It is O/S, not A/S. If the shares are not issued, they are not factored. If you hold 5% of the outstanding shares, you have rights that others do not. The float lock down is what we are focused on because those shares are the only trading at the moment. There are currently 10.9 million shares on the market (Floating) and the remaining O/S are restricted per transfer agent.
