riverandfold.. I urge you to check it out. It will be a long term buy and hold. The beauty part of it is this stock has the potential on trading on the big boards in the future.

doing some initial DD here. Looking good so far. I'm liking this pick too aliangel. The Wave may have found another little gem.
Do we know what the float is on this puppy?
Tenacious.. I wish a location was closer to me, because I would like to visit one. Living in southern Louisiana, its a bit far for me.. I appreciate what you did, so does a lot of others.. Thanks again.
Great Job Tenacious.. Thanks for taking time from your family's vacation to provide this.
River... add another 3,500...
Dup..sorry
River.. add another 10,000 shares to my total. I hit the ASK.
aliangel.... What is up with all the "T" trades? I know they are pre-market or after hours trades, but do you have any idea what may be happening?
dfw5150.. Mine are not for sale at this level. I will consider selling a few at .25 to cover some of my investment.

If we bought up the entire float this stock would take off on its own, its just that I don't know what shares are outstanding. Even if we all bought 1 mil each, we would still be short. We need some people with deep pockets that can buy more than 1 mil.
Hall of Fame Beverages Announces Its New CEO
As of 11:22 AM ET 7/29/10
Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) would like to announce Steve Hendricks will become the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the company. Hendricks has spent 34-years in the beverage industry managing hundreds of sales executives throughout the U.S. and developing brands as a national sales manager and Vice President of companies like Renfield Wine Company, Vintwood International Wine Brokers, and Rodney Strong Wine Estates. He is responsible for bringing these companies tens of millions of dollars in business and helped build those companies into attractive deals to buyers in the industry.
Hall of Fame Beverages President, Calvin Ross, says, "Steve comes highly recommended by Louis Restivo because of his strong character and his standards in the industry."
Louis Restivo added, "I feel with his character, and his personality and his incredible drive, he will help make Hall of Fame Beverages a national brand. Steve's hands-on approach is perfect for this job, and I didn't hesitate to bring his name to Calvin Ross with my blessing."
Hall of Fame's President is also excited to announce former Hip Hop Beverages CEO and President, James Robinson, will become the company's new National Sales Manager. James Robinson aggressively built a small company in Hip Hop Beverages, into a company producing $10 to $20 million in annual sales. Ross said, "James will be responsible for finalizing our deal with more than 800 7-Eleven store franchisees in California, Arizona and Nevada and heading up efforts to later make this a nationwide deal. He's also closing out a deal with K-Mart to place Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea in their stores. James is definitely the right person to develop distribution channels and shelf space with convenience stores and fueling chain stores nationwide and we're thankful he's part of this team."
Robinson said this is an experience he's long waited for and after successfully building Hip Hop Beverages into a company with a product that is a household name, he now envisions bringing that same aggressive game plan to Hall of Fame. Robinson said, "We put our product in 38 states and 10 international countries, and I am excited and look forward to working with this team and taking this company to the next level. We don't have to reinvent the wheel here just change the spokes and we'll enjoy the same successes."
While at Hip Hop Beverages, Alene Gardner, an account executive with DPI West which distributed Hip Hop Beverages' product said of Robinson, "He doesn't take no for an answer. He's really persistent, but he's not pushy and he knows the business."
Louis Restivo will be working very closely with HFBG acting as a project manager responsible for distribution and marketing. The company will be using Restivo's extensive distribution network and continuing to build upon that network with the company's new additions at CEO and COO.

Dave... Thanks. I could not remember where I saw it. There are so many boards to keep track of….. I went to the most logical place to look for it (EXOU board), but did not see it. Would it be possible to add it there?
Thanks Again.
Dave, can you provide a link to the milestones, just in case I missed it?

That I am not sure of on the orders on EXOU as some of mine were also like that. Then they T traded it after hours so we will see if they do the same now.
I detailed the milestones and when it dips I am adding more myself.
The milestones start in August and I look for more news before then.
Dave
Dave.. It happened again. I bought more shares at ASK and they were filled at BID, a few just below BID. I don't understand it, because I’ve never seen that happen as often as it is happening now. What do you think could be causing this?

aliangel.. I took some time to review the info on EXOU and feel this is a great long term investment. I picked up 100,000 shares. I hit the ASK with a limit order, but they were filled on the bid. Good for me. What could have caused this?

Yes it is and we have better in the EXOU. Bio Fuel is heating up again this year.
If you look at the PEIX and compare you will see we are in the same ball park.
Also I found the EEE today and look at them and they are on the dow.
They jumped today from .10 to .15 and we are far ahead of them in the EXOU.
all three charts below
aliangel.. I may buy some shares in EXOU soon. I wanted to look at PEIX, but they only that I was able to find was Pacific Ethanol Inc(NASDAQ:PEIX). Is this the right one?

Looks like a lot of crosses going to kick the volume up a notch there. Looking forward to watching that future big board trade like it in the next couple of weeks.
PEIX BIOFUEL is moving up and EXOU will se more love as they open there plant.
aliangel. I made a couple of attempts to send you an email, but they bounced back. Can you send me another PM, with your address?
op9171787.. That's what I am still trying to figure out. I always enter limit orders for buys and sells.. It just doesn’t make sense.
There is only 1 bid at .024 and several in the .01's. It don't seam like the ASK is moving up either. I wish, I knew how many shares the people at .0279 and .03 had.
I also have a decent number of shares in the .04 range too, about 150,000. Actually, I’ve bought shares in the .0278 to .040 range. What we need, is more buyers. We need to raise more attention to get another wave of buyers, possibly several waves to come in to come and get some. It would benefit all of us.
Have faith my friend…..things will turn around and when they do, it will be quick, maybe as soon as the next 10-Q or sooner.

no problemo, My4. FEEL will rebound strong. it seems as if the mm's want to go to .02, and perhaps there is a gigantic buy order at .02 or the like, i dont know.
i cannot believe, other than wanting to drag down the PPS to cover, etc, why the mm's would FILL at the BID when you had a, what, limit order at the ask price? i think the mm's are in cover and deception mode.
at some point, some very deliberate point, this will TURN VERY HARD.
thanks for your FEEL support, My4.
op9171787... I was in meeting most of the day. I had a short break, only checked in on one stock. I noticed we had pretty low volume today, compared to the past few days....interesting.
No worry, still holding ALL my shares for the good things to come. BTW...I noticed something strange during my last few buys. I took out the ASK a couple of times. However it was filled on the bid and the PPS for both dropped within minutes. I have not figured out why or how this could happen.
BeachCracker.. Thanks for the heads up. I bought 400,000 shares about a week ago, seams like perfect timing. It is also nice to get the DIVY. NICE
BeachCracker.. What do you think the real PPS should be?

I disagree. And I've done more DD on this one than most.
There may be a pump going on. But the company IS undervalued....bottom line. GL!
Penny land coming soon at this pace.
dadx4.... Thanks.
dadx4.. I don't think that would be very fair. I've competed in many arm wrestling competitions during my young life. I won in and out of my weight class (under 225 lbs) on several occasions. Even won in the 225+ class once, when I was 185 lbs.
If the ASK drops into the low .02's, I am going to get all 900,000 shares.
aliangel... tell me about it. I saw the ask hit a couple of times, but did not seam to do any good. Any idea?
Who in the world would keep lowering the ASK?
I am long and strong, no worries here.
riverandfold.. I picked up another 50,000 shares from some week handed person and FEEL good about doing it. Going to get more....LOTS more.
aliangel... I did not follow you on the yellow truck...PM me?
aliangel... It appears that someone is letting their shares go at a very cheap price. Not sure who is trying to run this down, any ideas? It looks like a good opportunity to buy soon.
aliangel.. I am going to hold off on this one for the time being.. I think the MM's are attmepting to drive it down to the all time low of .0235. Any thoughts?

EXOU this will help also. this has much potential as they open the new BioFuel in South Carolina and add the OIl contract for 100 million gallons now.
Huge upside here for sure.
They project 60 million this year on the two new businesses also. that is 55 million in three Q's now and the EPS is already green at 4.5 million this Q at .002 a share.
aliangel.. Any idea what caused their PPS to drop steady over the past couple of years? I agree...big potential. Looks like the hired a firm to provide new marketing initiatives. That should help increase awareness and the PPS eventually.

Dear Dave;
Thank you for your interest in Infrax and your efforts to keep the information accurate and relevant on Investor Hub. Please see the message below for answers to your questions. I am, of course limited in my ability to provide certain information, but have tried to be as open as possible.
Can you explain the sudden drop in PPS during the past few months?
This is a very good question. We estimated that close to 20M shares were short since we announced the news of our acquisition of Trimax few weeks back. I think we know who is responsible and are working hard to force them to cover. There is a major disconnect between our share price and our business, especially after our recent transaction. For the first time in our history we have solid revenue, a decent pipeline and multiple customers. This, coupled with our product development, makes us extremely undervalued in our opinion.
We believe that some individuals didn’t or could not believe the validity of our recent transaction and used the opportunity to make illegal profit on the back of our shareholders. We filed an 8K this morning containing the details of the transaction, and expect that this will satisfy any concerns. Any shorts would have to cover and we hope that it would be very painful to them.
Is the Co.. web site up to date in regards to products and services?
No. We are in the process of updating our website and hope to have it updated in the near future. We were focused on the acquisition of Trimax for the past few months and now are working on integrating the two businesses. We are re-tooling the entire site to better define our products and direction. Once on-line, it will also include data sheets and collateral.
Can we expect news in the near future?
Yes. We are working on revolutionary and exciting products, as we speak, that we believe may change the face of our industry globally. We will continue to keep our shareholders informed through Press Releases and our filings. Our job here is to create shareholder value and nothing less.
The float as been reported to be between 20M and 30M shares. Can you verify?
The float of our company as we speak is around 35M shares. We have been judicious in our issuance of shares. We do not issue shares unless it brings a verifiable benefit to the company and its shareholders. All executives at Infrax, including the company we just acquired, have agreements in place to minimize any unnecessary dilution.
Do you have any additional info you'd like to convey to your investors?
Dave, we believe that our secure integrated platform will impact the deployment of all Smart Grid technology for security conscious Utilities. Infrax’s advantage comes from our products ability to enable the creation of a secure platform scalable to deliver a broad set of intelligent Smart Grids initiatives across millions of endpoints for Utilities. Stay tuned and see how we are changing the world.

Paul
