Hall of Fame Beverages Announces Its New CEO

As of 11:22 AM ET 7/29/10

Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) would like to announce Steve Hendricks will become the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the company. Hendricks has spent 34-years in the beverage industry managing hundreds of sales executives throughout the U.S. and developing brands as a national sales manager and Vice President of companies like Renfield Wine Company, Vintwood International Wine Brokers, and Rodney Strong Wine Estates. He is responsible for bringing these companies tens of millions of dollars in business and helped build those companies into attractive deals to buyers in the industry.

Hall of Fame Beverages President, Calvin Ross, says, "Steve comes highly recommended by Louis Restivo because of his strong character and his standards in the industry."

Louis Restivo added, "I feel with his character, and his personality and his incredible drive, he will help make Hall of Fame Beverages a national brand. Steve's hands-on approach is perfect for this job, and I didn't hesitate to bring his name to Calvin Ross with my blessing."

Hall of Fame's President is also excited to announce former Hip Hop Beverages CEO and President, James Robinson, will become the company's new National Sales Manager. James Robinson aggressively built a small company in Hip Hop Beverages, into a company producing $10 to $20 million in annual sales. Ross said, "James will be responsible for finalizing our deal with more than 800 7-Eleven store franchisees in California, Arizona and Nevada and heading up efforts to later make this a nationwide deal. He's also closing out a deal with K-Mart to place Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea in their stores. James is definitely the right person to develop distribution channels and shelf space with convenience stores and fueling chain stores nationwide and we're thankful he's part of this team."

Robinson said this is an experience he's long waited for and after successfully building Hip Hop Beverages into a company with a product that is a household name, he now envisions bringing that same aggressive game plan to Hall of Fame. Robinson said, "We put our product in 38 states and 10 international countries, and I am excited and look forward to working with this team and taking this company to the next level. We don't have to reinvent the wheel here just change the spokes and we'll enjoy the same successes."

While at Hip Hop Beverages, Alene Gardner, an account executive with DPI West which distributed Hip Hop Beverages' product said of Robinson, "He doesn't take no for an answer. He's really persistent, but he's not pushy and he knows the business."

Louis Restivo will be working very closely with HFBG acting as a project manager responsible for distribution and marketing. The company will be using Restivo's extensive distribution network and continuing to build upon that network with the company's new additions at CEO and COO.
