There are MANY things within their filings every investor in this stock should be greatly concerned about. A wise man once told me, "If you can keep a foolish person from making a bad decision, provide them details so they can make an educated one".

Dulituon took the PPS from .18 to .007. I don't see any end in site with the convertible notes and preferred shares in their 10-Q. One of two things will happen, R/S to keep it trading OR it will go to NO BID.

I suggest you take the time and read the filings... The devil is in the details. If you don't understand the data, I'd be happy to enlighten you on what it means.

It sure can. Personally know a few that were destroyed by the market. It's certainly not for everyone, but those that have the ability to set aside emotions WILL thrive.

Don't see that predication happening. UNGS has several large buyers vested. One was a 25M share buy that I saw recently. In good time this bull (UNGS) will have a Doritos party with all the $$$$$. Who knows, instead of throwing Doritos into the air trying to eat them, maybe he'll be tossing Benjamin's into the air for all the children of the world.

Exactly.. A great opportunity to buy more UNGS based on fears of other shareholders. This is noted in my IHUB profile.

UNGS - Agree, but would like to add. In normal business day to day operations there are numerous changes thoughouy the day. It would be nice to get updates, but think something will come maybe not at our request.

UNGS - Generally speaking, nothing in the OTBC market is EVER guaranteed. However, I do see things materializing and an update(s) and/news will come at some point. Just may not be on our time or our boards members time line. I think will make some nice $$$$$ in due time friend..
