong when a judge doesn't let nearly half a billion come into the game to provide 'multiples' more than a debtor's offering.
The DS will probably get approved with some on the fly amendments, settled in open court.
Spare any talk of apologies, but if you can give me back the $800K ive lost, im all ears.
Im sitting on the sidelines right now, after hearing about the 'misguided' talk in the court room today.
Nice job.... Johnp
Horns in ATX... just picked up 20,000 shares @.035 looking for more.
Trader S77.. I am going to sit on the side line for now, but when the time comes.... I will slap that pretty girls ASK real hard.

Yeah, its strange he is holding this up here. But good to hear you will be ask slapping some more, i'll join as the day progresses. Would like to see this near the .05 levels and ideally above .05, how nice would that be :)
NITE must have plenty, I got a little more than 72,000 at .04. I am goign to try for more...plenty of POWDER in my keg. I am FEEL'in good.

Very nice posts there DFW...currently .0385 x .04...look to move back to the .04s for good shortly then a break of the .05s
G.M Everyone... Has anyone noticed the ASK being lowered from the past couple of days? Yesterday, there were a few .05's then .06 and .12 and otehr higher. The .05's are all gone.
SMaturin... I have always had that problem too. Today, I sent a note to Google hoping they will fix this problem... We'll see.

I am looking for the historical daily close quotes, which I cannot find at that site. It gives intraday history of quotes, but not past year EOD.
Google offers such that can be downloaded to a spreadsheet: http://www.google.com/finance/historical?q=PINK:LCRE
But for LCRE, the historical quotes come up 0.00 every day because they do not extend their data to the smaller decimal places, which excludes getting accurate info on sub-penny stocks.
If anybody knows where to download the summary data for daily closes for LCRE, I shall try to create a chart cross-referencing the news dates, like the one for the volume data:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=52467268
Unfortunately, I have a day job, as well, but I can take a peek at iHub in my idle moments there.
aliangel... Where do you see this bottoming out?
SMaturin....Not sure why the link did not appear in the last note, but here it is. You will need to select the tab "Depth LII" to get the data. After looking at a second time, I don't think it has all the transaction listed.

I have this thing called a day job, but I am FEEL'in good today.

Resting and ready for the short holders to sell. 164k so far is not anything to sneeze at after a 100% increase and pull back. lol
riverandfold...Thanks for the concern. The big problem has been with the governments lack of response. Sort of reminds me of Katrina, but in that case it was not the governments or Bush's fault, it was our governor Kathleen Blanco who refused the help, because she was a DEMO like Ray Nagin (New Orleans mayor at the time).
We will survive, but it may take some time. Some folks have threw out a timeline to return to normal. They say it could take 10-13 years. This could get a lot worse, because there are (2) areas of disturbances in the Caribbean. One may turn into a tropical storm in the next day or so.

Sry for all you that live down there....it really sucks.
SMaturin.... Thanks.... That's the plan, holding till $1.00 IMO. I have plenty of powder, it has been making fire all AM long. I hope some of you start FEELing it soon. Ready for more.

Good work! Let's hold long and strong while this gets better and better.
My powder keg is empty at the moment, or I would be picking up more too at these bargain prices.
I FEEL the need for more powder!

touche! groups buying and selling huge chunks of shares happens all the time - could possibly be the case here, creating panic to load the boat again.
riverandfold.. Thanks. Sorry to get off track, but have you heard the well is leaking? Oil from BP's blown out well is again seeping into the Gulf of Mexico, but this time, more slowly and scientists aren't convinced the cap that stopped the flow last week is making things worse.
I live in southern LA. This has been all over the news, since it happened. You can details from WWL, WDSU and ABC26 all local TV stations carrying coverage on this.

FEEL and CMGO heating it up still. The CMGO has unreal four companies in one and they have customers LIKE GE General MillS and own patent rights that pay royalties from other companies.
I am detailing that all at the board CMGO board.
The FEEL is going to come strong out of the dip today and take out the .05 to the .06 also and we have not even had news there in over a month.
