All this talk of Dan dumping etc. is really foolish. The company is in a growing mode and to do that it takes an exchange of value. Either Dan uses borrowed money that will have to be repaid or the use of stock which will increase the outstanding. If Dan is using stock to grow the business (he has already admitted to that), why the ranting about dilution? If he is dumping stock to line his pockets, you have reason to be PO'ed. If there is "dumping", have you ever considered the possibility that a vendor paid in stock may be conveting to cash? And for those who had accepted restricted stock in the company and who are privvy to much more info than the shareholders, they must see a future with SMMW or wouldn't have considered taking stock.
Here is some more info on another business associate that may be accepting our stock. Think there are any flies on these boys?

bobky.....As of 3:50 I had 29 fills totaling 197,505,255 shares. One of my fills was for 5 shares. Just what the heck is all that about? I haven't had a fill in the last 2 hours, which may be a very good sign for the longs as the stock is definately firming up. I am happy with what I got and glad to see that the stock is not that available at .0001. Let's hang on for the train ride as I think this engine is good to go....Joe
tolate.....I am providing a public service by getting rid of the remaining .0001's...LOL...GLTA....Joe
I'll let you folks know at the end of trading what they let me have. So far only 3 million shares. GLTA....Joe
max....to answer your question concerning why the volume has gone "backwards" today. I am a year long holder of PRRM - 25 million. I believe that we are on the verge of some very good things with Summas and I planned to add to my position this AM. I had an order for 300 million filled in the first 5 minutes of trading - no partial - complete fill. This surprised me but was happy with getting my stock. The new position was reflected in my Ameritrade account - total of 325 million shares. About an hour later I get an email of a temporary fill of 3 million. I check my account and it is now reflecting a total of 28 million shares. I call and find out that the MM had rescinded the trade. It seems that they mistook my 300 mil order for 3 mil. I am hot and don't believe this answer as credible, but it does explain why the volume figures took a dive from 360 mil. From a long's point of view this is very bullish as it seems as though their ain't nuf .0001's left. Good luck to all my fellow longs. I'll go back to lurking....Joe
D....I love your optimism!!!!
D....Congratulations! I also got the rest of my order filled at .007. We are either awfully stupid or very wise....time will tell on this one!....Good luck (I have a great feeling about this stock)....Thanks for the letter, Ben the roofer!!!!
D....I just got a partial fill at .007. I believe that the present bid/asked is .006 X .008. Call me crazy, but still buying at these prices. I am a poor little lamb being led to the slaughter...BAAAAAAAAAAA.....Good luck .....Joe
shepper.....The entire future depends upon their successful financing. No money - no drilling - we are screwed! I don't believe that to be the case, but one never knows. If they got enough to attract Kaye, Rayment, and the Montana site boss - all heavy hitters in the mining industry, that's good enough for me. The risk is worth the potential reward.
What could the stock price be in the drilling stage? Since a Canadian concern is willing to finance with a convertible at 3 cents, I would guess that financing and drilling should be worth at least that in the way of a price guess. Could see a spike higher. Should they hit something interesting in Montana - like a lot of macro and micro diamonds, this dog could really hunt, but that is getting way to futuristic. I just want to see financing and a date for the commencement of drilling. Then the fun will begin......good luck and stay loose!
shepper....Welcome to the mining company pink sheets where inactivity and frustration will try your patients to the quick. In my very humble opinion, nothing fundamentally has changed with the company. The stock is drifting down on low volume indicating to me that there is no large scale dumping (insider sales). This being the case and with a personal confidence that the financing will be (or is) a done deal, I am still picking away at the stock at these ridiculous levels......Joe
OT....Teemu...I don't give out private info on public threads. Is there a way to get in touch with you without public disclosure of either of our personal #'s.?
Teemu....OT....Let's get reports on the outcome of the "Leafs" games. I am going to follow the NCAA more avidly this year. Good hockey out here in Boston with BC, Maine, etc. hoping for a big year from my alma mater - the Golden Gophers of Minnesota.
DMXP will make up for your lost opportunity from UGHO. I got ETLS on my watch list.....Stay in front of the nets....Joe
D...Most buys today were at .008 - maybe some between the bid (.0073) and asked (.0008). You should have had no trouble getting filled unless it was for a real big order at AON (all or none). I'd call and get all over your broker. He can demand a fill at the asked as there are still MM's at that price.
Dolores....Yes, I bot some at .0085 last week and am adding more at .008 now. I liked this stock at .034 and even better at these prices below a penney. I don't think these prices will stay here much longer...AMHO....Good luck....Joe
OT Tek....We are weird people! My excuse is that I played without head gear and took too many pucks and elbows to the head. You gota love it!
Teemu....Yes - last week and all is well. Financing is a done deal - just a question of how much will be in the first tranch. I get the impression that the offering was over subscribed. Hinted that nothing much would happen this week, but by next week (OR SO), should be finalizing the deal. I added more yesterday and more today. If the price holds below a penney, I'll be adding more next week. Got to think that this baby is in for new highs when the financing is done and drilling commences.
What happened to our hockey season? It'll be a very depressing winter and spring.....no Stanley Cup....I don't think that I can bare the thought. At least you have the Muckers.....Joe
Was able to get a bunch more at .0085 today. I don't think that this opportunity will be around much longer as we must be getting very close to an announcement on the financing. Anxious to see the drills in motion in Montana and much more excited about the long term here....Good luck to everyone
shepper.....It doesn't appear that the MM's are real anxious to sell shares below a penney. The bid is at .007 and asked at .0085. Dolores hasn't got a fill at .008. Unless a lot more longs panick and sell, don't think we'll see a lot of activity down here. keep on trying.....Cheers
Tek....Your estimate is logged. Where my # comes from mid-air, yours has a semblance of thought behind it. We do concur totally on the present - this is one heck of a buying opportunity. The deal with Platinum is going down - convertible debenture at 3 cents (seems to me i bought a Bolivian play CD at that same conversion price). The PR will hit only after a number of weak longs bite the dust.
Your 4-5 cent call for this stock in a neutral gold market looks pretty good.....Keep swinging....Joseppi
KD.....You are absolutely correct! There is no doubt that the deal is a reality. It is just a question of when they get the admin work completed.
I am going out on a limb here and predict that not only is this a DONE DEAL, but the first tranch will also be at its maximum level - $700,000 versus $500,000. If I was a Canadian who was able to buy this from the selling group (Platinum Equity), I'd take a whole bunch. I'd rather have my money getting 8% while waiting for the climb to 20 - 30 cents - even with the conversion being at 3 cents.
Another prediction - this stock sees the north side of 10 cents before 2005. Any takers?.....Cheers....Joe
John....I agree! Montana is a heck of a lot more user friendly than Bolivia. Tek and Hockeypond know from their experiences with another mining co in Bolivia that the gov't can be a real threat. The change of administrations can be devastating to not only foreign nationals doing business there, but also the Bolivian companies. MYNG's mining operation in Cangalli has been shut down because of a gov't snafu. Montana seems a lot friendlier at the moment....Cheers...Joe
shepper....Agreed! The beer is on me in Montana. Let's hope that the financing is done by then - LOL....
No John.....You misconstrued my post. The point was to bring out the perceived value of the PR as opposed to a "bogus" PR - not to slam ethical Amertican business in Bolivia. I am totally in favor of American/Foreign companies operating in third world countries provided that the local populace and Nation both get the advantage of that foriegn presence - government coruption a given. There have been cases in the past of powerful nations taking advantage of third world countries. I don't believe DMXP to be in that category. I would hope that the local populace will ultimately benefit from the presence of DMXP - as in the creation of jobs and contributions to the local economy by their presence.
shepper....Your comments seem to be coming from frustration in an investment that hasn't lived up to your expectations -viewing this last PR as "bogus". I find nothing bogus in a company that is dealing ethically and morally enough in a third world country to be invited by the natives in that host country to a private meeting. Maybe it's not the type of news that peeks your pleasure, but it tells me volumes about this little "pinky". It tells me that they are not viewed as the "ugly American" mining Co. that is in town to merely rape and pillage the national resources.
It tells me that this company is conducting themselves in an ethical and honorable manner and has the respect of some of the country's business leaders. It also tells me that the company is in this for the long pull and is making efforts at being an honorable and concerned visitor to this foreign nation. The PR also tells me that they have done exploration on their 10,000 acres as in the term "continued exploration". There are things - good things - that us share holders don't know yet. We soon will! You don't get 3 experienced mining pros involved in a little pink sheet stock that hasn't made a dime, hasn't found one economic mineral, and hasn't even got a live person to answer the phones as yet. No, this little company has a number of surprises in store. I am making book on that to the tune of 3,500,000 million shares. You don't attract a crowd like Rayment & crew with merely good "grazing land".
Just because the price hasn't danced to your satisfaction, give the boys a little credit and try seeing what is going on behind the scenes. Patients and due diligence will reward many of us on this one. Yes, Look keenly for flaws in the company as it is a responsibility of us "owners", but save the unfounded "cheap shots" for another play. This company has given me no reason to doubt its integrity, its great potential, or its ability to become a profitable miming venture some time in the future. Should you uncover any item/items of fact that will have an adverse affect upon this company, please share, but I am not a big fan of unfounded name calling and unsubstantiated groans of frustration. Shepper, hang in there and get a good grip. This one will have its day.....Cheers....Joe
CDVJ....not all your fault - LOL - I also bot at .0013. I'm holding for a big week after Labor Day....GOOD LUCK
DRKD....MM's are impossible!!!! I tried buying 1m shares at .0038 when stock was at .0035 X .0037 with last trade of .0036 and didn't get a fill - boys just pushed the asked to.0039. I won't chase this one - maybe some weakness toward end of day going into the long weekend.....Good luck ...
sortagreen....From what I have been able to gleen from reports, talking to the company, and the transfer agent is that they have a total of 690,000,000 (about like NSDM) - of which 400,000,000 + is restricted and held by company officers with a float of 150,000,000 - 170,000,000. The present financing will add another 50,000,000 total.
sorta...."unless they're just paying him a fortune". They're not and his $ will come from a higher stock price as his compensation is based upon performance of the stock.
At Rayment's age, he's not in it for a big salary. I gather from talking to the company that he is here for a big score professionally - maybe his last hurray before he shifts into more golf and fishing and less management.
sortagreen.....Welcome aboard!
Big crap shoot here, but the "boss" was attracted to something or things in Delta's properties. It will be fun to find out what the properties are holding and the economic feasibilty of them.
I don't think that the diamond play is one to hang your hat on as the odds are not in our favor of finding an economic deposit. They didn't attract Rayment on a diamond only play as he has had all of his success in the gold business. I believe his plans are to get the bulk sampling of Homestaed done and if there is any value there, joint venture it off to another concern and concentrate on a few gold plays that we may not even know about now. I am not trying to downgrade the diamond plays, just realisitic about where the future success most probably is......Cheers
min....OT....Unfortunately not - Although there is a rumor of a very positive PR coming out on MYNG. It may be either the Cangalli property is back in production or that they have the funds to move the mill to Bolivia for the Buen Futuro property. This is only a wild guess on my part. I still am holding 175,000 shares that are free as I already made a good amount on the stock. I am much more excited about this one (and I didn't buy this very well either - .032 av. pps).....Joe
P.S. When Buster Crabbe as Flash Gordon makes a come back, MYNG will be a $20 stock (I believe that Buster is dead).
OT - I believe that kingdiamond and our Hawaiian roofer are also fishermen. We could get quite a crowd for a trip!
mineralme....Welcome to the "Gold Eagle club" of Delta Mining where patients and the ability to withstand long periods of inactivity are its hallmark. I am really quite optimistic on our DMXP, but have all but given up on the other. We'll soon seen Delta's SP pass GE's!
Never been marlin fishing, but would love to. Like to go to northern Manitoba/Saskachewa for big Pike and lake Trout. Maybe after we see 50 cents on this puppy, we can organize a "dream" fishing trip.....Cheers....Joe
Hockeypond.....You are correct. I came over from MYNG because of your "heads up" on this play. I would gladly exchange all of my 144 MYNG stock for more of this winner. I like the "jockey" that is at the helm here. I also like the fact that their first play (Homestead) is in a mining friendly country. Even though Montana has been tough on the heap leach miners, I still would take it over South America and all the political instibility that goes with it....Good things coming soon....Joe
Congratulations Tek! In my very prejudiced opinion, you made a wise decision -LOL- We should start seeing some action with the announcement of financing in hand - shortly. The Montana property drilling is going to be real exciting as the company firmly believes that the possibility of finding diamonds there is very high. Economic viability is another question, but just finding a whole bunch of micro and macro diamonds will get the stock price moving like popcorn in hot oil! Welcome aboard....Joe
Here's an old friend from the MYNG board who has posted a wonderful message about "our" stock. Way to go, puck dude!
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=MYNG&read=74639
Tek....That is really pie in the sky. I'd settle for a nice 10 bagger in a few years!
Here's an interesting post from another board about another junior that hit a homerun in the diamond world.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CLB00412&read=431678
Dia Met went up 131 times. Should we hit diamonds at Homestake, I'd settle for a 50 times price increase....Just dreamin'......Joe
shepper....Pardon me for butting in, but you are right on the money with your observation. Stephen Kay is on the Board of Delta Mining and he is the one responsible for attracting Rayment onto the team. They are both stellar leaders in the junior gold industry. The third experienced gold veteran is the chap they have hired to manage the drilling at the Montana property. Great people get consistently great results....winning is a habit and defeat is not an option with these guys!.....I'll go back to my hole now.....Joe
Tek....OT ....Yes, They closed down the operation at Cangalli as the Coop they bought the 5,000 acres from that they are presently working hasn't paid into the miner's pension fund and the Gov't wants their dinero. Until the situation's settled, GE won't do any mining there. They need about 10 million for the Buen Futuro operation to get started - bot a processing facility in the US for 30,000,000 shares and need the $ to move it to Bolivia and other equipment. TT believes that he can get a grant for most of the move, but still big dilution ahead. When they are up and running there, estimates are for 4,000 Oz. of gold per month and 4 million lbs. of copper. Who knows.....??? You made a good choice to exit when you did. Even at this level (9 cents), still a big spec and room to go down.
I think that gold will ultimately be going up regardless of who gets in. The dollar is in big trouble as the country's outlandish debt is going to drive us down hard in the next few years. Massive amounts of fiat currency is being printed and used to prop up the failing DOW - all time highs in M3 - thanks Mr. Greenspan for trying, but it is going to end in chaos. Gold will be one of the best places to be in the future as all the economic meddling of the past and present administration and the orchestration of interest rates by Mr. Greenspan come to the day of reckoning.
As for this stock, I really like the management - attracting a guy the calibur of Dr. Barry Rayment was and is the reason why I put excessive amounts of money into this stock. I am somewhat concerned with the large amount of outstanding - 740,000,000 after the first and second installments of the private placement. My guess is that Rayment's play will be to joint venture the Homestead property as soon as diamonds are found and economic viability is proven through this September's bulk sample program. We won't be diluting any more as the partner will be buying in through putting the property into production. He probably will do the same with a few more of the properties that he has ear marked for gold exploration as gold is his cupo of tea - not diamonds. As the company starts getting a cash flow from a property or 2, wouldn't be surprised to see a stock buy back program OR - don't get alarmed - may be a reverse split - But only if they are cash flow positive and the adjusted stock price would not be vulnerable to a decline. The long and short of my ramblings is that I am not too concerned about future dilution as Rayment knows how to build share holder value and that is tops on his list! Look what he did with Bema gold back in the early 90's. This guy is a genius and knows all the gold players and market inside out. My money is on the jockey on this one!.....All opinion....Cheers....Joe.
King & Shepper....A move to the OTCBB would be a big improvement. I am not sure about the credibility factor as the OTCBB has its share of MM manipulation etc., but the big improvement is that the company has to file quarterly financials with the SEC and a year end report - just provides more transparency for the stock holders - harder to hide the raw facts!.....Cheers
