Dave.. It happened again. I bought more shares at ASK and they were filled at BID, a few just below BID. I don't understand it, because I’ve never seen that happen as often as it is happening now. What do you think could be causing this?

That I am not sure of on the orders on EXOU as some of mine were also like that. Then they T traded it after hours so we will see if they do the same now.
I detailed the milestones and when it dips I am adding more myself.
The milestones start in August and I look for more news before then.
