Atlantis Technology Group Board of Directors Announces the Approved GOTV Dividend for April 23rd, 2010 Will Have a Value of a Cash Dividend From GOTV's Quarterly Earnings
9:40a ET April 19, 2010 (Market Wire)
Atlantis Technology Group (PINKSHEETS: ATNPD) Board of Directors announces the approved GOTV Dividend for April 23rd, 2010 will have a value of a cash dividend from GOTV's quarterly earnings.
The Board of Directors has approved the record date of the GOTV dividend to be April 23rd, 2010, the ex dividend pay date of May 7th, 2010, and the conversion of the dividend to be one share of Global Online Television Corporation for every five thousand shares of Atlantis Technology Group owned as of the record date.
For example, if you owned one million shares of Atlantis Technology Group, current symbol (ATNPD), at the close of business on April 23rd, 2010, you will receive two hundred shares of Global Online Television Corporation on May 14th, 2010. These shares, like previous shares that were issued as a dividend to shareholders in December's GOTV dividend, will have a value of cash dividend issued from GOTV's quarterly revenues.
When I sold all my shares of ATNP a couple of weeks ago, I retained all my GOTV divy shares that I received from the previous divy give-away. Now that I'm back in, this new give-away will add to that total. I don't think it matters if you sell ATNP the day after the record date or six months down the road, the divy shares are your's to keep.
Not sure if this has been posted before, but here is a video of Chris doing a walk through of the new office.

Interesting how my 600k purchase shows up a 600k sell on the list of trades.
Just picked up another 600k shares to make it an even 4 millions shares.
Would love to see .0015 printed before the end of the day.

Atlantis Technology Group Subsidiary Global Online Television Corporation Will Be Taking Orders for the GOTV HD PVR Set Top Box on May 3rd, 2010
10:00a ET April 16, 2010 (Market Wire)
Atlantis Technology Group (PINKSHEETS: ATNPD) subsidiary Global Online Television Corporation will be taking orders for the GOTV HD PVR Set Top Box on May 3rd, 2010. The HD PVR Set Top Box had the highest amount of pre orders and has been the most requested by potential GOTV subscribers.
The GOTV HD PVR Set Top Box creates and supports advanced IPTV functionality such as PVR, pause-live-TV and pushed content models. This advanced interactive IPTV Set-Top Box (STB) includes the ability to view recorded content either locally or via other connected STBs in the home. It also combines the benefits of low bit rate codecs including MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) and offers the user the ability to drive high definition displays via analogue and HDMI.
I have a buy order set for .009. Should hit today.
Roughly 100 million buys vs 40 million sell. Nice. Now lets see if we can close at the HOD.
14's up!!
13's Baby!!
I warned you guys. Sell the news. And now you're witnessing it.
Tanking pre-market.
It's call buy the rumor. Sell the news. Same reason I got out 2 days ago.
Same reason you are to make money.
Going to be a lot of grumpy people in about an hour and a half.
Correction, .017!
Probably lower than that.
Today is going to be ugly. Launch days are historically bad for stocks. They runup on the rumor and sell on the launch.
Record date for the next set of dividends is April 23rd. Hopefully we'll see a runup to that date. That's only 8 trading days away.
I'm loading up on these .0011's
We need a nice juicy PR badly to get this thing moving.
It makes me sick everytime I see what GOIG is up to. I was looking at it since .0007.
Just about everyone has already got their shares except TD Waterhouse I believe. The price right now is right at the break even point pre split, so I don't think they'll be a big selloff tomorrow morning. Once people realize this thing ain't selling off anymore, the buyers will move in and then it's off to the races.
10 days?? WOW!
So I'm assuming everyone has received their split shares now?
Simple answer. Profit taking from those that received their split shares.
Tanking now. Glad I took some off the table when I did.
My TDA shares just cleared too. Sold some hoping to get back in at a lower price, unfortunately, the funds don't seem to clear right away.
Still no shares in my TDA Account.
I'm pretty sure that once the post-split shares shows up in everyone's account, there will be a steep sell off followed by a run up. How low it goes down is anyone's guess. I'm just wondering if all the different brokerages will get their clients their shares at the same time. If not, there's going to be some pretty upset people. Guess we'll find out soon enough.
That's one beautiful looking chart!!
I'm not buying or selling anything till all this shakes out.
I agree.
Ameritrade still showing price as .0064 with no bid/ask. Still no change to my account.
No change in my Ameritrade account as of yet.
I'd imagine the first trade will set the opening price. Either .0012 or .0013. Not sure they go to the 5th digit, but I could be wrong.

Atlantis Technology Group Board of Directors Has Scheduled a Meeting for April 9th, 2010 to Approve Backing a Letter of Credit From a Major Financial Institution to Eliminate the Upfront Equipment Cost for GOTV Subscribers
10:32a ET April 5, 2010 (Market Wire)
Atlantis Technology Group (PINKSHEETS: ATNP) Board of Directors has scheduled a meeting for April 9th, 2010 to approve backing a letter of credit from a major financial institution to eliminate the upfront equipment cost for GOTV subscribers. If approved by the Board of Directors, GOTV plans to have the letter of credit in place prior to the launch of the GO V Phone service, thus producing a higher demand for the product.
GOTV feels, with the upfront equipment costs eliminated, the target marketing area will greatly increase along with the amount of GOTV subscribers. For the small monthly fee of $29.95 and an additional equipment rental fee, much like current cable and satellite service providers charge, customers will now be able to enjoy the GOTV IPTV service with very little out of pocket expense.
The Board of Directors will also review details of the GOTV dividend to be issued after the 5 for 1 forward split scheduled for April 6th, 2010.
I was looking for an exact date.
Does anyone know the date of the last forward split?
