Me too...Thanks for the reply L-Back. My heart pumping is an understatement. The first time I saw the issue I was at a stop light checking my mobile trader. I almost smashed into the car in front of me. Now it just pisses me off! Its like looking at the lottery in your account and not being able to touch it! Called E-Trade to try and profit and was told they were clueless as to the cause of the issue. That's the answer I get every time. From the desk reps, to managers, to corporate action... The issue has been happening for almost 7 months now.

I am a novice trader and have an issue. Currently in my E-trade account I have three CUSIPs. One is delisted, another is awaiting reorganization, and the third is an escrow holding. During after hours trading these three CUSIPs go nuts with price fluctuations and volume! From. $.20 a share to over $600 a share! This is causing my total gain to swing wildly into the $ millions range! Etrade will not let me sell or place an order! I have called Etrade more times than I can count. Reps at Etrade have been able to duplicate the scenario as well. I am told there is nothing they can do, and they have no clue what is causing the issue. Does anyone here have any pointers, suggestions... Anything?

Has anyone done a PPS calculation for IMDS to show profit amid all the outstanding debt and new share structure? If not I will be more then happy to do so!

Anyone want to buy the smallest lien?

Why didn't they take out another short position? If the dilution has a massive effect on the PPS, why not ride it to the bottom? I am just trying to further my knowledge here and understand the mind set.

I know that their light systems are used by the AirForce in Baghdad. Thats how I found out about them. I just looked at the balance sheet and saw the potential because of the contracts with the GOV.
